the location is great!!! the apartments are very different in sizing, I decided to get a bigger one because the small one didn't have a balcony. i would recommend the apt's cleaning crew do a better job of cleaning the apt once a tenant has left. i ended up getting prof. cleaners because the apt didn't look/feel clean.

The community is big but uses a single location for trash.which is far from the unit. The unit that we got had things missing such as dual sinks, walkin closets, linen closets and lacked basic cleanliness while we moved in. The manager failed to provide these information before signing up lease

been here 4 years.Community is quiet and safe. Staff has ALWAYS be courteous and helpful. Maintenance always done within 24 hrs. Sadly I've never received a rent special and parking is a headache. But that's Charlotte for you. great place.

This community is one of the best in Charlotte. The staff is cooperative and friendly. The maintenance crew is quick and efficient. I really enjoy the location also, you can walk to every possible necessity.

Drug addicts and drug dealers come in and out. Police has been called a few times. I'm beginning to feel unsafe. I transferred to a smaller apt and I was not told about hidden fees until it was too late for me to find another place to live. Cable included but not really because it's $50 extra and cannot be removed if you don't want it.

Apartment community is located in a perfect corner of 485 and 77 and within 15 minutes of uptown Charlotte. The maintenance service is particularly great, getting to requests within 24-48 hours. I would recommend to someone looking for an apartment out of the city but close enough to enjoy all events in the greater uptown area. The rates on apartments are highly competitive and fair.

First week has been great. Working with Tiffany has been enjoyable as she is always willing to help me. The idea of parking in the back and having to walk around front does not feel as safe as being able to park out front - but so far I have avoided that late at night.

I have enjoyed living here. The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance crew is great. The only negative I've had is that there is absolutely not enough parking. I work 2 jobs, and after 9-10pm there is nowhere to park. I've parked as far away as 3 buildings over just to park legal. I've had my car towed one night when I parked on the curb because I circled and circled several buildings over and there was nowhere legal to park. My small parking lot services 4 buildings, and that is very typical of the layout. Maybe there should be a deck system, or if the problem is a lot of visitors perhaps we should have a sticker system.

Be careful moving into the complex they have a lot of hidden fees that you may not be aware of compare to other apartments near by. Although, the staff seems caring they do not budge or give any credits even when its clearly there fault. Not a good experience for the first time leasing here.

This apartment complex is well kept, short commute to uptown Charlotte. The leasing office and maintenance personnel are very helpful and friendly. There is public transportation walking distance and a grocery store across the street, in other words you do not need a car. I am very pleased with my temporary stay I strongly recommend the development.

There is dog poop all over, the smell is very bad in places to the point that if you live on the first floor you can not open your window. I run the chance to paying high rent upwards of $200.00 move that a person signing a lease 1 day after you.

I have had a good experience, the office staff is very helpful, especially Gary, and the community and grounds are kept up nicely. The access to the main highways and interstate is great. The restaurants, supermarkets and malls are very close by. Over all this is a great area and great location.

I have had a wonderful experience in this home this complex. The environment is conducive to raising a family. It is near shopping, food, entertainment, and recreation. I love the fact that I can go to the pool on a hot day. When things need fixing it is just a call away. The attitude of the people is just warm and they insist on getting things right. This has dramatically improved this year. I was surprised at the friendliness of the worker who came to fix the air conditioner. It had some problems and the gentleman came back at least four times to make sure everything was working just fine. Gary, in the office he is just a wonderful person. Whenever my wife and I have a question he takes time to listen to us and gives us his attention. He is never in a rush to brush us aside. He is really a people person. For the most part I would recommend this property to my friends. Yes, I had a wonderful two years experience here.

It's nice. I love the parking and the location in relation to shopping and stuff. Peaceful enough in the area. The neighbors are somewhat friendly. The staff can be understanding and polite. The apartments are huge and spacious. It's a great place to start out in the city.

the property is beautiful and pretty quite. Just a little dark at night with not much street light, either not there or not working. The condition of the storage unit was gross, spiderwebs and water damage which worried me about putting my stuff in there for the long term. The staff is incredibly friendly and I really have no complaints about them. The only thing is that we had a few problems needing work, the worker came over immediately but needed to order a part and that was about a week ago and still have not heard back. The other thing is I'd like my apartment painted and requested about 3 weeks ago and still not sure when that will be accomplished. These are not huge issues just stating some things.

Nice apartment community, close to restaurants, shopping, and interstates. Rental rates kind of high, but reasonable. Overall nice area to live. Would recommend the area to anyone looking for an apartment in the Steele Creek area.

I absolutely love the apartment and the space of it and that it has pleanty of closet and kitchen space. My plan was to stay for a while but my main concern was the dog poop always at my patio when i want to sit out and trash on my patio being on the first floor and the corner. Disappointing because it really is a nice facility. I had 2 friends who moved to the area also but advised elsewhere. The dog poop and trash left turned me off.

My location is noisey, but I have stayed in another unit and it was okay, Alot of people do not pick up after their dogs. The grounds are kept very well. The office staff is great. I do not like the layout of my apartment.

The complex is clean, the office staff dynamite, as is the maintenance. We've never waited more than 24 hours for anything to be fixed. If you can put up with the potato chip factory odor, then this place is for you. Unfortunate but it exists..

The experience in the community has been good overall. The proximity to a lot of facilities is less and that really helps when you have to buy something urgently. The staff is pretty responsive to the service requests and attend to it pretty swiftly
