Moved into a 1 bedroom on the second floor. The apartment itself is fine. Appliances and other items in the apartment do not feel old and run down. I highly recommend taking a tour to make sure you are getting what you pay for. The stairways and hall access are fairly open and the whole complex stays pretty clean in general especially landscaping upkeep. The maintenance staff has actually been one of the best things about the complex. Work orders are responded to really quickly if something does break down. One of my biggest complaints is that the dumpster area can be filled with people simply just throwing trash careless around when the dumpsters are only marginally full. The recycling area tends to get filled with people throwing junk away when they're clearly not recyclable. It's not that big of a deal since it's not really near anyone's apartment, but it kind of gives the impression that some of your neighbors are probably a**holes. The parking situation can also be a little annoying because you cannot always find the most convenient spaces unless you grab them before 5:00 PM. However, there are still plenty of other parking if you just walk maybe 500 feet. The office staff is friendly enough but do not expect them to be personable; they just do not have the time to cater to every individual's needs since it seems they are always overwhelmed with residents and possible future residents. Their package receiving situation is somewhat annoying because the office staff has to deal with lease stuff and retrieving your packages at the same time. When there are a lot of people going through the office, it can seem like annoying wait times to simply either get a package or talk to one of the office staff. Other than those nit-picky everyday things, the complex is quiet enough and I would still recommend people live here because I have heard other apartment complexes are much worse.

The community is wonderful and I enjoy staying here in a quiet area. Staff is wonderful. The ground is kept clean. No loud noise through out the community. Not far from my job and great shopping areas nearby. The amenities is worth the price..

Generally, I do not have issues with the leasing office or the timely completion of service requests. However most recently my A/C rent out and I had to make several requests to get it fixed. It's July in North Carolina. Think about how hot it is.

I have been living here for almost two years and I'm extremely happy and satisfied. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with beautiful amenities such as a gym, pool, business center etc. The office staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and friendly.

It has been horrible. Constantly having Roaches and other insects in the apartment. Had a flood from some kind of external plumbing issue but was never given exact details. The carpet was dried out and padding replaced but it took over 6 days to complete. No compensation for this. Constant contamination of air quality from neighbors in bathrooms and laundry room from smoke (Weed). Not good for our health or the health of our five year old daughter. Design of the apartments an issue for the above ventilation issues but also the HVAC system directly outside our bedroom window. Loud and go on all through the night. External doors have major gaps in them but nothing has been done about that.

The community is good but had a very bad experience with the leasing office team. The team did not pay attention to what I said, did not give me proper advise, and when I raised my concerns, did not even have the professional courtesy to accept their mistake.

Apartment was clean and ready at the appointed time. Check in was friendly and efficient. Several small things were noted after the walk through. All were addressed promptly. No problems noted. Sound level (neighbors) is acceptable. External noise (airplanes) is excessive, but I knew of this before renting.

The community is great! Located in a great area with lots to do. The staff was very friendly with the move in process. The property is nice and clean as well. The surrounding noises are very limited, so it is pretty quite and peaceful. Definitely recommend

Good landscaping, overall visually appealing community however major issues with trash - always an eyesore at dumpster, multiple residents leave trash outside need more than 1 trash drop-off; multiple cars parked from residents who probably only registered 2 cars instead of 3. Also extremely annoying is all of the dog poop residents neglect to pick up after their dogs and there are no repercussions. Appreciate the installation of more poop cans thru neighborhood

So far so good. . Only been a resident for 1 week. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism in the front office. Our service request was completed within 30 minutes of our submission. Outstanding work. Would absolutely recommend this property to someone looking for a new home.

I don't like living here, they are all about money and the service is ----, expect for your rent to go up at least $75 or more each year, half the people are low class they leave garbage and dog ---- everywhere, way over priced and will not renew again

Great place to live, we love it. Been here 6 months with zero complaints except for the train that occasionally comes by. Great easy access to all of Charlotte though, great neighbors, excellent staff. Ask for Ykenya, she is amazing and extremely helpful.

Apartments are nice and clean, as are the grounds and front office. Staff is extremely helpful with any maintenance or personal issues, such as mail, addressing any noise complaints, and providing a nice atmosphere. 12 month lease are exceptionally reasonable for area.

I'm really impressed with how quiet the apartment is. The location is just 1.6 miles from my office so i'm really happy with the short commute. I believe the residents care about the appearance of the community and i've only seen one instance of trash on the premises.

I am approaching my 1 year anniversary in my apartment home and over all the experience has been very good. However about 2 weeks ago my toilet was leaking and I put in a request and maintence came and fixed it which was great. Yesterday I came home and not be graphic but I needed to use the bathroom so I lifted the seat, and sat down and the back of the bowl split open. This may sound comical for some but I am not a very large man at all. The apartment flooded, carpet wet and the water even went through the wall into my closet. Maintence came and repaired the toilet. GREAT!! Today I come home to a note saying I owe for toilet repair because it's not normal wear and tear. Now mind you, I weigh less than 200lbs, I didn't fall, and there are no obstructions near the toilet to cause it to crack. I called the leasing office to inquire about the charge and was adviced they needed to speak back with maintence. I asked well did any one consider just a couple weeks ago my toilet was leaking on the exact same side...possibly during the repair it was cracked because some one just simply sitting on a toilet does not cause it to crack in half. I have included pictures....needless to say I have this charge on my account until they can research other options and get back with me next week as the leasing office is not trained to handle these type situations.

Colonial Grand at Ayrsley is Colonized. It looks like Pride of S.Tryon :) The moment me and my wife decided to move from North to South Charlotte , we started searching for non gated communities which looks like the ones in Uptowns. And the moment we saw you, we wanted to book an apartment, especially for the amazing neighborhood and the Ayrsley town cinemas :)

I have only been in this community for a little over a week now and I LOVE the area!!! It is a quiet location for it to be located off of a main street. I LOVE my gourmet kitchen since I love to cook and bake. For the amenities this luxury apartment is reasonably priced. If you chose to move here, you will NOT be disappointed.

My overall expereince was nice. I did most of my process via email and Tiffany was helpful and answered all of my questions. The unit was available for viewing, so that was a plus. Although I haven't had a lot of interaction thus far, I do like the area and drive through the complex often, so I am happy about the overall look and feel.
