Great property. Neighbors are friendly. Dogs are friendly. No parking spots at all. Especially when coming in late. Office sometimes closes early unexpectedly but over all I love this apartment complex and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Smooth. And the kicker is that they fix issues in a timely manner. When I moved in in 2018 it was a great managing company. Even now that it's different I didn't see to much of a difference. So that was a plus for me

I love my apartment. The only issues I have are the pool hours during the hot summer are limited for whatever reason and the gate sometimes takes forever to get fixed. But other than that I love my apartment and it is pretty spacious.

It's been home for the past 15 years. I like the location. It's convenient to the shopping center and stores. I also love the convenience of the parking. I haven't had any problems,in the past. The only thing is it can be noisy, when you underneath someone.

I have definitely enjoyed my time here at this community. The office staff have been super sweet and accommodating to my needs.They have definitely made my stay pleasant. Unfortunately for me I stay near the water so I have to deal with the frogs and roaches. Outside of that I was lucky to have neighbors that were quiet and peaceful.

The neighborhood is friendly. The staff is a great help. We have had issues with neighbors, but nothing that the office staff did not solve. My spouse and I have enjoyed our stay here since 2023. I would recommend the community to any new couples, singles, and families.

What a wonderful place

Since moving in I have enjoyed each and every day, although I’ve only been here for a year. The friendly faces and the helpful staff that have generously fix the problems that I have ran into with my apartment. The young maintenance guy comes in with a smile on his face and an attitude that lets you know he cares for you and his property makes this place feel like a home!!

I have been living here for years now. The property is well maintained. Luckas, the maintenance tech is very polite and prompt when it comes to repairs. The office staff is helpful and always available when I need them. Some of my favorite benefits are the safe environment , quiet, spacious and very homey.

I enjoy living here, the only thing is I'm disabled and the apartment is not set up for disabled people. I can't even get a handicap parking spot I know we don't have an assigned parking spot but it would help when outside visitors take up the parking space. The rent is a bit high and goes higher each year. Other than that it's okay.

Very great place to temporarily stay, nice but very compact and small areas inside of closets.. otherwise quiet depending on who lives above or under you. Parking should be assigned so there's no confusion on people that live at other buildings parking in the way!

Ridgeland Place is a great place to live. With supportive staff and good amenities plus it's situated in a community that's convenient to shopping, work, schools, churches, entertainment, groceries, restaurants, pharmacies and healthcare. Plus, it is located in Ridgeland where safety is priority. We have police checking the neighborhood and the fire department close by too.

When I moved in, the very few things that needed attention were taken care of immediately. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I moved from out of state and had to complete my documents on line. I was given such friendly and efficient help that it made the process much easier.

Well my son's bike got stolen a few months after moving in. Joey was racist towards my fianc? in front of my child. Police is in the area a lot, not sure if it's high crime or what but they are always in the area and I always see some form of racism in this area.

I've been here for 10-12 years. The community is absolutely amazing ! The manager Jody has to the one of the strongest women I know.. she's super professional.. and even though she has had health issues, she still puts the needs of the community here as a priority! She probably needs a raise and a vacation!

This particular unit should have been renovated. My wife and I used our own money to clean and make numerous repairs. This locations works well for us because we retired and looking for land to build our home.

Ridgeland Place is a great and safe place to stay. I have been living here for quiet a while now and enjoy staying here. There pool is such a great place to relax and enjoy swimming. It's quiet here and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

I just moved in. The main is issue is the kitchen. Cabinet doors aren't staying closed, and there is broken wood. There is a lot that could have been done to this apartment cosmetic wise and ensuring it was truly move in ready.
