I have a neighbor that lives in apt 201 with dog poop and urine trash on the balcony the smell is awful. Have complained at least 30 times it has not been addressed . I have called animals control and 311 . Have contacted corporate . This is a huge problem

It has been great living here just a few things that I would change. This community need more dumpsters, cameras in the parking lot for safety, and properly marked visitors parks. These few changes would make this property perfect.

Everyone has been extremely helpful and professional when it comes to assisting with the set up and execution of my move in. It is a major upgrade from the community that I just moved from. I am beyond satisfied.

Love it. Friendly, clean community. Office staff was helpful, specifically Jeryn L. Go to her! She is amazing! I also love that there are no breed restrictions so you can bring your fur baby and not worry about being discriminated against.

I moved to MAA Ayrsley. November 2020. I must say the move was amazing. I love the location and the areas that it is close to. I love that there are no pet restrictions. The staffing that I worked with are amazing too.

My experience is very good. Very peaceful nice people. Very easy to drive out of the complex. Very convenient For store locations. The office is very helpful and they keep up the resident area Very well.

Community has no security measures, cars get vandalized on site and the office staff does not even bother contacting tenants or at least address the issue. Horrible treatment to tenants once you move in from office staff, district manager and corporate offices. Maintenance staff is amazing but other than that, worse experience ever.

Watch out when moving out, you might be used as a credit card for their shopping list for replacing random things which you did not damage or would have had normal wear and tear, even though the lease claims normal wear and tear is accounted for. From reading other reviews, this seems to be a common practice for MAA to get just a bit more out of you, not impressed by this aspect and will not be staying on another MAA property in the future.

The staff is great and answer all questions if and when asked. Very direct with the availability of units and offered options. Explained the different deposits options and also the rental insurance that is offered.

I literally spend one full day cleaning the apartment. The conditions the apartment was given to me was unacceptable, kitchen cabinet duty, stove dirty, dead cockroach in the living floor, floors not swept, ceiling fans were dusty and with spider webs. Mold on windows, under cabinet in the master bathroom, under the sink in the kitchen, rotten cabinet (between the stove and refrigerator) like it had water damage and mold , mold spots in the master bedroom ceiling and living room ceiling. What makes this worse is that when signing the lease you also sign a fee sheet that states all fees you'll be charge for everything that you leave dirty- now my question is am I getting pay for everything it was dirty when I moved in? I literally spend an entire cleaning because this apartment was disgusting. And on top of that I had to deal with a leasing consultant ( Jeryn Lindsay) who has this horrible attitude that every time you have a question or you want to bring up a concern she'll respond like you're stupid- She doesn't not know the meaning on customer service. Everyone else in the office are nice and friendly

I had an amazing experience when it came to me choosing MAA Arysley as my new community. They worked out an appropriate move-in date that worked well for myself as well as for them. I really needed something fast due to the fact I had just closed on my home. They gave me peace of mind.

The Office and maintenance staff is wonderful and accommodating. They keep the grounds well maintained. With the implementation of the parking permits, parking is always available. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by.

The neighborhood always looks beautiful(no constant trash or unkept lawns). Apartment layouts are spacious and have a look of luxury. Neighbors have been great(speak in passing and keep to themselves). THE LOCATION! I love being a part of the Ayrsley community. All the good stores and malls(SouthPark and Carolina Place) are around the corner or within 15mins away, respectively. This place has exceeded my expectations. It'll be hard to leave.

Started out good, then MAA revoked amenities without reducing rent. MAA removed all trash bins except compactor. MAA instated a parking system that doesn't work. LMS locks vehicles, leaves them taking up parking spots for months, fines residents and visitors at higher rates than the law permits. Communication through emails vs letters on doors to inconvenience residents/charge them more fines. Otherwise apartments are clean, community looks good, appliances are reliable, etc.

The community overall is very quiet. There has been no issues with finding a parking spot. The 24 hour gym is very helpful and clean. Its great to be able to request maintenance, pay rent and etc online.

