The apartment has a great location. To enjoy with family. Move in was great and apartment was clean. Only issue is seeing dog poop on the grass. Also was given an inspection list for maintness to been 3 weeks and nothing has been fixed. I have kids as well. Overall the office staff have been really nice.

The staff her at Colonial Grand at Arsley are great. They are very friendly and helpful. The area is a great location to live with many different businesses in walking distance including stores, restaurants and social spots.

It has been two weeks and I have no complaints at this time. Each staff member was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing that maybe an obstacle, would be the high turnover in the maintenance department. However, the team will do their best to make it work.

Fugeddaboutit! The complex itself is turning into a complete section 8 complex. It is dirty and filthy. The landings are all filled with dirt and trash. Why should I pay $1000 to live like this? Rent should be more like $300. This should be more like the apartments on pressley road and all the other low income places. If you do not believe me come and see for yourselves. They have allowed all of the wrong types in here. Judgining by the look of some of these people, I dont even think they have jobs. I think all you do is fill out the application and get approved. Must be some type of shelter service going on in here. Grassy areas are filled with cigarettes and walkways are filled with dirt, cigar wrappers and tobacco, dog poo and who knows what else. But all I know is that a complex that calls itself a colonial grand should not look like this. Luckily they are constructing new apartments up the road and hopefully when my lease is up, I will be gone by next summer. Maybe I can get in before they allow thr wrong types to get in there and ruin that too. I honestly do not recommend this palce at all. The apartments are ok, nothing to get excited about at all. And they definitely are not worth the rent charged. My sister who is my roommate agrees with me. Staff is nice, but all they do it sit around and hang out all day. Everytime you go in there, there's is always one of those unemployed looking types in the office trying to get an apartment. One time I overheard one of them tell the renting agent: oooh I want that one. Then she told her she wasn't working, that she "gets a check every month"...And then the agent said you got it, it is yours! Pathetic! You see this is what it is turning into over here. Dont believe me, come walk around the buildings and the staircases and see for yourself. They have cigar wrappers and tobacco all over the place. Meaning they smoke drugs over here. I know for a fact we have illegals all in this palce. They drive sawed off/stolen cars over here. So, if you are smot you will not come here. Go to any other complex besides ths section 8 joint. Overall my experience here has been good. The staff are very friendly. The pool area is maintained and the gym is clean. I would recommend the complex to anyone who needs easy access to 485 or the rivergate/steele creek area.

I've only live here a few weeks, but so far it's been wonderful! It's nice and quiet, close to shops & restaurants and also has great service. I've had a few maintenance request but they were answered within 3 days. Parking could be better, and I wish there were more units built with a balcony. Overall, it's a great place to live.

I have been in this apartment since 2017 and it has been quite a good experience so far. The overall complex and apartment amenities are nice and well-maintained. The location of the apt is great; all shopping, freeways and public transit are in close proximity; Charlotte uptown and airport are also just about 15 minutes driving distance. The office staff and the maintenance staff are very supporting and provide prompt service.

My overall experience has been great at Colonial Grand! From the leasing team, maintenance, curb appeal etc.. I feel very safe there. All the neighbors are friendly. Anything you need is right in your backyard! Tons of stores and restaurants! 1/2 a mile from 485! I would defiantly recommend living here!!

It was 50/50 for me personally. My neighbors were horrible and the security isn't efficient I was almost robbed at gunpoint and hadn't seen the security around 12am- 1am EVER. So they are pointless to me. As far as anything good the staff is respectful and the maintenance is efficient and speedy. The management do a good job with hosting community events.

The team was very helpful when I moved in and even accommodated my need to get the keys slightly early. The only complaint I have is that the apartment didn't smell that fresh when I moved in so I think that's something that should be taken into consideration during clean up

Excellent Service Gary is super nice! I was recommend by a friend and it is everything they said it would be. Although, the noise level from my upstairs neighbor dog is annoying at times. I love it here!!

One of the best communities I've lived in. The staff is professional, courteous and handle any issues right away. My favorite part is their laid back breed restrictions which allows my pit bulls to have a home with me. I recommend this community to anyone!

Prior to accepting my job offer, I looked on and was very particular in what I wanted for the next phase of my life after graduation. I came across Colonial Grand and immediately fell in love. The quality of customer service, assistance and guidance that the employees displayed as I transitioned was remarkably. I am beyond satisfied with the location, amenities, and most of all, my new living unit.

I like it. Maintenance is always prompt and effective. Costly, but for the most part it's safe and clean. When there is an issue happening in the community, we are notified with a letter. I have live in the complex for 8 years.

I absolutely love my new apartment home in Arysley!! I am happy with the location, the size and layout of my home. THe mtaintenance team is very quick and efficient when something needs repairing or replaced. The front office staff is super nice. I could not be happier with my choice to move here. Great location and the rent amount was fair with comparisons in the neighborhood/area.

I love the property. It is well maintained and beautiful. The prices are really high. A more competitive advantage would be to provide cheaper rental prices. The location is extremely convenient and the maintenance staff responds same day. Overall I enjoy this community
