-LMS parking is scummy and predatory. It shouldn't be used. (150 fines and booting). LMS is a fraudulent company working out of Winston-Salem managing MAA parking enforcement. (Only the lower income MAA's tho) LMS Fees are beyond predatory and outrageous and most times the violations are fraudulent. -Rent prices raise and new fees are added bi-monthly. They do NOT lock in rent prices for your initial lease. -Location Safety is a huge issue. I've had two near home invasions since renting here and my car has been broken into on several occasions - not enough safety features (lights, better door locks, security cameras, etc) - Leasing office will lie over anything no matter how small. It's all about profit with this corporation so don't come here expecting any chivalry - on move-in my apartment unit had not been cleaned in any way, the amenities were/are pretty beat up, and I was lied to about what unit I was being put in. On my Move-in day there was human and dog hair all over the apartment from the prior tenants. The security system had not been reset from the prior tenant which really shows they just threw me into a unit with no cleaning and updates. Sadly I'm sure they'll keep my security deposit to cover the fixes even though it was on them to fix PRIOR to my move in. -anytime you bring up concerns with the office staff they get upset, rude, and combative. I very rarely get anywhere with the office staff when it comes to issues. - I've had staff come out to fix the ac more times than I can count. In my 2 year stay my ac never once regulated properly so I wasted a ton of money on ac/heat because I had to keep it running 24/7 or completely off. - our garbage disposal never worked - the fridge compartments completely broke off on move in day - the tile in the kitchen was/is chipped upward so it cuts your feet up -the bath tub had a huge hole in it and instead of actually fixing the problem they patched it and now it's cracking again (Such MAA style) *Overall look anywhere else but MAA. It was not worth the price gouging they constantly do to be treated like crap, have no safety, and have amenities that are half assed and falling apart. (The pool that they rave about and charge tenants monthly for is only 3ft deep, it's a pond at best. So if that tells you anything about the amenities)

Community is great, it's hard to find same quality community at this price. I really like the environment here, the entire community looks beautiful when you drive in, especially on sunny days, and also pretty quiet, with no one yelling or screaming at midnight.

Good community, safe but I recommend you making sure you give yourself enough time to check to make sure the apartment is clean before you move all your stuff in. I was told my apartment was clean but it for sure was not.

The community is nice and clean . I don't like that the rent increased by $100 thought . The maintenance crew responds quick to anything that needs fixing . Very convenient that I can pay rent online . Need more visitors parking

Bad parking, fines, boots on cars,

You can not visit your family or friends here, they have a fraudulent company putting boots on your car for visitors waiting to take your money. The company is called LMS PARKING. They don’t have permits to work in Mecklenburg county they work out of Boone. They are not the police. You can’t take care of your loss loved ones, personal things because they will rip you off, they don’t work out of company cars they are crooks. Update: once you give your 30 day notice they, force you to leave sooner then your 30 days are up, by not fixing anything inside of your unit and cut off your air conditioner by bullying you out of the unit sooner, if you received assistance from the government, they force on you administrative fees, as if the pandemic is your fault that it happened in the first place, on top of that they won’t give you back your security deposit, even after you’ve cleared and exited the unit, leaving it clean and clear.

The complex is nice. One thing I dislike is that they like to replace instead of just fixing equipment. Also, why isn't there more visitor parking available? It is difficult for this entire complex to share only one area of visitor parking

Not a bad place to live, quiet area. The only problem is people do not pick up after their dogs and bring their dogs to this area, where they do not live in this section. Need a specific area for dogs

I have had a positive experience so far at these apartments. It's quiet and the grounds are fairly clean. The staff has been nice and professional and any request for maintenance is handled pretty quickly. Im also a short drive away from many of the stores, restaurants, or movie theatre that I can go to.

It's an ok place to live but for the money you're paying, you would expect more from the management. They took away our trashcan because it got full so quickly and people put trash on the ground near the trash can. Now we have to drive to the next trash can which is very inconvenient. The appliances don't work all that great. The steps are rarely cleaned and are embarrassing if you invite company over. The clubhouse is nice.

Good. Trash disposal and parking are not great. And there is a 200 character MINIMUM on this response so I have to fill in the rest with nonsense. Let's see, some kid bounces his basketball around the parking lot everyday, that's annoying.

I've had an okay experience here. The biggest negative is not having heat during the snowstorm and bad weather. They also tow cars that do not have a parking decal however there are only 2 spots near my building. I have had to park across the street at the QT on several occasions.

Great bang for your buck. They keep up on maintenance that is needed and best response time I've seen at a complex. Very quiet, clean complex. Spacious and worth the rent money they ask for. A lot of people leave their dog poop around the grounds, but I noticed they started hiring a service to clean that up as well.

Great amenities. Pleasant staff and maintenance. Good price for the area and convenience. Also luxury with newer appliances. Walls are pretty soundproof and the way the apartments are built you don't really ever have noise issues

I just moved in, not much to say at moment. I do love the apartment. My family and I needed more space and we definitely got that. A few things are not right but I'm hoping the office and maintenance will take care of it. So far it's good.

I really enjoyed my stay but there were some issues this year reference my rental insurance when it was paid on time but got charged a penalty on rent. It's didn't set well with me but it is all good.

My time here at this property has been difficult. I would like to monetarily compensated for my unsatisfactory, unsafe move-in conditions. I am very upset with the amount of glass and objects located on the carpet.
