Great location and apartment complex. Very quiet and well maintained and best bang for your buck in the area. One downside, cable and internet package that is a required fee is ridiculous with internet speeds that are embarrassingly antiquated given what is available in the market.

We moved to E2 in 2019 and have recently transferred to a larger unit. I know the pandemic situation is making it difficult for everyone. But the staff here are doing all they can to keep us feeling like we made a great decision to locate here. I absolutely love my new apartment home at Elizabeth Square! Elizabeth Square provided me with the floorplan of my Work From Home dreams, beautiful apartment features and amenities, and an amazing community to call home. My dog loves the pet park, the walkability of the neighborhood, and the giant windows in our unit! The staff continues to provide the same excellent service I was given during my leasing experience.

I LOVE IT HERE! I am going on my 5th year residing here. I love that my apartment has street access, it's next to a dog park, and within waking distance of everything I need. The parking garage is a great plus, but also street parking and to be available at all times. Can't wait until they start the trolly! The people are nice, the office/maintenance staff are amazing, and the amenities are fun. Highly recommend.

I love living in the Elizabeth Square community. I enjoy that the apartments dont look like other cookie cutter, hotel-esque apartments. My home is very cozy and I feel welcome by all of the staff. There is construction outside of my apartment that is VERY noisy from early in the morning to late at night but I am hopeful that they will finish soon.

Ive been there only a week but so far, so good. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The ground are kept well. The hallways are bland but they are clean. Im confused as to the garage gate situation as they are open sometimes when there is no consistent traffic.

Floors are thin. Can hear everything from above. If their dog barks, I hear it. If their dog wakes up at 6 am, Im waking up at 6 am. If the neighbor is in a bad mood and stomping around my ceiling vibrates. People get wasted abs scream for no reason at the pool too. Carpets in hallways are dirty and stained.

My roommates and I have been very pleased so far. Our 3-bedroom apartment is gorgeous and has a great view of the Charlotte skyline with an over-sized balcony. The location is perfect, since I can walk to many places. Johnathan is a phenomenal leasing agent, and we wouldn't be here without his incredibly help and patience. Keep in mind the apartment does border the highway (its visible from our apartment) but if that won't bother you, then the place is close to perfect.

Very nice community and its in a great location near stores and places to go such as Bars and pool halls. Which encourages you to walk/bike instead of using gas in your car! The staff is also very nice and helpful!

Elizabeth Square is the best apartment community I've lived in since moving to Charlotte. The staff is kind, professional, and constantly seeking to build a stronger sense of community. I am currently in my third year of living at Elizabeth Square and plan to sign for a fourth year. Elizabeth Square is in an incredible area of Charlotte that allows you to be a quick Uber to Uptown or a short walk to the heart of Plaza Midwood. The apartment itself is the most spacious apartment that I have seen in Charlotte. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath and the rent is very reasonable for the location and amenities. The gym has been upgraded and the pool is always poppin.

My girlfriend and I have been here almost a year and we just renewed for next year! We love living here! Elizabeth Square offers so many fun, free events for the residents each month, and some of them are even held at a brewery! We have only had a few general maintenance requests and they are always very courteous and prompt! They do a great job! We are able to walk to all the fun places in Plaza and if we want to venture out, we are close to everything! Elizabeth Square is also pet friendly and sometimes offer free pet grooming!! Plaza Midwood has a great vibe and the best place to enjoy it is at Elizabeth Square!! Oh yeah, they have a pool!!

I currently live at this apartment complex, and it is by far the best I have lived in yet! The staff is extremely friend, and helpful. The events we have monthly are always creative, and engaging. Kelly, Sarah, and Johnathan are amazing people to have manage this complex. Maintenance always respond within 24 hours too which is a huge perk! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to find a new home.

We love Elizabeth Square! From the incredible Maintenance team all the way to the office staff everyone is friendly and very responsive. Very clean and easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and bars. The apartment has everything you need from complimentary coffee to a personal yoga studio! My favorite are the peloton bikes! If you have not visited it's a must!

If you're looking to move to the Plaza Midwood area, check out Elizabeth Square! The staff and residents are super friendly and there are tons of places to walk to and grab food or drinks. The complex is pretty quiet, there are Amazon lockers in the parking garage and they host a yoga class every Tuesday night.

Just wanted to pass on some feedback to you guys. Today you guys entered my apartment to replaced the lightbulbs in my apartment, and while you guys did a great job at communicating the dates as to when you guys would be entering the apartments there were a couple of things where you guys fell short. While you guys were in my apartment the door where the water heater is located was left open (again, but no big deal) but what worried me most was the fact that the back door of my apartment was left opened. Not unlocked but opened. Today, I made arrangements for my dog to be off site so that you guys would work comfortably and without any hesitation to do whatever is that you needed to do in the apartment. Again, the things that worried me the most was the fact that I live in the 1st floor (apartment 123) which my apartment has entrance from the back of the apartments and any one couldve come in and do whatever they wanted since the door was left open. So from a safety perspective not okay. Also, if I had not made arrangements for my dog to be elsewhere, my dog would have gotten out and/or possibly lost. This is beyond unacceptable. We live here because we trust you guys and we trust that our belongings and pets will be safe while we are away or when you guys come in to our apartment. Again, this is very disappointing. I love living here! Everyone living in the complex is so nice and the staff is amazing. Johnathan and Jamie know you by name and are the sweetest. Everyone here truly makes you feel at home when you move in and their events allow you to meet your fellow neighbors. The apartments are upgraded and newly renovated. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. It is a dog friendly community which is always a plus in my opinion! Although we don't have a dog of our own. I have yet to even hear any of the dogs bark in this building! And last but not least they have a pool table, shuffle board, and a fancy coffee machine in the community room. This is an amazing complex and I highly recommend living here.
