I have lived at Elizabeth Square for almost 2 years now, and I have enjoyed living here! The office staff is very knowledgeable and take time to assist you with questions and concerns. Recently I transferred to another apartment in the building; Jaimie made the process very easy. She explained the process and assisted me every step of the way! The transfer was very smooth and successful! I am now enjoying my new apartment and looking forward to living here for many years to come. GOOD JOB Elizabeth Square!

Elizabeth Square is a beautiful community. When looking for my next space I wanted to safe and secure, this community delivers. The location is perfect because you feel like you're surrounded by trees and then can walk a block to the bustling neighborhood of Plaza Midwood. They have a great area for dogs, our pup loves his new home because of the green spaces throughout the surrounding streets. As someone who used to live on a busier street in Charlotte, this community provides a lot of peace of mind for us.

This is a great place if you don't care about being woken up at 2 am on a Sunday morning by blaring music by your neighbors below or not being able to hear your tv over the stomping neighbors above. A wonderful place to live if you do not want the newest upgraded apartments and small community feel. The staff is incredibly friendly but will not enforce the rules of the lease so if you are a rule breaker then this is your place! Great walk-ability for bars and restaurants so this brings in a lot of drunks and left over beer cans and trash around the doors and hallways. The landscape is fresh and updated with a large garbage heap outside of the garage doors. It is a some what safe neighborhood, just do not live on the first floor due to garbage being outside of your porch (specially if you live by the garage doors) and noise all night long Wednesday- Sunday. In the 2 years that I have lived there, there has been a couple of shootings down the street, a break in in the building and the apartment across the street, a car stolen and many more. Overall rating of Elizabeth Square apartments- 4/10

Ive got no complaints, maintenance is quick efficient and prompt. Leasing staff is incredibly helpful. Pool is maintained, gym is clean and well equipped. Dog park is clean and the property is constantly updated, too.

Megan Otte always goes above and beyond to help the residents out. And the maintenance staff is always so cheerful and helpful. Anytime there is an issue (which does not happen often) the staff is all over it. Their dedication to this property and to their residents is outstanding!

So far it has been a great experience since our move back in April 2019. The building is kept pretty clean and the pool is nice. There is a lot of greenery outside our balcony that is very enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful place near uptown or Plaza Midwood area

If you're looking for a youngish, cool / hip vibe, with access to nightlife, great restaurants, unique stores, parks, nature, and a soon-to-be bridge connecting to the beautiful Elizabeth, and a trolley that will run through uptown, this is the spot for you. Cool community feeling, you have your privacy, and fun communal events to make you feel engaged and at home. Leasing office is very friendly as well, and kinda chill.

Great location in Plaza Midwood neighborhood. Withing walking distance of best restaurants, bars, and breweries in Plaza Midwood. The apartment has a secure parking garage. Your packages will be delivered to an Amazon Locker for secure pickup. The appliances are updated and kitchens have wood floors and granite counter tops. The high ceilings are a plus.

Could not recommend this complex more. Walking distance to all that Plaza Midwood has to offer, fantastic amenities including great workout facility and inviting common spaces and outdoor areas. The quality of living conditions is unbeatable for the location and price.

Our staff is very professional and accommodating, but sometimes they accidentally give misleading info when they do not know the answer to a question. Mostly about additional fees, or what exactly goes into fees. Maintenance just bandages what occurs and the same things have broken over and over. Have heard horror stories about washing machines that are fixed but ruin clothes afterward. Glad to know its not only me.

Excellent value for the price, especially with skyrocketing Charlotte rents. Love that the building is a block off Central Ave surrounded by trees - even though you can walk to everything, it's still very quiet. I love living here.

Everything about the upkeep and living environment here at Elizabeth has exceeded my expectations, with one major exception. We live on the 3rd floor. When we moved in, 1/2017, the apartments above us were carpeted. Early in 2018, without notifying us, hardwood floors were installed in the apartment above us. This was not properly thought through and the new tenants above us are extremely loud, sometimes at unnaceptable hours of the night and early morning. We have complained numerous times and have given up at this point. This is extremely inconsiderate on managements behalf.

This place has extremely poor management. There is zero regard for resident safety. Even after problems and safety concerns are voiced, management has stated on multiple occasions “we were advised by our superiors to do nothing for fear of legal repercussions”. The current owner is JP Morgan Chase. Grounds and hallways stay pretty filthy. I think they only have two maintenance guys for the whole place.

Great so far!! I love the location, the staff is super friendly and very responsive. The amenities are clean, kept up with making the space fun and feeling almost like a little staycation when by the pool or the hammocks and even the club house!

I love living here. Great location. The only real complaint I have is the guest parking situation. There's only 2 spots per floor and then a few extras on the roof...There's barely any street parking considering we have to share it with the apartment building across the street. I think the whole roof should be guest parking and 3 spots per floor. My friends never want to come over because they can't find a place to park. Especially on the weekends.

It has been a very nice, great experience. It has been very comfortable. Great location, great pricing, great experience, great ppl. It is around a lot of great shops, restaurants and bars. In fact the only negative about elizabeth square, is this survey that is WAY too long. I've already answered these questions. Conduct it to 10-20 questions.

If you don't like roaches, don't move here. And don't let them tell you they are "Palmetto bugs." I've lived They are not. I had a roach problem among, many other issues that the team was never fully able to deal with and in the end just, gave up. I wanted to move so bad as it was so disgusting, and even with countless attempts to resolve the issue, in the end the property did not come through, and would not even let me break my lease a bit early to secure a new home, even though they were in violation of their own community standards. Hallways stink, things are often broken, garage gates didn't close for 3 months. I gave lived in Charlotte all my life. I strongly advise not to move in this building. There are many others to pick from in the Charlotte area, choose better

This place is in a great area. The staff hosts events for residents often, such as pool parties and free yoga. The maintenance is prompt and efficient. The office recently put a package pickup station, making delivery easy 24/7
