Ridgeland Place is a GREAT place to live ?one of the thing I enjoy about been a resident here is the way they give back showing appreciation wether its with cupcakes , a monthly drawing , contests etc making you feel like a family here ? text message providing updates about the property or even just a text wishing you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY when they say there's no place like house they was speaking of RIDGELAND PLACE ????

It's been fairly okay. No major problems as I have lived hear for almost 2 yrs now. Requests have been met. Decent price for present quality of grounds. I love the visual appeal of my little apartment

My experience at in this community has been good. There has been time I felt some issue could've been handle sooner. Overall, things has changed since I first moved here manager's should think about not moving the younger resident with older one's.

Apartments are very nice but the rooms are small for adults especially the second room. Not enough closet space for 2 adults. But a child the room would be perfect. Staff have changed out since I've moved in so not familiar with them. However any problems I have they address them in a timely matter.

I love me some Ms. Jody & vette they are wonderful women I wouldn't ask for a better duo. They are so hopefully and friendly. Ms. Jody really showed she cares for her tents. That's my only best experience since I've been here

It's a tough place if you are relocating or new to area. There are neighbors who don't want any. Be careful. Always be watchful never leave your doors to car unlock. Be sure to watch out for kids when driving or being mindful to all pedestrians. The apartment is beautiful inside but you may not able to enjoy if your neighbors are not fans of you.

It's been a good ride being in this community. The staff is typically helpful and maintenance is quick with trying to help with issues. The noise level has gone up in the recent 6 months but it's a nice place to stay overall

Quiet, clean apt complex, love living here, great accessible to shopping area, grounds are kept super clean, parking could be a little better by assigning spaces, if possible. The pool, laundry mat and exercise area are always clean.

The are slow are getting the maintance to come and fix things. One guy didn't even want to fix the oven he made some excuse why the oven wasn't warming up right instead of just fixing it. The office doesn't answer their phone sometimes.

The property manager is ok. The maintenance staff is lazy. They don't like to come fix anything. God forbid it's an emergency. Just fix it yourself and don't waste your time calling. It's a mess and a headache.

Mostly I enjoy my stay here. The gym needs to be updated, badly. I'm satisfied with the apartment space, however the upstairs neighbors are noisy and it makes it hard to study. But overall I would rate my living experience a 8/10

My move in experience with LaBria was great. After LaBria left the professionalism has left as well. The staff I've engaged with especially the past few weeks have been unprofessional and rude. I had a maintenance issue with my AC that started September 6th and it has yet to be resolved. In general the text communications that go out are unprofessional. There is no reason multiple text messages with grammar mistakes and slang should be going out each day about issues on the property (dog waste, noise levels) especially when it appears management knows who is causing the issues.

This community is very safe, quiet and clean. The only concern I have is the gate does not work consistently. I feel that the gate working at all time would ensure a deeper sense of peace; however, I am very pleased with the all other aspects of this community. As a matter of fact, this was the first complex I moved in when coming to MS for my job when it was The Lexington, having moved to a place with washer and dryer, I decided to move back to the property.

It was a quick and easy process and we were able to move in within days of applying. Our apartment is very spacious and clean; the community is as well. The community is also nice and quiet with plenty of amenities and recreational facilities.

Very nice place, quiet at night, great restaurants close by shopping and love and injoy the pool and the weight room. E-Z Parking able to park in front of your apartment. We live downstairs our neighbors upstairs a very nice never hear them.

Everything is nice except they need to fix the parking lot and do better with doing work orders on time. Other than that my neighbors are quiet and friendly and the office staff is friendly and nice as well.

Poor. I stay for legal reasons. I hate the apartment. And I would never refer anyone. Help is needed. Poor management and she is never in the office or busy if she is there. I don't like being here and I'm ready to move.

This neighborhood is amazing. I love the quite neighbors. The parks are very accessible. The workers are very nice and understanding. I love the pool and the view we have of the pool. This is a great place.

I haven't had many issues living in my complex outside of the increases every year in rent but no upgrades to my apartment. I also haven't had many complaints until recently when my unit flooded with no response from on call staff or the Property manager .

Ridgeland Place Apartment Homes community has undergone many renovations. The community now has a gas grill that I can't wait to try out. The new exterior lighting has made a huge difference around the buildings. Thank you Ridgeland Place team for making these updates!

Staff very nice. Pet friendly nice apartments. Parking is a little over crowded but ok. Had to clean my apartment but other than that everything else ok would recommend to others at getting a place here.
