I love my Apartment. It's very spacious. I think that it's amazing cable, internet, and phone are included, as well as the washer and dryer. It's very quiet inside and outside of my apartment. The staff members are very friendly.

It is very well maintained and managed. I submitted a few requests for minor issues in my new apartment and they were promptly answered. The people at the office are always kind and ready to hear any request that, as new tenant, I have. The Visitor Parking policy needs to be improved making it easier for guests to find a place for their vehicle.

When I first moved to this community I was very happy; unfortunately this past summer I had a bad experience with the HVAC unit and parking is absolutely terrible since we got the visitors parking. I also had someone breaking into my car and stealing some personal belongings.

Haven't had issues with neighbors or parking, and the office is easy to contact. Internet/cable package is good and still customizable of you want or need to upgrade. The maintenance team is always very responsive and does a good job communicating with me! Previous reviews mention issues with bugs but when I saw a few in my 1st floor apartment I contacted maintenance and they had someone spray the place the next morning and no sightings since! Biggest issue is trash: only one dumpster for all the buildings and a compactor they want you to use but don't tell you about or give you directions to, but they charge you almost $10/mo for. I don't have a car so walking 2 blocks to take out my trash is a huge inconvenience. Something to consider because so many comparable places offer valet trash.

Everyone has been very helpful and polite. The dog waste stations have been very helpful to clean up dog waste (even though some people will let their animals go right in front of them and not clean it up) and is a nice amenity so that I do not need to order my own bags. Two downsides are the ever increasing rent and the forced cable package we have to pay $90 each month for even if we are not using it. This should be optional especially for folks like myself who only use the internet.

I absolutely LOVE living here...I have ALWAYS had #1 service with the entire staff...NEVER had bugs...almost never hear neighbors...plenty of parking. This is a WONDERFUL place to live. The only reason I would move from here is if I moved to another town/city/state.

So far I have no complaints! Everyone is very nice, and friendly. The amenities are clean and close to my apartment. Moving in was a breeze, so was getting my paperwork done. Amy, as mentioned, is fantastic!

My largest complaint is your company will be booted unless parked in one of the 10-15 visitors parking with approximately 200 apartments competing for them!!! We use to have beautiful ground maintenance, now its only around the office. Trash area is often a real mess. Only allowed two guest at the pool. Pool is always nasty. Very loud, sirens all day and night. Traffic from Westinghouse like to cut through here.

Everything is good except guest car parking. Looks like water charges are also high. Importantly guest parking should be taken care. Rest of the matters community is very nice especially maintaining services.

I belive this is a nice community and we are very pleased with the neighbors are quiet and kind, never had any problems with anything in the community, the parking has been good and I like the apartment and the community alot.

I really enjoy living here. It is quiet and the units are so beautiful. You can't beat the location either. Very glad I made the decision to call Colonial Grand home and hope to stay as long as I live here in Charlotte.

if i were not moving back to ga i would stay here. that is how satisfied i was with the whole complex. i have been very happy here and would definitely recommend your apartments to anyone local. no place is perfect, but i have no complaints.

This apartment complex is pretty simple to live in as long as you are complaint with policies and procedures. Pet friendly, pretty quiet and they keep the place clean and grass cut often. I would recommend for a single person or small family

I enjoyed this community because I have friends who live here too. Without them, I would have been very lonely in my one bedroom. The pool is very nice but I don't enjoy the fact that there are MORE nonresidents than residents at the pool.

Everything is great with the apartment! Pet poop around the wallway is annoying as well as living below noisy neighbors. Would definitely recommend the apartments to family and friends. Mainly because of the surroundings and convience of everything so close by. I dont have any kids in school therefore I am unable to speak on the quality of the school districts.

My experience was good but it could've been better. There isn't any engagements in the community like event or anything. There's isn't much green space and the parking still is horrible. The community has a lot of break in from what I've heard.

Everyone is pretty nice, especially the girls working in the front office. However, this complex has been nothing but a pain so far. Many things were broken upon my move in and the place was definitely not well cleaned prior. The maintenance requests were out in by day 1 and only a couple of items were addressed. The others weren't touched and the follow up request didn't get responded to. My biggest issue is the MOTH BALL SMELL. Everything I own now smells like moth balls. I can't get rid of the smell. I've killed a roach per week, and yes, we keep things as clean as possible. I finally was promoted to write a review when they shut down the mailboxes "due to covid" about a week ago. Right as gyms are reopening?! Shut down our mailbox access? At first I thought maybe our key fob wasn't working but neither is the other one, so I can only guess the sign on the door saying "due to covid we've shut down" is including my access to my mail- which has time sensitive documents regarding state licensing. We were not informed of this shut down by email of any communication. Overall this place looks nice on the grounds and is a great location for accessing major roads. Other than that I would have few reasons to live here.
