I like quite, neighbors nice, any kind of problems I've had, it get fixed in a timely manner, great community. I highly would recommend it to anyone. Worth the price I pay. Me and my family are very happy here.

Haven't been there but 2 days. Will respond at a later date. Hopefully I will have only good things to speak of. My family and I are very excited to be a part of this community. I haven't heard anything negative

My experience so far has been a pleasant one. This is the start of year two for me. The community is nice and quite. The grounds are well kept. The office staff and maintenence professionals are very friendly and always available. It's a great place to stay.

Aside from a few problems with neighbors and police, the community has been great. Super understanding with an anxious dog and my neighbor looks out for me! I have had a great time. The only problem is that there has been some issue with the gym - it was open 24/7 but has been shut down to only working during work hours and hence un usable to people who work during the day. Otherwise it's a great place to live and I feel at home in my apartment. Great price for a great amount of space.

overall the experience was pleasant , we had a few bumps in the process but the office staff and maintenance made sure to get everything corrected as soon as they could. I am thankful for the quick responses and great attitudes

I have had a great experience Jody Givens the office manager and her staff has alway listened and willing to help. The grounds are always kept clean. And any maintenance issues are resolved fast. It has been great living at Ridgeland Place.

I moved here summer of 2022 and it has been a wonderful experience all the way around. The staff was knowledgeable, the grounds are clean, the community is quiet but also still fun. Kids have a lot of other kids to play with and it's nearby fun activities and restaurants and shopping. Love it here.

So far I haven't had any problems living here. It very quiet. The property manager keeps the inside and outside maintenance up. I feel safe and not worry too much about crime. Overall I say it's a great place to live.

The community is quiet and clean. Parking is ok when people don't double park. The office management team should make it a point to introduce any new people that the hire. People in the community should know who's handling their information.

I am overall vert happy with the apartment complex. It is well kept up and I have not had any major issues since I moved in about 2 years ago. The couple of minor issues that have come up were delt with very quickly.

Great & comfortable living conditions. I've never had any problems & the office staff is simply amazing. I recommend anyone to stay here. Wouldn't be disappointed at all. I'm glad i chose here to call home

The manager staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to help me get all the information I need .The process from sign my lease to moving in was easy. The neighbors are great in the community is real quiet.

I like how it's peaceful and clean. Very quiet all the time. Great location to everything. If anything breaks maintenance fix it same day that's a plus..Very nice pool in the summer time and clean area??

I have not moved in completely so I cannot discuss how the community or property is. Everything looks good, available parking, friendly staff. I have not stayed a night in my new apartment home as of now. I plan to spend my first night soon.

This is a very clean area & I appreciate the security that they offer. Kellyn was really great when helping with the move in process. Out of the three apartment complexes I reached out to and toured, she made the process soo smooth and easy. My first week in staying here I had a plumbing issue and maintenance responded with urgency and that's always a good deal. So far my move in experience and living experience has been great.

It seams that even though we request maintenance on out apartment time and time agin no work is done we weren't able to move in for three weeks after paying our first months rent. As a first time renter and the good comments written about the community the experience thus far has been highly underwhelming.

Generally good. The staff is courteous and helpful. The apartment is clean and functional. It is conveniently located and easily accessed. It's a bit pricey and the intermittent smell of marijuana is annoying

This community is very helpful and quick to get answers back. They all are very kind and respectful when it comes to helping us with an issue. I would love to stay here forever if I had the choice because of how good this community treats me!

It's a nice apartment complex if you have good neighbors. I have a neighbor that was terrible but I complain to the manager to talked and warned the tenant about the problems and now it's much better.

Good parking. Security gate is good. Location is good. Apartments are outdated, and needs to be updated. Staff is low, and rental office needs help, as it's not fair for one person to be running the property alone.

I love the community and have been here now since 2020. The leasing office staff is always helpful, Ms. Evette is a joy to have. The maintenance staff, however, totally sucks, they do not do their job or act as if they care. The pool is suppose to be for residents, however, there are others that will drive to our property and use our pool, staying after hours so the on site security that's suppose to make sure this is done never does his job, I don't think I have ever seen him come correct this matter or know who he is.

I just moved recently, and so far there has been no issues. The office staff is friendly, they do appear overwhelmed at times but seem to get everything I asked completed and resolved. When moving in there where minor issues like missing light bulbs/counter stains, and etc. but all fixable.

AWFUL
Would not recommend to stay here. They only care about rent. Maintenance is awful, the manager ----------- is awful along with the maintenance man. They allow maintenance to walk in without permission and get mad when you complain about it or brush it off. Always sending out messages but never complete anything. Manager constantly watches the kids swim and close the pool next day because it’s “always a problem”. ----------- is racist & I cannot wait till my lease is up this year!

It has been great so far! The complex is constantly improving and making renovations! For the most part, it's also quiet most of the time. I love the way management and the maintenance crew take pride in this facility.
