AVOID AT ALL COST. THIS PLACE LIKES GOOD FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT CONDEMED ON THE INSIDE
Me and two neighbors had gnats for a month and a half. The pipes needed scrubbed and there are severe drainage issues that have been cited by the City of Ridgeland for the Lexington to fix.Severe building code violations. this property has changed management companies two times in 3 months and the customer service is terrible. They will not escalate complaints to the corporate office nor give you the number to Centurion, the name of the property management. Megan and Mandy, the previous and former managers are idiots. The maintenance staff only has 1 guy for 200 plus apartments, so extremely slow service if you need something done!!!!!!!

Avoid this complex like the PLAGUE
I just moved into this apartment exactly one (1) month ago and I am already regretting that decision. For anyone considering moving into this complex let me give you a word of advice: DON'T. I live in a one bedroom apartment at the Lexington. While it is very spacious that doesn't make up for the fact that I have standing water in my bathroom right now because of a hole that is in the roof. That's right, I said STANDING WATER. Not a few drops or a small puddle, the entire floor is covered with water and part of the carpet in the hall way is soaking wet. In addition there is water dripping from a light fixture in the laundry room. Needless to say, I am pissed. The main reason is that this problem was supposedly addressed a few weeks ago. Now here I am with another damn mess on my hands. I even called their supposed "Emergency After-Hours" number because I figured that standing water can cause damage to the property - something that their Renter's Handbook classifies as an "After-Hours Emergency." However, that is doing absolutely no good as I have paged at least 15 times now and no one returns my call. It is quite obvious that the management here at Lexington couldn't give a ---- about anyone. If you can't gather that from this review, feel free to e-mail me and we'll discuss it further. There is no reason for anyone to have to live like this - especially for 700 dollars a month. -D.S.

You could not dream of a WORST apartment complex
We have switched management about 10x in the past 4 years of us living here, of which half the time there was no manager at all. Also, the apartment complex was recently sold to Mitchell Management Incorporated altogether. Staff is highly rude and unprofessional. Apartments poorly built, found out from the man who helped build them. He stated he was advised to do it as cheaply and quickly as possible. There is limited parking due to a weirdly designed lot. There are really no trees or open areas so not good for families or pets at all or just anyone who loves the outdoors. Unefficient design continues inside as well due to closets larger in 1 bedroom than family units, therefore, really all apartments same size because you're giving up space in other areas for super small extra bedrooms. The one pool is small and under-maintenanced just like rest of apartment community including the fitness room; they have a suppose-to-be pond in middle of property but looks and smells more like sewage outlet, of which children's small playground is situated in front of it. The walls are very thin, apartment shifts constantly due to poor construction causing doors and windows to have tremendous gaps (I do not have to go any further with this one because you can imagine what that means, ANYTHING can enter your home. I made numerous complaints but yet again no resolve.), and even though complex fairly new (built in 2000) appliances already breaking down and malfunctioning. The crappy tennis courts have uneven surfaces due to poor land leveling, and as a bonus the rear of the tennis courts have a 90-degree dropoff that could seriously injure or kill someone if fall off. Overall, these apartments are really over-priced, poorly staffed, and not even worth the time of just viewing let alone considering living here.
