I like the area but the only disadvantages right now are the cracks in the floor, the noise from the water heater and the loud person above me.i would recommend this property due to the friendly staff and the time the maintenance comes. The price is high for the apartment but its worth it.

I love this place. It's close to everything and it's quiet almost all the time. I like just walking around the neighborhood and I love the gym. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I love the uptown view from my apartment. I'll be renewing my lease.

The floor plan is nice. Convenient for shopping and quick errands. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. Neighbors are extremely loud. Issues aren't resolved in a timely manner. So upset with living here. Would not recommend staying here.

I feel safe. the community is well maintained. the staff is friendly and accountable. this was one of two communities I visited when apartment searching and this community far exceeded the other. Had to wait to get in but it was well worth the wait.

So far so good, Maintance service slower then expected but gone done correct within the week. Place is clean and quiet and would choose to live here again. Staff is nice, especially Gary. Good atmosphere and close to everything I need. Love the pool.

New resident, I enjoy this community so far. I was disappointed to find out that there is only one location on the property where residents may dispose of their garbage and that is at the trash compacter near the back of the neighborhood, not easily walkable from my apartment. Yet there is a completely unused enclosure near my unit that previously was for recyclables but now is not permitted to be used. Additionally, the sidewalks are very poorly lit at night.

Great apartment and location, but unhappy with the leasing office staff's knowledge of the apartment community and restrictions. Leasing office wouldn't tell me how structurally sound apartment was for holding a large piece of furniture.

The apartment management is very friendly and helpful when you need them. I've been living here going on four years, and love it here. There is ample space in the apartment and they fix any maintenance issues promptly and professionally. During the summer months, it's simply beautiful with the full grown trees and well maintained lawn areas. If you have never seen the office and community areas , you have to check it out. We have a grill area, pool, a gym, a community room for meetings and parties. Not to mention free computer access and business services. They even hold mail packages if you're not home to receive a package. Every so often, management will have free giveaways like hungry homies pizza or breakfast. Also, for $50 you get cable consisting of 300 cable cables, free HBO, up to 3 cable boxes. All that would be much more from the cable company. I hope you check out this apartment community, I can't think of any other place I would rather live.

The best part about this community has been the friendly staff. Gary, especially, has been VERY VERY helpful from day one of signing my lease. I really have enjoyed the yoga area in the gym facility. The only downside was how easily I could hear my neighbors (above and beside me) - I sometimes felt unsafe late at night. I wish the security guard was present all week and not just on weekends.

The overall apartment is nice but most people do not pick up their dogs bm's. We own dogs and pick up after them. It is very frustrating fur us as dog owners and as it is for non dog owners. People also use the dog deposits as their personal trash. They put in diapers and any other can of trash in there filling them up quickly. Then there is nowhere for the dog bags to go in the trash and people just leave them outside of the dog deposit on the ground. Management needs to address the issue with the residents.

The community is located in a cool place. All amenities are nearby and at walk-able distance. The place is very safe. The staff is good. The swimming pool is well maintained. The gym has very good equipment.

If you're interested in this apartment community please ensure the office staff processes all of your paperwork correctly. Office staff overlooked several steps during my process therefore the move-in process was extremely cumbersome.

Peaceful and safety apartment community for new comers/movers to the city. Rent rates are competitive to other community but has more facilities and good location than others. I am staying 2nd time on the same community due to my good opinion about the community.

The apartments are very nice and well kept. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The clubhouse is always neat and clean. Maintenance request are dealt in a quick manner. The apartment complex is near a movie theater, grocery store and many nice restuarants.

This community has bad customer service and need to provide full disclosure on hidden fees. They also practice deceptive sales tactics. When I was being shown this rental property, I was told there would be valet garage pick-up. I used that to factor in my decision. But not only is there no valet pick-up and the trash compactor is like a mile away, but I'm also being charged $9.00 per month for a trash compactor that I have to walk to almost a mile away.

I am hoping that my experience improves from where it currently stands. There are ants in the apartment - I was informed that there is a pest control order for later this week, but I feel it should have been done prior to my move in. The apartment paint job was fine for the most part, but the edging is sloppy, particularly around the bar in the kitchen and in the guest bathroom. There was also paint spatter on much of the bar. Additionally, the paint in the living room must have been done the day before I moved in as the walls in the living room got paint on me new leather furniture that touched the walls and there are now black marks on the living room walls as well.
