The apartment is great and maintenance/lease offce staff are very responsive. The apartment is ideally located with eating joints and grocery stores,daycares, walmart and other ammenities within 1-2 mile radius.

I recently just moved in to Colonial Grand and never have I experienced such poor customer service skills from an apartment leasing office. The staff as a whole needs to work on bettering their communication skills, customer service, and overall efficiency. If I would've known it was going to be such a hassle to move into this complex, I most definitely would've chosen another apartment complex. I'm hoping my experience improves throughout my time spent here.

Everything in the community has been very well kept. All my service request were met at timely manner. And the staff is wonderful and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend the apartment complex.

Overall it is not bad. The apartment itself was pretty clean and the surrounding areas are nice. It is well kept and the amenities are great. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but the property manager and maintenance manager are horrible. So as long as you do not have any issues then it should work out well but once there is an issue with the apartment you have a 50/50 shot things will turn out well for you, for it sure did not.

Office and Maintenance are friendly and helpful. The move in process was well organized. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. The community is clean; if you report anything they will handle it with only one request.

No the grreatest place but it will do. Not the cleanest, staff is ok. Bulk trash is two blocks away, so if the weather is bad you have to put the trash in your vehicle and drive to the bulk area. I did not know this before I signed the lease.

The move here was a great decision. The office staff is excellent in their professionalism and attentiveness I am looking forward to getting to know my neighbors once the winter months are over. I am so happy here.

Excellent service and very pleased. I would recommend development to friends. I think that the maintenance staff take their work seriously and I am glad that they do. I'm glad to know that this is the normal.

Great community! Love the area and the people. You have access to many places to shop and eat. The office staff are friendly and they work very hard to make everything pleasant. Maintenance staff is good at what they do and they are so prompt with time!

Very quiet and clean community except for the trash compactor area. Staff are very professional and friendly. The clubhouse is always clean. The alarm system provides that extra security that you don't get at most communities in Charlotte.

Requested maintenance to come in and fix leaking faucet. They came in and replaced it the next day with a brand new faucet kit. Awesome! No issues at all since the first day I moved in. Will recommend this apartment complex to a friend.

Very polite leasing team, always happy to help and really good neighbors. The unit is very close to my gym, the stores and also all of the bus routes. There are plenty of restaurants around and the apartment is perfect for commuters

Great community,closer to restaurants,interstates,the lake,and it's a very safe area,the office staff is very professional,and they love animals,so bring your dog,or whatever you have to the clubhouse for a treats

Enjoyed living here, have not had any issues and staff is friendly. The property is well maintained and I have used the fitness center and pool several times. Haven't had any issues with loud neighbors.

So far, everything has been great! All of the team members in the office are great! It's so quiet. I picked this because of the general location and also that it is close to work. I'm enjoying my apartment so far.

I moved in January of 2017 to the apartment complex. I love the walk in closets and the big bathrooms. They are pet friendly but they need to have a pet park. The area is walking distance to a lot of shops around.

Colonial Grand Arysley is a peaceful and beautiful place to reside and I have enjoyed my stay so far within the 2 1/2 months I've lives here. My 4 year old son said he loves his new apartment and is ready for the pool to open back up.

Terrible, I wish I could get out of my lease. Management is horrible, upkeep is equally as horrible. Price of Apt way too high for this type of environment. You could go to uptown and pay this exact amount for a newer better managed apartment.

For the most part it's okay. However there have been numerous incidents of cars being broken into, people fighting outside and an attempted robbery. At night security is usually parked somewhere and not driving around the community like they should.

the service people are not knowledgeable and don't care. Office staff is pretty good. People don't pick up after their animals and the trash area is disgusting. recently I have noticed roaches inside and out. When my renewal came up they tried to charge me 8% increase which is double the industry standard and way about this community. Unless some changes happen, I don't see myself renewing next year.

Cockroaches! I rented a one bedroom apartment here for a year, I am a single, clean professional female. Regardless of paying for pest control they were cockroaches big,small and medium. That would sneak their way into my apartment regardless of how clean and the fact that there was no food put out. Also other tenants had tons of animals that would ---- in the common grounds. This complex was also very very petty about charging fees even to the most ideal tenants. They made promises about amenities being available such as a computer lounge but the computer was never upgraded. And the promised new computers never came after a year of telling new tenants more would be available. Also the trash complex was all the way across the property and normally reeked for all those buildings close by. Recyclable bins were always overflowing. Also maintenance requests were sometimes never fulfilled. Property manager, Tracey, Is very rude and unprofessional; she hung up on me when I was asking for a consideration for a fee to be reduced even though I have always paid my bill on time for all these 12 months and in full. .

It was wonderful, the staff went over and beyond to help. I had a little situation at 1st but the manager stepped in and took care of the issue. I have referred to many people here and let they know that they are in good hands
