This community is an excellent place to live. It us. It is close proximity to all surrounding areas. Office staff and maintenance are great. The only issue is the elevator has been down for 5 plus weeks in the only building eith an elevator now which is unacceptable especially if you are disabled and rely on the elevator. Most if the time it is fixed in a couple of days no more that one week or two I wonder how can they compensate the tenants since it has been for such a long time.

Easy process, friendly staff, accommodating. I hsve been here about 6 months or so and have no complaints. Maintenence was also quick to respond when my freezer fan was clogged with small ice chips. As of right now, I would recommend.

Renters concerns are not addressed. Budgets seem to override repairs that need to be done. Complex rules are not enforced, seems that the complex just tries to ignore the problem in hopes it will go away. The layouts of the apartments are very nice appointed with great finishes.

The reason we moved into the building was it had an elevator and community had amenities. Elevator has been down multiple times with no resolution. There are renovations in place, however we are not able to use the amenities we paid for. The leasing team is great however the rest of the community needs better upkeep and to follow through with what we chose the complex for.

I've loved this community since I have been here. However, every time I receive a neighbor, I smell weed coming from my neighbors' apartment.I only have two concerns the residents continue to smoke weed in their units, which comes outside and the other problem residence will not pick up behind their pets.

The first year was an ok experience but after i renewed my lease things have gotten worse. Sadly i am only 3 months into a 14 month new lease. My car has been vandalized, the valet trash company doesn't pick up trash for weeks at a time and they put reserved parking signs up above the ground and you don't notice until your car has been towed for $230. I wouldn't recommend or suggest anyone stay here

Lots of residents are very noisy at the pool. There are loud parties almost every weekend during the summers around the pool. Some of the hallways are dirty and are not cleaned. Gym is good but could use some updates.

I have really loved living here so far, was able to get a good deal on an apartment The only thing that I haven't liked so far was the different car break ins that has been happening in the neighborhood.

Visually the community is nice and kept clean. There is a very modern aesthetic. The charging stations are a plus for EV owners as well. The bad news is that there are frequent car break ins that make living here not worth it because the property management refuses to take any type of action. There are no cameras to deter the break ins either. In its current state, I would not recommend living here to anyone.

Apartments are conveniently located and in general a good community. However, billing on such things like utilities are inconsistent and does not reflect actual usage. Valet trash although required at times is inconsistent

Living in Brier Creek is a wonderful experience overall. The location is truly its greatest asset, without a doubt. Being right at the heart of RTP is incredibly convenient. Quick access to the airport and major highways is a major plus. The sense of community here is strong and very welcoming. I always feel secure and safe within the neighborhood. The amenities provided are clean, and well-maintained. The fitness center and pools are great for relaxation. However, the social activities often feel limited in scope. Many planned events occur on weekday afternoons. This schedule excludes a large portion of the residents. Most of us are professionals with standard 9-to-5 schedules. It's nearly impossible to attend events at those times. My strong recommendation is to adjust the timing. All community activities should be scheduled after 4 PM. Alternatively, Saturdays would be a perfect day for events. This would allow far greater participation from everyone. On the maintenance front, the team is excellent. Service requests are always addressed quickly and well. The technicians are professional and do great work. One area for improvement is the outdoor cleaning. More frequent attention to common areas would be beneficial. Sweeping walkways and tidying green spaces is needed. This would enhance the community's curb appeal even more. Despite these minor points, it's a fantastic place to live. The foundation here is solid and very positive. I appreciate the effort put into making it a great home. Thank you for conducting this survey and seeking our input. I am hopeful these suggestions will be considered. Overall, I am very happy calling Brier Creek my home.

From the moment I stepped into this apartment, I knew I'd found something special. The space is thoughtfully designed bright, airy, and impeccably maintained. Natural light pours in through oversized windows, highlighting the modern finishes and open layout that make every room feel inviting. What truly sets this apartment apart is the management team. They're responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents' experience. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the building is always clean and secure. The location is unbeatable?close to vibrant restaurants, parks, and public transit, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Neighbors are friendly, and the community vibe is strong without being intrusive.

