It has been good overall. The staff is professional and responsive. My apartment is HUGE in comparison to what is offered on this side of town. Also it is rare to find apartments with attached garages and an office space. That is why I think my apartment is a great value compared to what's available in the market

The office staff are very friendly and informative. They made the move easy and easy to adjust from being an owner to a renter again. I have enjoyed the amenities the community has to offer. I have thourghly enjoyed my experience

Just moved in. Easy process. No issues. Website is easy to use. Fee list is a little overwhelming. Like everything so far. Wasn't happy about admin fees. Location very convenient although there's a lot of traffic.

It's peaceful & friendly environment. The maintenance team is fast & get the job done usually on first time out. Parking is not so great. Not enough room for you to park close to your home. Office staff is usually helpful.

Wonderful. Clean. The leasing office provides great support. Maintenance crew is trustworthy and timely at completing the requests. Ample parking spots. Safe are and convenient to shopping areas nearby.

It's a very quiet and clean community. I really enjoy living here. I feel safe in the community and I do expect to live in the community for quite awhile. The staff is great and very helpful. My here is good one .

No complaints at all! Beautiful community and a wonderful staff that strives to know and help you in a timely fashion. Parking could have more spaces but nonetheless it works. The pool are is perfect for family and cook outs also!!

I love this community! It is convenient to everything you need - every choice of grocery store, the mall, not too far from uptown, tons of restaurants and entertainment. I feel comfortable to walk freely around with my daughter.

Where do I start? We moved in here over a year and a half ago and it has been one thing after another. The amount of money we have had to spend as a result of this “safe community” is insane. We checked out the apartment and it was clean, signed the lease, and two days later when we arrived with our uHaul there were hundreds of ants in the kitchen. Had to rebuy groceries several times the first two weeks because ants were in everything. That was the only incident the first year so we renewed our lease. This second year has been absolute hell. Tons of drug dealers moved into our building, smells like pot 24/7. On Mother’s Day at 4am I wake up to the sound of a car wreck. One of the tenants was driving 100mph through the parking lot, took out a light pole, a tree, and hit another vehicle so hard that it hit our vehicle. Not even 5 months later the security company that this complex uses hit our other vehicle at 3am because he was sneezing (aka on his phone). It is six months later and our vehicle is still not fixed. Colonial grande does not give a ----. Almost every dog owner practices “off he leash training” which is illegal in the county on public spaces. One of our neighbors attacked our leashes dog and when I told her to put her dog on a leash she threatens to kill me (six months pregnant at the time), got aggressive and harassed my family for being white. Colonial grande refused to let us out of our lease, again did not give a ----. Had to spend money on an attorney to press to get that neighbor removed. Lastly, the final straw, the washing machine owned by the apartment complex malfunctioned. It got stuck on the “fill” part of the cycle. I called maintenance who made it clear he didn’t want to get up and do his job, gave me attitude the whole time. I have absolutely had it. They refused to replace the carpets which smell like ---- now and claim there is no odor. Even the movers almost got sick from the odor almost a week later. I have 4 months left in this lease but colonial grande can kiss my ------- ---, especially Tracy Pryor the property manager (------- ----). At this point I have hired an attorney and I’m suing their ------- ---! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

Over priced and not worth the value. Units are paper thin (walls and floors) and too noisy. Too little respect from neighbors with dogs and lack of clean up after their pets. People use main thorough fare street as if they were on a drag strip and little to no respect for stop signs.

Love our apartment, great location. Friendly staff and good amenities. Quick to help you when needed. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Walls are a little thin so you hear a lot of traffic but other than that everything is great

Good community to stay, near by many grocery stores, pharmacy, many restaurants, theatre and white hall shopping center. Pretty good apartment at affordable price. I recommend this apartment for those looking for good community to stay

Beautiful apartments. Was thrilled that they accept pit bulls cause so many complexs do not which is a terrible predicament to be in when looking for an apartment. Just wish they had a dog park. There is not anywhere for dogs to play

From the time we pulled up to the community until moving in and even after it was a smooth and amazing experience. The office staff are very accommodating and helpful. There was never a time during the process that I questioned anything and I love my apartment. Best decision ever.

The office and maintenance team are always on top of things. The office staff is always polite and friendly. Maintenance is always fixed things as soon as I call I never have to wait to get things fixed. Location is great!!

Love the area. Walking distance to everything. The staff is Awesome. Loving my new space. Very relaxing and spacious. The amenities are great also the pool, bbq area and the gym. Security is a plus. Thank you

Fantastic property team, very friendly and punctual. They made me feel cared about with warm personalities and welcoming smiles. While viewing apartments, I was given a tour rather than being let wander around the units. Amenities rival those of a corporate business park. Great place to live and to raise my children.

It was a smooth process. Tiffany and Whitney were both very helpful . I love the community all together . The fitness room is open 24/7 to the residents that's very convenient for me because I'm a ymca member and they close pretty early.

I really like the staff. I travel for work; they were very helpful when submitting paperwork for my lease. You don't have to wait around for responses. The community is close to different places to shop and eat making running errands less time consuming.

Nice people. Nice.community. I like having an attached garage for storage. Lots of space on the kitchen Trash gets a little over whelming but maintenance is usually out there to clean up before trash pick up.

We love it here. It is very dog friendly, plenty of places to walk. The management staff is very friendly. The maintenance staff is quick to respond. All around this is a good community to stay in. I would recommend.

This is a nice place to live. Maintenence and staff are friendly and does whatever they can to help you or make your day better. If I were to change anything thing I would make it a gated community because there is so much traffic and even gets backed up in the neighborhood during rush hour. I would also want a neighborhood dog park.
