The area is nice and quiet most of the time. Area around the apartments are kept clean at all time. Office staff is very kind and helpful. Overall great experience so far. Looking forward to more months to come.

It has been accommodating for our needs. For what we pay in rent I would think that it would offer more. However this is just a short term plan for us. Since new management, things are turning around. We like what we see being done. It is still to high for an apartment. However, apartment living for most should be a short term situation. You will never own it.

The office staff made my move easy. I wish that everything was working as it should and that is the only downside. My neighbors are quiet so that is a plus. Overall a good experience and I'm hoping the minor inconvenience of everything not working right gets resolved this week.

So far it has been a great time leaving here only small issues with my stove! But everything has been great! Had a couple of residents playing loud music in their cars and a tenant slamming her front door! But I can't control what others do, I make the most out of it and love my little apartment

I love the fact that I can tell that I'm working with an experienced team! They've been helpful every step of the way since I've moved in. So, I'm glad that I chose Ridgeland Place for my first apartment!

I have been living here for over 5yrs. Management and Maintenance team used to be great but from last year it seems that staff doesn't care for the service delivery and satisfaction of the residents especially those that have been staying here for years. Now when you make a maintenance request, maintenance team decide to come whenever they want, no matter the inconveniences to you; and when you reach the staff only to get unprofessional responses like " it is not a emergency", or it is on cue, maintenance team will get to it. As long as the repair request is not about damage to their property, their response will be slow (days or weeks), and that I am not happy with. Please hire more hands into maintenance team if the demand is higher than their capacity. Residents deserve a better service thank this.

So fair it's been great! If there is an issue they get on it! Management is great. My neighbors are friendly and their quite. The only thing is the parking is horrible. The Ridgeland Place team that they have now is wonderful!

Ok, place, but people in the back by the garbage tend to sit out in cars, for a long period of time. The garbage can area has gotten cleaner, people are not dumping their garbage like before. Thanks so much for the good work.

My experience here has been great! The staff are professional and helpful everytime I need assistance. Quiet community and comfortable to be here. I feel safe knowing there is an officer who lives in the community and that the police station is close by. Maintenance also responds quickly to maintenance requests. They're there the next business day, EVERY TIME I have an issue.

We were originally promised a bottom level apartment when we applied but were then given an upper level apartment. The apartment we were shown had a pantry and ceiling fans, but the apartment we were assigned to did not have a pantry and had no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We later discovered a mold issue in our air return under the air conditioner and the apartment complex has yet to resolve the problem.

My experience is very satisfying for being a quiet place and I am close to super market / near the mall / church / school / and the apartments have a nice design. I like the customer service that the office has are very friendly

Honestly I'm being pretty generous with the 2 stars. The parking lot of the entire complex is in seriously sad shape, it is almost impossible for some residents living on the side I do to even get to their apartment because of the massive potholes that continue to go unresolved. I moved in at the end of last year and was told they would be fixed then, still nothing. Also I paid my rent on the 1st of the month and still got an email saying it was late, which is incorrect considering I got my confirmation email saying it was paid, so if there is a late fee I certainly will not pay that either. The Gates are always broken, the pool is always closed with no notification until you go and try to get in and the gate is locked with no posting on the actual gate, only when you complain is there an email sent out to notify residents. The "dog park" is a joke. I was sold on the idea of a completely different apartment than what I am paying for and I just dealt with it because at that point I had no other choice. I will not be renewing my lease and I will never recommend this place to anyone in my life. The dumpster areas stay nasty, glass is everywhere and it just makes having to be here more miserable knowing how much I pay to live here and see no return investment.

I love stay in this apartment. If something need fixing they come right on out and fix it. It is a gated community. The bus pick up right at the front gate. The office worker are nice and willing to assist.

I have been a resident for quite some time. When I moved in, I didn't experience any issues, nor do I have any issue as of to date. The staff as always been professional with me. No attitudes, no drama. Briah, the Leasing Agent is sweet and AWESOME!!! I had no problem giving them FIVE STAR ratings.

I personally love Ridgeland place. I've been on my own since a young age and Ridgeland Place has made that experience easier for me. I live the staff especially Bria an the office is a very homy atmosphere. I would t want to live anywhere else. Ridgeland Place is the way to go!!

The office is friendly but I'm not sure that they know which way is left and which way is right sometimes. It took four days to get my power turned on after my move in date as well. Maintenance has a bad habit of letting themselves in without knocking

I have only been here for 2 weeks and it is not good. The community is quiet which is good, but as for them fixing things, it takes forever or never gets done. They need to hire more help or get someone that knows what they are doing.

I've enjoyed it. I've been in the community for more than 8 years. I've always been satisfied. I would recommend to others. The staff is courteous and solves problems efficiently and effectively. Love the layout of my apartment.

I really like living here. The staff is wonderful and very courteous. If i have an issue with anything that breaks the come right out and fix it. I have never experienced that in any other apartment complex. Great place to live.

We are residents, we have to renew and the cost increases every time you renew. The worst thing is that the apartments still have no improvements or changes. The new administrator a blonde white lady speaks to the residents as if they were not important. I have been a resident that all payments have been made on the correct date, even the check is delivered days before the payment date. The price for new residents is very low. I can say that they would pay 60 to 100 dollars less than me for the same apartment. whereas if I want to renew it, I will pay more. The security gates are almost always damage (open). People are not residents or who live here without being registered, they only push the forced gate and access it until they damage it constantly is informed and nothing happens they continue doing the same. You arrive at night and forget about getting a parking lot near your apartment. It's supposed to be 2 vehicles per apt. (They should make a stamp to the residents and paste it on the glass of the car registered in each apartment and vehicle that does not have it and occupy parking to call the police and report it.This way, this problem is solved). The employees if they are going to fix something come in with dirty boots, then one has to buy chemicals to clean the carpet. The machines of the Gym have their defects and another does not work. I have seen residents of Gables (another apartment complex) on Sundays crossing with laundry baskets to use the washing and drying machines here. The school bus that used to come in to pick up young children can no longer do so. The administration exposes the safety of children. The administrator is not nice. The worst part is that you can NOT talk to someone else who supervises her, like the owners of the property. Totally disappointed with the increase in income and everything else mentioned.It's amazing that the administration does not mind retaining good and professional residents.

Just moved here from Ohio and I can honestly say the girls in the office made it an easy move for our family. The apartment was everything we needed and the location is great! My neighbors were very helpful too.

I am new to the property, but I can definitely say I love this place. The price was perfect for me and my family. The staff is amazing, they are so nice, and the property is sooo quiet. I am so glad I made this my new home.

Ridgeland Place is a great place to live. The environment is very clean, safe, and family oriented. I love the size of my one bedroom biggest than other one bedroom apartment I have lived at. I have lived for here almost five years.