Overall positive. Earlier pool trespassing and verbal assault/threats have been largely curtailed. Issues with tenants continues to be a problem. Tenants have proven to be loud, disruptive, and overall impolite, and front office largely washes their hands of the responsibility for dealing with them. "Call the police" is what we're told. The police don't come for noise disturbances, even if repeated, incessant, and unyielding. The back part of the parking lot continues to be a dumping ground for stolen / unwanted vehicles and other nefarious activity after dark. On-site courtesy officer is largely useless and invisible. Officer doesn't patrol grounds on foot or in car, and is basically a tenant with no agency.

Overall, this is a beautiful and well maintained community. I enjoy living here. Staff are kind and attentive. One key suggestion would be to provide pest treatments on move out and professional cleanings before move-ins.

I like the complex but Amenities aren't well kept and the grills don't work. The pool is closed because of no lifeguards. I would love for the apartment to be repainted and the floors are bulking from moisture.

You have multi spaces to choose from according attached to that is your monthly payment ?? The repairs are loud and annoying out of hours, safe place to live. I ?? it here. One elevator in my building working 98% of the time. Parking good ?? options good, more home living. Dogs are well trained 98% of the time. You really don't here them inside you home that's been my experience so far. Management follow thru on any complaints. Clean area's, clean building, velvet trash, modern kitchen, appliances and other. Here is quite mostly people stay to themselves most speak in English or understand. However it not perfect but strive to be better, located mile from Morrisville but steal in Durham NC. Here convenient location near by for you to live. You need a car. Rent will increase every lease. Apartments look good before you add furniture inside.

When maintenance was required (more than a few times) they have been prompt and great. There have been too many ants and cockroaches, (ants after the snow). But much less now after I got a cat, and after I put in ant bait. There are too many holes underneath cabinets and between things which seem to be why so many get into the aparmtment. this also was how my cat got stuck underneath one.

Living here was okay for the first year or two. The parking lots were refinished, which is nice, but the parking spaces were made considerably smaller. People can be careless about how they park, but due to the current size of the spaces, it is a bigger problem (see attached photos). When parking is already limited it is frustrating that other residents take up multiple spaces. The side of my car has been damaged because of other residents parking and hitting it. There are no cameras on the property, so there is no way to determine who is responsible for it. We also had a big problem with the theft of packages and food orders. I had to buy a doorbell camera to protect myself. It once recorded an upstairs neighbor stealing a package from the resident across the hall from me. I showed it to the office and the thief continued to live in the building for months after. There is dog feces EVERYWHERE. Sidewalks, the park, grass, near the amenities center. We get emails reminding people to cleanup after their pets, but that will do nothing unless there is a systems if accountability put in place. Poop Prints and BioPet Labs is a good place to start. Community security cameras will also help with that. Valet trash is a joke. There have been multiple instances where my trash and recycling has not been picked up for days. I have also seen Valet Living just outright skip my apartment. Zero attempt made to remove it, just walked past my door. I would prefer to be able to opt out of the service if we can't have reliable company. There are a TON of big cockroaches outside. The bigger issue for me is that they are coming in my apartment. I have requested the weather-stripping be replaced, but I still had 3 of them in the past 10 days. I'm not sure what the pest control fee I'm paying every month goes to, but I have never seen them.

This complex is the epitome or mediocrity and corporate greed. The facility are not kept up well, general clenliness and repairs are constantly neglected. The entire time I've lived here the "car wash" hasn't worked, they refuse to put even a hose out so residents may wash on their own because it cannot be monetized. Nobody gives a ---- about your free stupid resident events like a hot coco bar. This place needs to get it's priorities straight.

The leasing staff is a joy to work with! They made it so easy to sign and move in without feeling like I was too overwhelmed. I also enjoy working with the maintenance staff, particularly Ronnie! They are very kind and quickly handle issues as they arise.

Overall, my experience here has been acceptable. The staff is friendly and the neighbors are quiet. The areas of improvement come with the amenities and appliances. They are working on making the needed updates and I look forward to seeing positive results this year. I will update my comment next year and share the results of these efforts.