So my husband and I lived here for 14 months and we miss this place. Overall the apartment complex was beautiful and very well maintained. Construction workers and landscapers were constantly doing work and fixing up the complex. The security was tip top as they had a securitas driving around nightly all night long. Due to this we had absolutely no invasion of privacy or any type of robbery or break in incidents so very pleased with that. We have two dogs and they dealt a little bit with fleas when we first moved in but we gave them treatments and they never really got fleas again thankfully! They were very adamant about keeping the grassy areas poop free and would have people coming to pick up poop that was left there about weekly or biweekly. Grass was regularly cut and kept clean. Apartment complex was sprayed seasonally for cockroaches as they know when the roaches come out as any complex should. I never had a problem with roaches due to this. It got kinda loud at night due to no speed bumps on the main road in the neighborhood but honestly this was the biggest problem we had with it. Our neighbor also had a charger so he was always revving it at night but never too late in the night. It got quiet around “sleeping times”. During the day people were enjoying the outdoors and the enjoyable landscape and upkeep ( super nice to take walks ) I am not a regular walker but ayrsley made me want to be one. The apartment itself was pretty nice. Although it was very small for my husband and our two dogs, it was nice. Kinda old appliances but they all worked just fine. I loved my big spacious laundry room! I didn’t like how we had no balcony but it was fine due to large windows and bright airy space. It would be perfect for a single person to live. I felt very safe being here alone due to great securitas. We had a corner lot which was amazing because we only had neighbors above us not around or below so it was really quiet. Thank you Ayrsley for caring about your residents and your complex it meant a lot to us! Keep doing what you’re doing so well!!

The apartment itself is okay just a little dated. Parking needs to be improved. Visitor parking was created to ensure that residents always had somewhere to park close to their building, however there are not enough visitor spots available for residents to have guest. The trash can on my side was taken away and I now have to walk to the other side of the complex while carrying a heavy trash bag or put the trash on top of my car and drive it to the compactor. I was told when I first signed my lease that we were getting a dog park. There are absolutely no amenities geared towards pets but they charge you a pet fee every month. There is a huge hole in the fence by my building that people pop in and out of which gets sketchy at night. The lighting around the community is terrible. You can barely see your surroundings at night. The community looks nice at first glance, but they are definitely some improvements that need to be made.

Spacious and affordable. But the walls are thin like paper, you can hear EVERYTHING! And the front office doesn't seem to care about handling noise complaints. I've just decided to suck it up and not get any sleep or I'm just not at home unless I absolutely have to be. I pay rent for a place I can't be comfortable in.

It's nice clean and quite. All we are having is garbage disposable it should be near to the apartments how the security is enforced haven't seen any security guard yet. It would be better if garbage disposable more convenient

My experience here was not bad, However I feel it could have been better. For example, what pictures do not show before signing the lease (tour was virtual due to Covid) was the ceiling had been plastered over a moldy ceiling. When I received my keys that part that was supposed to be a cover up had fell into the tub. Behind the washer and dryer are cobwebs from who knows how long in the hoses. Same thing around the sprinklers throughout the apartment.

The community is great other than the millions of pounds of dog ---- laying around outside. So don't walk in the grass also if you plan on living here don't own more than one vehicle because you'll be lucky if you find a parking spot for the first one.

They are nice apartments that don't feel like regular apartment living they are pit Bull friendly and that's hard to come by in the Charlotte area. Apartments are well kept and affordable and located in a area close to pretty much everything

This is a great community. The apartment complex is reall nice! I love it here! The residents are nice. Maintenance is very quick to resolve any issues you may have. The front office is very nice and helpfu. The gym is very larage and has a lot of equipment. It's a nice, safe, friendly environment. And there are many stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall it's a nice area and community other than packages being stolen. I had issues with some cracks in the walls and being locked out of my closet and other issues with cable. But for the most part all of my issues are resolved pretty quickly.
