I had time to walk around the office and common area just before my tour and found it to be nice, clean, and inviting. There seemed to be a lot of events scheduled for the Halloween season. Community involvement is important.

is good the apartment. Is a good Neighborhood and you won't have any problem with no Neighbor or people who visit there. Also the prices of the rent are very good compare to other complex. I will recommend it

Community has a lot of car break ins. Walls are So thin you can smell weed you might as well be getting high too. There are roaches seen every once in a while. People don't clean up after their pets they poop on the side walks. Maintenance crew lie about completing work orders. Parking for yourself and guests are terrible. If you have visitors before and after office hours their cars will be booted and you will have to pay to have the boot removed. Not sure if I would recommend this community to anyone.

Cool neighborhood. Good neighbors. Pool has been nice every summer. Workout facility stays clean. Been there for almost 3 years and would like a carpet replacement. But as explained by rent office they can provide a free carpet cleaning which is cool too.

The apartments are clean and safe. Staff is helpful and replies in a timely fashion. Noise level is fairly low, especially in the evenings. Price is higher than I'd like for a one bedroom with no balcony, but such is the market. Overall it's a fine place to live for someone on their own.

Peaceful and clean. Good neighborhood and location. Guided tour experience was top notch. Leasing agent was friendly and helpful. Streets and sidewalks were clean as well as the units that were shown.

Community has declined significantly. Apartments are not worth the cost. There are no incentives to remain in the community, especially after live here longer than 5 years. Security is lackluster at best, but always available to "boot" cars.

Staff is very professional, and the maintenance staff is superb. A Very nice community, in a very nice area. I love that it is Close the airport, downtown Charlotte, and Lake wylie. lots of beutiful parks to enjoy just at short drive away.

Move in didn't go how I wanted it too my apartment wasn't clean at all. My mailbox key didn't work it was just a lot that could have been done better in my opinion. Whoever moved out deff didn't do a good job cleaning

Everything is fine except the rent increase after that 1st year. Went up 137.00 is a lot at 1 time. lets hope its not that much next time. Im not a big fan of the new locks installed and the parking for visitors is awful

Office staff & maintenance staff excellent, Property upkeeping weekly. Desired location, spacious apartment and nice area to walk. Reasonable garages and plenty of parking. Reasonably priced. Internet and cable included along with water and sewer.

The community seems to be very friendly. The leasing consultants were very easy to have a conversation and were very upfront with questions. Everyone has been great so far! I am completely satisfied with my choice of MAA Ayrsley!

Roaches! Spiders! I CANNOT LIVE LIKE this!!!!! Help me please. I'm paranoid, this is giving me ptsd, I'm a neat freak and I broke down and cried as I've killed multiple roaches. On top of that people don't pick up their dog crap and the visitor parking is a complete disaster.

It was okay, parking was limited, we noticed broken glass on the ground due to a car break in wasn't cleaned up yet. This layout of the apartment and upgrades was my number 1 choice, but decided not to move forward due to the parking restrictions

This is my 2nd MAA apartment experience and it has been great. I love my unit, both sets of staff we've had since I moved, have been nice and the property is well maintained. Recently, there has been a bit of clnoise/loud music from New neighbors and their vehicles but it doesn't last long.

The community is friendly and lots of activities are close by. Convenience is key here the highway, shops, grocery and restaurants are all close by for your pleasure and ease. Entertaining is also key with the gym and amenities like the pool. Our MAA staff is excellent at keeping the community involvement up and providing many opportunities for residents to connect. I love living here.

Apartments are clean and well-kept. Staff are quick to respond to any issues that occur. Main complaint is the noise in the area. The trash compactor trucks are too loud and the nearby church is still too loud. Hearing the "bells" from here must have violated noise ordnance exceeding 85 dB. I will plan to move after my lease ends.

As outside observation made from a first visit, the overall aspect of the community can easily be described as secure and vibrant. The interior of the actual Appartment viewed was well maintained, with nice features. More specifically, the visited unit meets the minimum requirements for good living conditions.

I was very unknowledgeable of the process of selecting an apartment. When I called MAA Ayrsley and had the chance to speak with the leasing agent, she guided me through the process and we arranged for an in person tour the evening of. Of the apartments I looked at prior, no leasing agent was willing to walk me through any of the properties. After our very informative tour we sat down together and reviewed other possible apartment rooms. After finding the one I liked, there was no rush in signing off on it that day. She told me that whenever I was ready to just reach back out. I did so the next morning and she was very helpful in guiding me for what I need to do next. 10 out of 10 customer service.

I absolutely love the convenience of the location as well as the Amazing up Keep of the community . The staff is welcoming. I love the fact that it's k-9 friendly to all breeds . Just to name a few things that I enjoy.

This community is a wonderful place to stay. I have been here since 2012 and hope to continue to make this my home. It is a peaceful place, no disturbance, no violence that I am aware of, staff and maintenance crew are the best always ready to help and lend a hand.

It was very good! Izzy did a great job in giving information about the property. The only thing she didn't mention was the garages that were available. I definitely would have wanted to know about that and the cost to have it.

The community is nice and quiet. The officers staff is very responsive and helpful. The maintenance team is awesome and quick to complete needed work order requests. Visitor parking could be more but overall the community itself has been great for our family.
