It has been awful. The staff are lazy, packages have been repeatedly stolen and the office contacted police with no solution. They do not contact you when a pkg has been delivered. Just awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It's a good apartment complex with a nice gym and a decent pool. There are a growing number of young families with small kids so if you're looking to connect with new parents then this could be a good community for you. Overall, the management is good and the on-site staff are helpful. The rent has gone up a lot in the last couple of years and I would recommend reading the fine print on the total cost.

I love this community. It is close to my work and also very convenient location. All office staff are good. Maintenance service is also great. Community is always clean and no issues so far. When needed a proper help is provided by staff.

This is the most ridiculous community I've ever stayed! The building looks good but the management is horrible! They will tow your car without notice and charge you over certain maintenance without notice. Your rent will hike when you want to renew. Break-in happens occasionally. Trust me! Stay away from it!

This apartment complex is manged and operated very well, maintaining a high level of professionalism and over all vert high standards. The management staff is very pleasant and communicates well. The maintenance staff is excellent and very thorough and keeps making improvements and responds very quickly. The grounds and well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. The community is very friendly and well mannered. The amenities are top of the line.. I use the gym and pool. My favorite amenity is the dog park. It is probably the largest and best dog park in the entire area. It's well maintained, lighted and my dogs love it. There is plenty of room for then to run and exercise.

Overall disappointment -- The apartments are too expensive, and the office staff could benefit from customer service training. The community is very restrictive, eg., only a few guests allowed at the pool, prohibitively expensive to rent the clubhouse. Several break-ins and a shooting since I moved in. I will miss the train passing behind the apartment the most.

Parking can be hard to find sometimes but other than that we have no complaints so far. This apartment community has everything we were looking for, and rent is reasonable. We would recommend it to anyone.

Location for us was key when choosing an apartment. This location has quick access to Miami Blvd, I-40 and the RTP. There were other choices in this area but once we walked into the apartment and saw the layout we were sold. We have a washer and dryer right in the apartment, marble countertops and a private porch, we live on the main floor. The maintenance team is friendly and they are prompt. The office staff is usually always available and they are friendly. Mail is delivered to a central location and is locked and has parcel boxes, larger packages are received by the office. We have been very happy since and plan to stay for another lease.

I just moved in this apartment less than one month. My colleague also lives in this apartment who recommended it to me. The rent is high but it worth. Only thing I notice for now is there is a little noise from Hopson Rd and S Miami Blvd.

The apt is very spacious and comes with evry appliance you would need. Cable and i ternet being included is a huge help. And the locationis great. The office staff is great. They were able to accomodate a last minute date change fir our move in. They have addressed all concerns quickly and efficiently.

My stay at Creekstone was very average as far as amenities and quality but they completely took advantage of me on my moved out. They took the entirety of my security deposit to replace carpet that they claimed "had traffic lines that ran too deep". I replaced the stove drip pans and they still charged me for them on the way out. Along with that they charged me for "shadowing in the bath tubs" which I bleached on a monthly basis. All of this was to renovate the apartment, that I took exquisite care of, and they wrung me out for all of my security deposit. They also attempted to charge me the whole months rent on the last week and a half of my lease. Be wary and take detailed photos of the apartment before you submit the walk through information!

So far so good! My only concern about the grounds is that owners of dogs should lead them to areas less used. This is not the responsibility of the grounds people! I always lead my dog away from heavily affected areas to allow the heavier affected areas to heal.

I requested that the office staff notify neighbors of having trash outside their door way. The dirty and stinking trash remained out in the walk way for several days. This kind of safety hazard should not be tolerated and is totally unaccepted.

The absolute worst apartment complex we've ever lived at. These are supposed to be luxury apartments but the only thing luxurious about it is maybe the granite counters in the kitchen and the expensive rental rates. I won't include the stainless steel appliances because our microwave just stopped working all of a sudden and we've only been here a few months. The washer and dryer provided are dated, filthy, and not at all what you'd expect in a luxury apartment. The office staff, especially the manager Peggy are lazy and rude. Corporate completely ignores you. Parking is ridiculous. Good luck finding available space near your apartment building. The community amenities is a joke too. Not all equipment in the gym works, some of the grills didn't work, the coffee machine in the clubhouse isn't always available or not stocked. Sometimes the computers and/or printers are not accessible because the staff don't always know the password or know what they are doing. Overall this place is awful. They do a great job covering up the issues you'll come to face with once you're a tenant. And the noise is ridiculous. Not all tenants are mindful of others and the office could care less about your discomfort or any issues that may arise. Package receiving is awful. The staff never notifies you when they accept your packages. Again they are LAZY!! They suck at relaying maintenance requests to the maintenance staff. They don't care about the tenants and the manager actually hangs up in your face. Pictures attached is the condition of the apartment at move-in. Big hole in the door in master bathroom, filthy dryer, rusted hinges, water damage inside drawer in bathroom, mold and rust in bathroom (hard to see in the images).

Creek stone at RTP Community is very new and clean , we recommend who is works in RTP area . It includes yoga room , gymnasium ,snooker table , Theater , swimming pool and neat and clean grills . I am staying in this community from past two year with no hassle .
