Good so far, but I haven't spent enough time to fully appraise the community. The fact that there is a minimum on this survey is annoying. The survey should recognize the fact that I just moved in instead if enforcing this word count.

Sorry I'm not interested in doing all this and a suggestion a review on the work order should not have all these things and this mandatory field of 200 letters should also be removed. It is very annoying to fill in all these every time we try to write a review.

Great amenities, basic units for the price, rent and fees have been increasing, pest issues that haven't been resolved, impossible to reach anyone outside of strict hours (terrible for people who work 9-5s)

Bailey at Creekstone RTP was amazing and helpful making my relocation from Texas easier. From the start she kept communication open through the whole process. She went out of her way to greet me early in the morning with the keys to my new apartment when I moved in. Great customer service!

This community is in a great location. It's a short trip in just about any direction to get to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, customer service is great and I enjoy the amenities. I like that you can rent a one car garage here as well which I have done. It's also close to all the great hospitals in the area.

Under maintenance. I am charged for pest control never provided, security lighting that rarely works, junk appliances marketed as Stainless Steel when in fact they are painted steel to look like stainless steel.

We recently move-in Creekstone RTP apartment homes. We really appreciate the staff Marie for her great service from day 1 of visit the apartment. We just moved from New York to NC. Marie helped about everything to move-in our new home.

Overall this is a great complex. Very quiet neighborhood. Major flaw to complex I would note, is the stairwell and walkway dirtiness/ oil stains. They could clean this area a lot more often. The valet trash option is part of the issue as well. Residents leave their trash hanging out of bin before instructed time, which is after 6:00pm.

I love this community. The office staff are great to work with. The maintenance team is the best. Grounds are well kept. The parking lot is never full. The pool area is nice. The location is convenient. I like the layout of the apartments.

Parking near your building can be an issue but I don't mind walking. The community is very friendly and clean! It's centrally located to I40, 540 and Highway 55. Several places to dine within walking distance and Walmart is only a couple of minutes away by car.

Pros: The maintenance staff is very quick and thorough. The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments feel clean/new and the community as a whole feels well kept. Cons: They force you to sign an addendum in your lease about keeping your hallway clear of trash/trashcans, but they don't follow through. There are numerous cans left out 24/7, often with trash in them for days, causing things to smell and bags to leak, causing stains and stickiness in hallways. It's gross and no one seems to care. About once a month or two there is a notification saying "we'll be entering your apartment during one of these three days" and then there is no note that they've been there, so until day 4, you're expecting a possible intrusion at any point. It feels like it should be easier to narrow down that range and leave a note saying "we finished here, no longer worry about taking a shower between 9am and 5pm and having someone let themselves into your apartment". I also notice many people not cleaning up after their dogs and I don't ever see anything (signs/emails/fines/etc) for that happening. The online "recurring payment" option has an expiration date, without an email notification option. Once your recurring payment ends, you simply miss a rent payment and get charged like $50+ as a late fee.

I like living at Creekstone, it's a clean community with nice workers. The events are better than your average living community. Expensive but the homes are nice. Variety of type of people living in the community. Not too loud. Appliances and housing is put together well. Maintenance is exceptional.

So far the experience has been pleasurable. I would like to suggest one thing though. That with the valet trash service if the community can assign one day for recycle collection, that would be really beneficial.

The apartment staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community to others. I wish there were more parking as it get hard to find a space at times by your building. Marie in the office is the best!

I have enjoyed satying here. The new people in the office are nice except the one guy Matt. He seems to be very uninterested in doing the simpliest tasks. He makes you feel irritated with his lack of concern.

The apartments are pretty nice but would be better if they actually cleaned better before move-in, especially once you've waited an extra 2 weeks to move-in. Putting a cleaning service business card in the door doesn't cut it. It's hard to get grease stains and other peoples dust out. The trash service would be nice if they actually took larger items for recycling. It would be nice if the Spectrum community wi-fi service was optional, too, or at least could be modified to what you might actually need. Waiting to have the terminator spray on the only day out of the week they actually come to spray is not helpful when you have a pest problem. Other than that, go for it.

Great place. a bit expensive than others in Durham but it's worth it. The staff is very polite, friendly and responsive. Access to Highways and grocery, restaurants, is so easy. The staff is always smiling. The maintenance guy is always on the move and making things happen.

A great community in a perfect location! The clubhouse is awesome and pool it has grills and TV and it's always clean. The idea of the valet trash is a wonderful touch. We need to extend the hours of the pool!!

It has been so amazing to live in Creekstone at RTP apartment community. Marie in the leasing office has been awesome and Brian in maintainence has been very diligent and prompt. Overall a great experience.

So far I am unhappy with maintenance procedures. Poor outside lighting around my building. Interior of unit is nice. No problems with noise. Office staff are not very responsive to calls. Overall I am fairly satisfied with renting from this location

The community is ideally located near Walmart supercenter, neighbouring restaurants, highway and the RTP area. It has a good club house and clean community. The apartments are well designed, with good interior finish. The only complaint i have is the mandatory internet/tv package that you have to pay for, which for some might be okay but was something that i was not happy with.

I moved in and I was promised the apartment will be as clean as other empty apartmentstomach they showed us. To my surprise it was not cleaned and had to spend 2 days cleaning it. The swimming pool area is never clean.
