My experience has been great except for when LMS parking took over. Before the boot, I would say I've enjoyed my stay here. I don't often have to deal with management for anything and maintenance is always prompt and gets the job done. I am not fond of the new parking policy as there is only ONE visitor parking spot for 4 units and that is unacceptable. LMS knows there isn't enough visitor parking, yet will place a boot on your car anyway. This is the biggest scam and quite frankly it is a turn off from wanting to live here. I am an adult who pays a good deal of rent and I should be able to have visitors WHEN I FEEL LIKE IT! And no, parking a mile from my apartment is NOT the answer. I'm honestly fed up.

Moving in was a very pleasant experience. I have lived in the apartment complex for almost a week and have already fallen in love with it. My Apartment is the perfect size and the area is quiet and peaceful.

Steer clear! Like many apartment complexes, they go down hill with time. This includes grounds, buildings and management. In 2013 I said I'd never leave. Now that I'm able, I'm out at the end of my lease and wish I was in the right place, financially to do so year back. Rent goes up every year 5-10%. Work orders are plain not done and closed out, incomplete or band-aid fixes. They double charged for my garage and charged me a late fee as they were correcting the administrative error and refused to waive the fee, Including corporate. Don't waste your time here. There are apartments just as nice in the same price range all down S.tryon street to Steele creek, hwy 160 and even right around Colonial grand.

Great experience and great staff. Very helping in helping me get my first apartment and explaining everything. They got my application approved quickly so I would be ready for move-in. Only negative is there are barely any visitor parking spots which is disappointing as I have people helping me move in

Good customer service in general, very organized and attentive. Maintenance services not so good, I think they don't look for a permanent fix to issues at the first try. I like the environment and accessibility to shopping centers.

The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. Everything is pretty cleanly. The value that they offer is really reasonable. My only gripe about the buildings are the access points to the apartments. There are no real pathways between the buildings which can make it difficult while trying to move furniture in and had to step through a lot of mud since it was raining, but other than that, I actually quite like the apartment. Its very spacious! I would recommend living here.

The worst, where do I start and where do end. I wouldn't recommend this to no one. The property manager will ignore everything or anything you say and won't even speak to you about anything. Traci is not friendly.

I have had great service with this company, friendly and welcoming. As well as feeling of security, I would recommend Colonial of Arsley to everyone! The apartment is well kept up and feels safe. The office staff are rock stars!

I think for rent I pay and it keeps going up and the apartment needs be more updated ...the washer always acting up and I don't like fact I leave all way at end and when family comes visit they park so far away... where recently they had a whole swat team in the complex don't feel that safe anymore . For a luxury expensive apartment.

Dog poop in the grass, garbage out side apartment smelling, hard to find parking space, Resident leaving trash on stairway and under stair ay, no lights in stairway and walking path fto Apartment. To much news paper in mail box. Put a Not and they still put sales newspaper in mail box after I put sign inside.

Great quiet, place to live! Instant access to highways. Ayrsley Town is walking distance which provides numerous activities. Gym is well keep and has a variety of options no matter which style workout you prefer.

Worst property to live at. There are roaches everywhere with little mitigation even though residents are charged monthly for exterminating services. Fees everywhere and move out fees are high and they provide no notice, no evidence, or invoicing of move out fees and will send you to collections within 39 days, regardless if you dispute the charges. The management at the highest levels of this organization are apathetic to any issues that arise due to poor management. Stay away. Also heard in jan 2020 that management is hilding paid contests for which residents can submit the most 5 star reviews to get a $50 gift card.....this is clearly illegal and a red flag for prospective residents. Go elsewhere, rent elsewhere. Read the reviews

Great community with friendly and knowledgeable front office staff. Maintenance is thorough and has always fixed any issues I have had in a timely manner. The property is well maintained and landscaping is always top notch. I plan on staying in this community for years to come.

Nice and quiet don't be late on your rent they will NOT help you I only needed 2 extra days and they stated they would start the eviction process and I would have to pay court fees...after paying on tome for 6 months straight had to pay for grad school and rent was due at the same time. Other than that their ok

Maintenance is slow to respond and half the time doesnt fix anything. The back if the apartment needs speed bumps as people speed through. Its noisy at night as people like to race in the back of the apartments.

Good location, lot a store and shop and restaurants very near, beautifully community house, complete gym, nice pool and barbecue areas, my apartment have 3 rooms is perfect for me and my family. The people in the office rental are excellent !!!!

So far everything in this community has been great. The ladies in the office have always been helpful, i had only one small issue with the apartment on the first day but it was fixed almost as soon as i called it in. The biggest problem, though, that i have had since moving in is the lack of consideration that i am a 1st time apartment renter. If you guys actually read this or going over surveys then i hope you will do better in the furture of supporting your first time renters. I had an issue with my first month payment, where i recieved an email saying that you had recieved my money and all was well basically. Due to my constant transactions over the weekend-since i was moving- i had not notice that the money was not taken from my account. I simply went by what the email said and though everything was good. Then the day that the money was taken put my account in the negatives, since by that time i had very little money left from moving. I domt appriacte the lack of warning that there might be a delay and would like to see better communication in the future. I am extremely mad about that situation still amd im currently still sorting it out

Neighbor hood is awesome, staff is amazing. Maintenance team awesome. Apartment is more then I could of imagined. 100% satisfied. Also very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Feels like a safe place to live as well.
