I have been here for about 6 months and it's been so far so good. I love the overall look of the place. Very clean and quiet despite it being next to train tracks. (Yes, the train comes through often) My neighbors are cool and everyone is respectful. I also like the Management. Whenever I need something, I just call and they're very responsive and helpful.

Overall pretty good, but not happy with leasing staff. I extended my lease and thought we had set a final date for the lease termination only to find out that I needed to give notice 30 days prior. They let me know after my 30 day notice period which automatically extended my lease at a ridiculous rate. I emailed my frustrations and heard absolutely nothing back from them.

The Manager, Teejay, is on point. He hears your concerns and tries his best to alleviate any issues. Community is normally quiet, and peaceful. Close proximity to fastfood and healthy eating options. Secinds from I40.

Great location, good amenities. Decline in quality. Issues noise from dogs. Ants are bad. Staff inconsistent in responding. I recommended apartments to other executives from my job. They had issues with ants and left. Very concerned about people enforcing handicap parking.

The complex has changed hands several times. Service has declined with each change. I live in RTP only part time. Since I have lived there my refrigerator went out and it was very difficult to get it replaced, my closet was fill with mold because the shelves were installed onto the drain pipe, my hallway was flooded and rug was ruined during cleaning and a tree fell on my car. My fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and no one would come and change it and you can't do it yourself. All in all, many issue staff is as helpful as they can be, but often do not have authority to do anything. With so many issues I pay some one to check the apartment during Covid.

2 things that comes to mind is 1). As a pet owner myself, I believe we should clean up after our pets on the grounds. This is our community and we should keep it clean. Enforce rules! 2). All apt should have carpet and not hardwood floors to prevent extremely heavy walking, and especially during these times, people are more likely to have exercise equipment, and to make matters worst starting the garbage disposal and the washing at 6am in the morning. Those kind of people should be on the first floor instead of the 3rd. Be considered of our neighbors , we're all in this together. Truck, work vans should be parked in different area; some of lively neighbors have no considerations for other people's belongings. Guest should have separate parking, it's sometimes hard to find parking.

Noisy upstairs neighbor and heavy weed smoke billowing through the corridors. Space and amenities are good as well as the location. I had a decent experience at Creekstone Apts but I would not advise anyone to move there if they can afford better.

Management is great. Responds timely and completes request right away. Residents don't pick up after pets. TeJay and staff are great, always pleasant and have initiated many resident virtual options for activities.

My experience at the community has been favorable! It's clean, quiet, and quaint. The complex is centrally located between Durham, Raleigh, Morrisville and Cary. In my eyes it is a win based on price, features, and location. The leasing office staff is phenomenal! Tejay is amazing!

So far so good, despite my dishwasher still not functioning properly. Also, my communication experience with the leasing office hasn't been that stellar. When it comes to covid prevent plans for community amenities, there's no exact plan. I have spoken with different leasing office staff in regards to the pool and gym. Each time I follow up about those previous conversation, I receive different information. I know I am not crazy; I know exactly what I was told and now I am being informed otherwise. The leasing office needs to get a better grip on communicating with each other about community amenity rules so when communicating with tenants there isn't any confusion. I feel like my rent payments are going to waste. No clarity on the use of community amenities along with the complex not being gated and no surveillance.

It's been a positive experience. The front office has been amazing and responsive. The community itself is centrally located, well lighted, spacious parking and the grounds are kept clean. The landscape and flowers are beautiful.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly employees that are willing to work with you. Pest control really doesn't do they job because it's the same problem again when they are finish disinfecting your home. Parking is also an easy access to park.

The community is in a great area in relation to stores and other shops. The maintenance staff is friendly, but it seems like they just switch out appliances in other units when you have an appliances that don't work properly. The office staff is a hit or miss and I have had two unpleasant visits, but that was not the norm when I first moved in. Overall, the ammenities are pretty standard. Solid community overall. I love the amount of space in the 3 BR.

Love the community, However; the ant issue is extremely bad inside my home and on the grounds. This makes my living unpleasant. Exterminating doesn't seems to be working. I saw this in the reviews prior to moving in, didn't have any idea it was this bad.

I moved here about a month and a half ago, and so far everything has been great! The only issue I've had maintenance wise is ants, but the complex has a pest control provider who comes weekly to take care of any issues which is really helpful. All the amenities are great, and noise level is usually at a minimum except for the occasional sounds coming from above units when it sounds like someone is moving furniture.

This used to be a decent place to live, however as always new management has ruined the experience. I went into the office to give notice that I wouldn't renew my lease after emailing with TeJay. He said they are closed and he can't talk to me despite being listed as open right now and having all the doors open and unlocked and even emailing me that I needed to provide notice minutes before. Being on the first floor I expect there will be some bugs, but here I have seen dozens of ants crawling up my wall, cockroaches, and spiders dropping from the ceiling. Supposedly we pay for pest control... I had nice quite neighbors for a while, now the neighbors above me stomp around at all hours. Neighbors anywhere is a roll of the dice, but the walls/floors here are definitely not sound proof. Worst of all is the internet. You are forced to pay $76 a month for Spectrum services as it is included in the rent. Whether you use the services or not doesn't matter. You can't even connect via ethernet because management has decided against giving residents that access because it would cost another $11 per month more.

My experience living here has been quite good. I like the community events and the office stuff is really friendly. I supposed the biggest drawback I can think of is that it is all-inclusive for a couple things (internet, cable). I'm the type of person who looks to cut costs where they can, and that doesn't allow me to; I wouldn't even have cable if it wasn't for that.

I like living here. The staff has always been professional and nice. The current property manager Teejay is great to work with. The area is a great area near various restaurants and Walmart. It's a great place to live.

The apartments are beautiful and modern with very attractive design features! I love the arch in the living area and the beautiful doors. I absolutely love the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet space!
