Apartment unit was nothing like the one shown. Cabinets and appliances through out unit are old and worn out. Very dissatisfied tried talking to property manager and got no where. It's very hard to find parking and they have one garbage center for the entire complex, you may find yourself walking 10 minutes to throw out your trash.

This apartment is nice and updated, the only drawback is the parking isn't as convenient as you would think it would be for such nice community. Overall everyone is friendly and it's really quiet. Good experience so far.

They made my move in very easy! It is a great community with lots to do around the area. it with a lot of great amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, gym and outdoor space. My apartment was in great shape when I moved in.

We just moved in and so far everything has been fine. We had to call maintenance once and they came almost immediately to fix the issue. Everyone has been friendly and the neighborhood is quiet. The grounds are clean and there's plenty of parking.

Roaches everywhere. NOT SAFE. Shooting on property in first half of 2019, multiple shots fired, management changed security company but hasn't installed any new lighting, no cameras anywhere on property, etc. Very unsafe. HIDDEN charges. Multiple neighbors who moved reported to me that they were charged for things like 'carpet cleaning' or 'smell' that are subjective and not disclosed prior to move out. Management does not respond to issues. Check google and yelp reviews. clear issue with roaches that is excused by management. There are a ton of other properties around the area, go there instead!!!

This is a very quiet well-kept community. The front office and maintenance team respond to any request immediately and have always been efficient and polite. Bonus is that my granddaughter's School bus picks her up right down the street.We have enjoyed our stay here and signed up for another year. Thank you so much.

The apartments are decent. The staff seems to be more concerned about your guests that visit your HOME then the overall safety of the community. I have never seen or met the security company that they have on premises but I have seen plenty of CMPD

The community is very clean and the staff is friendly in the office. Your apartment will be spotless and new upon move in day. They do an awesome job turning the apartment. Work orders are done same day!! Pet stations are located EVERYWHERE so it's so convenient and easy to clean up after your pets. Landscapers keep the property neat in between seasons and rain or heavy winds.. they keep the side walks clear. I love to see resident Exercising like running along the neighborhood makes me feel safe and motivated. Quit neighbor hood at night and day.. gym is very clean. I have no complaints really!

The location and easy access to everything is a bonus. Maint team does respond quickly and they're open on sundays for package pick ups. The notifications they have for package deliveries are good also.

Someone was robbed and I heard gunshots last night and it terrified me. A bunch of guys were arguing outside my apartment over the weekend. I cannot live somewhere I do not feel safe. I'm paying way too much rent to deal with this.

My experience at this community was great the first few months however the tenants do not clean up after themselves or their pets. Outside of the trash and pet waste the units are nice and really spacious.

Residents do not pick up after their dog. Maintenance showed up to my apartment and not called. Manager will do favors for some residents and not others. Don't feel safe at night because the lighting is very dim and dark. The trash compactor is always full and smells. And the price is extremely high especially the upgraded apartments. They're nice inside but soon things will start to break down like the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Do not rent from here!!

Not enough community policing. Needs speed bumps to slow down drivers on Lenox Pointe. Trash always outside neighbors apartments. Does not feel safe to walk around at night. Everything else seems ok..............

The team at the leasing office made my visit and eventually my move in quick, easy, and enjoyable. They tell you all the fees upfront... no surprises. The area is perfect if you work around the southern/western part of Charlotte and don't want to deal with all the heavier traffic of the city. Very pleased!

I have nothing to complain about , I have quite neighbors the area is mostly clean and WE LOVE ALL THE GREENERY and the well kept lawns , but like at most places parking van be difficult coming home after 11:00 p.m. , we really hope to be here thru our retirement years as long as our rate hike isn't to great over the next 10 year's other than that this is home for us for the seable future.

ROACHES since day one! The office will do nothing more than bring in an exterminator each week instead of fixing the problem. While that is nice, I need a fix to the problem not a band aid. Would you pay $1000+ each month to live with roaches?

It's really gorgeous.I only met one maintenance person but he was very nice and helpful. Office staff is also pleasant. My only wish is that they'd dispose and restock the pet clean up stations more often.
