A lot has changed here. I felt like this was home they promptly handled any concerns in the past. Now idk if it's new leadership or lack there of but the property has gone down. Potholes under sped bumps. Allowing anybody to move in! Music playing all night from neighbors trash being left outside the door. You're tripping to get in and out your door. Broken glass in the parking lot outside my building! Beer bottles! I will not move into anymore Balfour Community properties again not will I allow friends or family members.

It's really wonderful here because the last apartment I had the staff didn't wanna fix the things that needed to be fix always saying "oh I'll come back in 30 minutes" but never did. So yeah, I really appreciate here at this apartments.

All I have done is move in. That being said, the workers in the office were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. When I got to my apartment, everything was clean and there were no lingering smells from past owners.

Safe community, but residents with pets don't clean up behind their pets. Staff has issues several warnings to no avail. The upkeep of the property is good. The apartments could be more sound-proof. There tends to be pot holes pretty frequently.

It's a very quiet neighborhood. I love the privacy and staff.There are nice amenities for the kids. I love the layout of the units and also the security reassurance. I would definitely recommend the community to any friend.

this place is great. even though the pool area was never opened . this was one of the major reasons i wanted this place.. the people are awesome there are small things ..( like everywhere ) the dumpsters always have trash around them no matter how many warnings. most of the tenants are respectful .. but there are some that just follow rules. loud music is one of them.

Our apartment complex is quiet and peaceful. It is in a central location where we are close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The complex is nice and clean with a lot of updated amenities.

My experience since I have been living here has been good so far, can't complain. The area is safe and up kept as well. It doesn't take them long to come out and fix things when needed. They have enough lights to light up the area at night as well.

I just recently moved into ridgeland place. The move in process was simple and easy. The office has been very responsive and quick to answer any any questions i'v had. They have been went out of there way to may special arrangements for me to move in while the office was closed over the weekend and they responded very quickly to a minor maintenance request I put in on the website. So far so good. Very clean apartment.

Great apartment complex. I've only been here a week but i like it. Neighbors seems to mind their business and that's great. There's a security gate that actually works. Nice kitchen and dinning area. A great place to call home.

The front office was extremely friendly and helpful. The complex grounds are well maintained making it clear Ridgeland Place cares about it's appearance. Furthermore the gated community feeling makes me confident in the safety of theses apts.

It's great living here, the only thing that I have a problem is the leaking in the master bedroom. Not sure where it is coming from but I would like for it to be fixed before mildew comes into the apartment

I like the apartments. It's a very nice neighborhood and it's very quiet. I love the inside or my apartment. The outside is getting renovated at the moment. I will say that I do not like the color choice of the newly renovated apartments. I also do not like that the parking lot is bumpy and raggedy. But besides that, I like the apartments. The staff is amazing!

Chose this apartment based on convenience and set up of inside of apartment. Fridge did not work upon move in and it took 3 days to get a new one, so all food was no good. Office staff was very nice though.
