Lovely quiet community. Office staff very friendly and helpful. Maintance very quick to come fix and repair. Have been here abouylt three months have nothing but greatness. Club house always clean and well stocked always something going on for the community.

It's been pretty decent, minus the poor parking, and being able to hear people next door and hearing folks every step outside through the stairs of your apt. The apt keeps up well Overall and being on the third floor has more sunlight in my opinion

I absolutely hate this apartment complex. The leasing office staff is not compassionate or understanding. I've had to pay rent late fees because of their lag in system processing. They don't accept partial payments. They've towed my car twice from the complex from places that were legitimate spaces and they don't have enough parking to suffice for the the number of people staying in their buildings. My apt was infested with fleas and they did nothing to help me for a whole week while I slept in my car for most of that week. Made me pay extra to have the fleas exterminated even though there is a exterminator fee in my Monthly fees for rent. There were so many bugs that would crawl around and cat hair all over the floor when I first moved in. I was disgusted. I've spoken with the MAA regional property manager about my inconveniences here and although babe cares more than the leasing office staff, she didn't care ENOUGH to make real change. I absolutely hate it here and I'm terminating my lease early. Keep scrolling past Colonial Grand at Ayrsley. They're trash.

Very community oriented. You see alot of family walkings,very close to so many convenient stores. Apartsment are well put together. Appliances are brand new. Feels like your home when you walk around. No negative vibes.

Great experience. I have everything I need near my apartment. I'm very happy and satisfied with Maintenance personnel and the office staff. The rent I pay is definitely worth it. This is such a great community to live in.

So far my experience has been quiet and pleasant. Every time I had a maintenance request it has been answered in a timely manner. Overall the size is nice, just wish the price was lower for a one bedroom.

Clean Community & Fair property management. Easy to use online portal to pay Rent & submit maintenance requests. This is not a gated Community but very close to grocery stores, and highways. Lots of traffic & congestion on South Tryon.

It has been a pleasure living here. I am proud to have family and friends visit because of beautiful the apartment is inside and outside on the property. Maintenance is always completed quickly and professionally. Office staff are so friendly!

Besides some issues with the unit, it seems like a great community to live in. The staff is quick to respond and fix any issues with the apartment. The other residents are noise conscious during off hours.

No valet we were told valet trash. Other tenants told us WiFi was suppose to come with apartment along with cable and need elevator everything else is great . Work out room is nice , trash can you have to drive to and minimum parking

So far, my family and I are very pleased with this community! Its very quiet, clean, and beautiful! This is the best community that we have lived in Charlotte. We are very pleased! We are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay!

Great community. Clean, well maintained grounds, responsive management and maintenance team, available parking, pretty safe community, spacious apartments, great pool and fitness area. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to others.

I just moved in June 2018. So far i love the apartment. I have a two bedroom, two bathroom. Layout is very spacious and ideal for a roommate situation. The community's design is beautiful as well. I came from living uptown which had much more amenities, however i still like this property.

experience has been as expected. noisy neighbors overhead, but that is expected at all facilities like this. the street is much too busy since it is used as a way to get away from south tryon. cars do not stop at stop signs

The apartment complex and area is great. Surrounded by many essentials to daily living the complex is walking distance from multiple gyms and hot spots for food. Once you park your car the need to get back in is eliminated with everything being within such close proximity.

I have live here almost three years. It's a very nice community. The office staff is extremely nice and very professional. It's easy access to interstate 77 and 485. There are plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

We just recently moved in to this community and so far so good. The location is amazing and the amenities are great! They allow all dog breeds here which is rare. The staff is friendly and have been very attentive.

They have clean community, decent gym and equipment, quiet building, nice staff and close to food, shopping, and grocery stores...excited to try out the pool and grilles for the first time this summer ! :)

Close to convenience of hwy,and also store's and near lake wylie,,the other stuff in the area is close enough for you,so will not have to drive to it,and the area is safe and also well lite in and around

I ENJOY LIVING IN SUCH A CLEAN AND KEPT UP AREA. IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING. PARKING IS A CONCERNING PROBLEM WHERE I HARDLY CAN FIND A PARKING SPOT CLOSE TO MY APARTMENT. OTHER THAN THAT NOT BAD AT ALL. I LOOK FORWARD TO THE NEXT 14 MONTHS

love staying here parking is crazy that's the only downfall. I wish that we had visitor designated parking so that the visitors don't take up the parking spots like this one customer is selling a car and its been sitting there all year not sold! that could be someone's parking space..

Good Experience with the apartment and services. The only thing that I do not like is the trash container on Saturday and Sunday. It is with a lot of trash inside and outside. I would schedule a pickup also on Saturday's. People are friendly and do not create problems

Parking for lease holders could be enforced better however that is the only real problem in the community. It is quiet beside the fire house that is near for the city but that is it. The leasing office is friendly.
