Nice quiet place to live. The maintenance staff does a job here. The new management seems to be turning the place around and keeping everything in clean and up to date. I would recommend this apartment if looking for a place in Ridgeland

My experience at Ridgeland Place has been nothing less than rewarding. The premises are well kept, very quiet as I have never had a noise complaint, the staff displays exceptional customer service, and are very personable and professional. They are flexible and will work with you the best they can on just about anything and will make sure to tend to any little annoyance to suit you. Bria and Jodi are the best! Also, The rent is affordable and I love my apartment. Where else can you get a nice 1 bedroom 1 bath with over 1000 square footage in Ridgeland, Ms? No where! I feel safe and very at home! And I'm going to hate to say goodbye once I find my forever home! Do yourself a favor and ease tour mind by renting with Ridgeland Place Apartments!

I do not have anything to say. My experience has beeen great so far. I do not have any complaints. This is a good place to live. Its quiet and friendly. Neighbors are great . Inwould recommend to anyone.

Me and my wife moved in about 2 months ago and we have been very pleased with our selection. The office and maintenance staff are absolutely awesome. Our work order are taken care of immediately. Great location and great neighbors.

It it okay not the best but it is livable. Although the property keeps changing management companies it is still an okay place to stay. When I moved to the community I enjoyed my neighbors and people in the nearby units.

I have been living here since the year 2013. I know it is a long time, but all in all, my stay in this apartment has been good. I would like to thank the management for their continued support. The ownership has changed recently, and the management has gotten even better. I have noticed that the response to maintenence requests is faster and the quality of the work is also higher.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Pest are very big problem in the community. The complex presents itself well on the outside however there are several issues on the inside. Disposal smells terribly in the spring!

It's ok, could be better. The buildings needs to be pressure washed. The parking lot could use a do over. The community also needs a resident gate and visitors gate.. I should NOT have to get out of my car to let someone in.. because they can't reach their guest

Worst experience ever!!! apartment was fealthy.... carpet smelled very bad..... dryer still not working..... vent is clogged up...had the hardest time to get entergy connected... they actually cut power on a 32 degrees day...

I dont think you want me to rate this apartment complex. But here you go. The apartment was dirty when my family moved in. The bathroom sinks had rust around them, them faucet were dirty, the dishwasher, racks were rusted, the oven had to be replaced and still has rusted racks. The roach problem is ridiculous.

I would like to say"Thank you" for a comforting experience. While I have been going through my transition from Active military to Reserve status, it been rough, but moving here from was a very comforting experience. Ms. Labria is an excellent person for her position, she has a wonderful and warm spirit. She was very knowledgeable and helpful at my move-in, Thank you!

I enjoy living in this community and the staff is amazing. The people who live here are friendly and quiet. I love the apartments here and the prompt response when I put in a maintenance request. I would recommend this community to everyone.

It's ok it just depends on what kind of person you are.. sometimes it's quiet sometimes it's not... sometimes the dogs are quiet sometimes there not... sometimes the kids are quiet sometimes there not...

I have been here not even 5 months and this has been the worst experience I have had in a very long time. No accountability from the office, I have had two pretty big incidents since I've gotten here , the first one the office was completely at fought and showed no consideration. The second being a serious maintenance issue and I am getting excuses on why they can't take care of it in a promptly matter. For the price that I am paying there is no excuse for the treatment that I have been recieving. I have seen more people moving out than anything and I know exactly why and won't be signing another lease. I've heard it used to be a really good property and I'm not sure what happened. Please don't waste your time, it's plenty other apartments on this strip, I can't say for sure if they are crappy or not but this one definitely is.

The Lexington Apartments is a great community. This community has a friendly office staff and the maintenance staff does a wonderful job. This is a quiet community that is located in a convenient area for shopping and dining.

Loving my apartment so far. It's very quiet and I don't hear my neighbors. I'm satisfied with the space and price. My sink is leaking and I notified the office to fix it tomorrow. If maintenance is on time and accurate, I give my new home an A+++

I have had a great experience at this apartment complex. The staff are always courteous and professional. The speed in which they fix your issues is phenomenal. I have enjoyed my time living here. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

The staff is friendly and addresses issues fairly quickly. This Apartment complex is pretty safe. We have had noise issues with previous neighbors that never were resolved. Pest control could be better. Overall I like it here and its definitely one of the better places I've lived.

Ridgeland Place is where I have been living with my family since we relocated from the United Kingdom. I received a warm reception from the community staff members. The Apartment community location is well secured, clean and peaceful. The management provide events that enhance interactions among the residents. You can be sure that the facilities are well maintained. My only suggestion is that The fitness room needs an upgrade.

I have had an exceptional experience in the Lexington community. The staff is always very helpful and maintenance is always available to fix any issue. If I put in a request they will handle it the same day or the following day. I have never had any issues with neighbors, insects, maintenance, or community disturbances. I would recommend anyone to live in Lexington.

Experience has been mostly satisfactory despite an occurrence that required me to move from apartment 2B into the one that I am currently residing in. I have great neighbors. My current apartment is located in a great spot in the property.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. They are always friendly and takes care of problems. The area is clean well keep. It seems as though the staff screen the people who they let come in very well and that's a plus. It's quite and has been a very safe place.

First, our apartment is affordable. It's very well laid out with two large bedrooms and baths. The office staff is friendly and responds to any contact promptly. The maintenance crew is no less than great. The area shopping and dining is fantastic.
