It's a decent complex, pretty safe and usually quiet in the complex. There are non-stop sirens though as the fire and police departments are right here. The office staff is nice and are helpful. It is expensive but it is Charlotte.

The apartment is very cheaply kept. Have had nothing but issues since I moved in. The quality of the apartment does not match the rent whatsoever. Counter tops are peel and press vinyl, not good quality, lots of appliance issues.

Could be better. We are hounded over dumb things and the community is full of mean people. The road way is not safe and is used as a cut through during peak traffic. It's very loud here! And even though there is a police department across the street... they don't care either.

Initially it was a great pick. Price was amazing, apartment is spacious and it was fairly quiet and peaceful and most importantly you felt safe (police and fire station seconds away). Price raises with minor improvements over the course of years is unfortunate.

Honestly things have not been great. When we moved in there was tons of black mold in our outside storage unit. Things we were told would be fixed upon move in never were such as our bathtub. Ceiling has leaked multiple times including a huge hole with gallons of water leaking out that took maintenance over 2 months to complete fix. Car was stolen from the property one night this year. Multiple packages stolen from doorstep. No parking for residents and all visitor spots are taken up by people's work vehicles. No help from office staff ever, and rent was increased by 12 percent this year

I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. Tge staff in the management office is nice, friendly, & professional. Tge maintenance staff is the staff. When you put in a work order, tgey take care of it right away. I'm very happy living here.

Maintenance has been great The price gouging on unit renewals is ridiculous. Not listing units when people give notice made me miss out on a transfer. Leasing staff and management have some flaws. Not everyone but a selective few.

Love the appartment. The management, not so much. Getting much better, but not up to the level it should be. You'll either get amazing service and responsiveness or none at all. There's been a wave of new staff members and most are great.

My move in experience was great. Any requests I've had have been addressed immediately. The maintenance team and office staff are all nice and they have a few fun resident events every month. It's nice to get to know your neighbors.

The community has the potential to be excellent but the community is not being served properly by the grounds keepers or office management very well. The staff don't re communicate to the people who live here. Car wash bay no hose to wash your vehicle, pool opens or closes for the season no emails to communicate that as well as the bathroom by the pool doesn't stay open the same as the pool hours, oddly closes when the office hours but you can get out all walk to the gym bathroom which makes no sense. When the pool clothes for the summer you can't use the grills because the gates are chained shut but all residents have key fobs for the gates but the management rather chain everything instead of allowing people use the amenities. This is the south the weather is still in the 80's in October would be great to be able to grill a speak. Also having benches or allowing residents to have an outside space to enjoy the weather benches or something because again the pool and gazebo have been chain locked since Labor Day although the weather has been beautiful. Let's no even get started on the parking the company that will put a boot on a vehicle which is clearly displayed with a parking pass. Charging insane amount to get it removed,as well as time consuming. Ridiculous!!! The etc fees for garages with not enough visitors parking seems predatory practices with the towing service. I do not plan on staying in this community because it is not managed properly. The office staff is nice and helpful but fail to provide the necessary communication to residents who pay so much to live there. Property could be cleaner and enforce that people need to clean up after their pets. Why have a car wash with no hose to spray wash the your vehicle. They have a company come pressure wash the interior but stains remain doesn't even look like they pressure washed anything.

I just moved in. The parking is tight, but the apartments are nice. I leased a two-bedroom, two bathroom unit and I really like the layout. Izzy was great! Jed was cool. I have never had an issue with the staff or maintenance.

Great area to live in, but to many dogs. People don't clean up after them. Quiet and laid back, lots of places to eat. Movie theater in the area, not even a mile away. Good security that rides around often. Stores and shopping very close to the area

For the most part our experience has been good. One of the office staff members is kind of rude I called one time to tell them that water gets into our storage room and she said well just file a claim with your renters insurance, and I told her so I have to file a claim every time it rains? she stood quiet. That's our only complaint

Not a good experience, security is a none factor. Multiple cars continue to get broke into daily over the past month and nothing has been done to address the issue. For me to be paying over $1700 a month for a 2 bedroom apt I expect more. Visitor parking isn't ideal as well with this large community and only 10 spots available throughout the entire complex is terrible.

I have great space for the rental price given how high prices can be elsewhere, and the property management team is really on top of keeping the common areas as clean as possible. Pricey, but nice neighborhood conveniently located near food, bars & schools. However, I wish they had valet trash for the amount your pay in rent since there's only one dumpster. Great place to live.

This place is trash. I have been chased by homeless people. I have been caught in A pursuit with police and suspects. There's a whole bunch of roaches all on the side walks at night time the apartment complex smelled like dog crap so I will not recommend moving here for the price
