Needs a refresh on the hallways wall and rugs and the shared spaces should be available after 6. The seating in the shared space is not good and super short! There should be more tables. The garage needs mirrors on each level when turning corners. Also freight elevator goes down a lot! Staff is excellent though.

Elizabeth Square has been everything I expected and more. Clean, quite and a lot of friendly people throughout the building. They host a ton of cool events to get people together which is something I find appealing. I just resigned my lease so looking forward to the future!

I've been happy with my experience living at the Elizabeth Square Apartments. The leasing office and maintenance staff are attentive and always willing to assist when needed. The location is a plus, on a safe and walkable neighborhood with a diverse range of entertainment options. Building amenities are great and the gated parking deck is spacious.

No parking, prepare to be booted, unhelpful staff, amazing maintenance team. Text saying "Compact" faded, can easily be mistaken as "Visitor" at night time. Office staff unwilling to work with us. Ate a $180 boot fee on top of rent.

Location, staff, the apartment layout are great, convenience to uptown, southend, and plaza midwood, walkable distance to almost all necessary places, maintenance requests are being processed on timely manner, great customer service and also beautiful pool, the gym is nice as well, I highly recommend this apartment and looking forward to stay here till I buy a house, Thank you!

Nice area an great for walking to many restaurants and stores. Right next to the trolly for easy downtown transport, as well as a light rail connection to get anywhere in Charlotte. Maintenance is amazing.

Very fast and efficient work. They repaired the issue within 2 hours of the service request. They were in and out of the unit while we were out and it was like they were never there. Every single Workorder gets taken care of right away !

This is a lovely place, with great amenities, quiet, very well kept and close to tons of restaurants and amenities and the street car. The apartments have a great layout and are spacious. And the personnel working here are super nice.

I have no desire to leave Elizabeth Square! Amazing community in the perfect location in Plaza Midwood. Accessible to everything in Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood! Leasing staff are always helpful, building is well maintained with 2B2Br apartments have ample storage space, a big plus!

Plaza Midwood is a great neighborhood. I love the walkability and proximity to Noda and Elizabeth. I rarely have to get in my car. The biggest drawback to living here is the noise from neighbors. Overall a nice place to live.

I love our team. Iman, Blake, and Maria are wonderful and always so helpful. Anytime I have a question or concern they respond and are so kind. It is nice to have a team you know you can count on! I do not have family in the area so it really matters to me that I know they will help with any issues that arise. Maintenance is wonderful as well!!!

Great apartment complex! A bit pricy. Noise can be bad because a part of the apartment complex is right by I-277. However the other side of the complex is on Hawthorne which is much quieter. High quality and good location.

If parking is important to you, don't lease at Elizabeth Square!

While Elizabeth Square claims to offer parking for their residents, most likely if you come home after 9:00pm on any given night the garage will be full and Elizabeth Square management offers no solution to the problem or reimbursement for any fee's assessed for having to park in a 'non' parking zone. Pretty much any apartment complex in the city that can actually accommodate parking for their residents would be a better option, because at Elizabeth Square the only thing they have to offer if there are zero parking spaces available is 'pay for parking'. So you can either pay for a reserved parking spot for a monthly fee in addition to rent, or go search for street parking which is nearly always full as well. Bottom line, if parking is something that you need with your lease, I would search elsewhere.

Run for the hills if you work from home or want internet that is functional in any way. It’s a shame that they have cheaped out on something as crucial as good internet while simultaneously cutting cable AND not communicating if we are getting credits on our monthly bills since it clearly says in my lease that cable is included

I have been leaving here for a couple of months and I love it here. The staff is friendly and I love the events they have each month. The neighborhood is fun as well. There are a lot of places to eat around here and I feel very safe going for walks.

Living at Elizabeth Square is a dream! The amenities and the apartment are beautiful and top notch which makes it easy to continue calling Elizabeth Square my home. As much as I love my apartment and the building, it is the staff in the office that makes this property the best in Plaza Midwood. They care so much about their residents and it shows daily by the way they seem to know everyone's name, apartment number and even their pets without having to look it up or ask. The time Jennifer, Ashlee and Kelly take to make sure you feel comfortable, at home and welcomed in this community is unmatched in the area. The resident events that they put together are so much fun and gives awesome opportunities to meet other residents my age. I could go on and on about how wonderful this community is but you should just move here and see for yourself.

The staff is great, maintenance is quick to come out and fix any issues that come up, and public spaces are kept relatively clean. The biggest downside to living here is that you are locked in to an over priced internet/cable package which gets you basic cable channels and internet with 50 Mbps speeds for $100 a month through Spectrum. To add on better internet speeds of up to 200 Mbps, is an extra $20 a month. However, Spectrum's current rate for the area for basic cable and internet with speeds up to 200 Mbps is approximately $88. Spending an extra $32 a month for no apparent benefit is not consumer friendly. It's not the dollar amount that is the issue but the fact that you are forced to pay above market rates for below market speeds.
