Leasing agents and management are great. Rent is pretty affordable as far as rent goes these days. The apartments are nice and near a lot of restaurants and other places. The only complaints I have are really about apartment noise, but that's the same story at every apartment.

I loved it. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living spaces with natural light, while oversized balconies offer the perfect cityscape view. Kitchen marble and sink area and the work place table is designed perfectly. I didn't get any issues in the apartment and management responded quickly whenever I needed them. Service was effective.

The apartment complex is very beautiful the agents are really nice and very knowledgeable. They really worked with me to find an apartment at the last moment I called it a Christmas wish I got the apartment on December 24

The experience has been great, I've had no issues so far. The apartment is in good shape and I've not had any maintenance issues thus far. The elevator broke down right after I moved in and it was fixed after a lengthy amount of time but has worked fine since then. Neighbors sometimes leave trash in the breezeway and that's not maintenance's fault. The breezeways aren't too bad other than that but we did receive communication about power washing and I don't think it's been done. If I had one improvement request it would be to clean the elevator more often because it can get dirty quickly. The floors get sticky and the walls look like they need cleaning. Other than that, all has been good.

It's been great living in this community. It's in a great location as this community is convenient to my job. Also, this community is quiet for the most part and the staff is friendly. There are also occasional activities in the community which is a plus.

Apartments are open, spacious and bright with all the amenities you would need, staff has been very nice courteous and friendly and all maintenance work is taken care of quickly and thoroughly including explanation and clean up.

Its a well maintained community, good appearance, only drawback my apartment has mold formations near windows and on walls and requires some cleaning. And having to pay for the Cable which we don't use is frustrating

Outside of maintenance, the office staff have no sense of urgency when request are submitted. I asked to be transferred to a bigger apartment when it had a great rate but due to lack of communication the staff member did not get back to me and I ended up having to wait and paying an extra $200 for the same apartment. Talked to the office manager about honoring the price when I requested since they had proof I reached out multiple times but it was not resolved. Probably won't renew my lease due to the high price and crappy broken apartment from last resident

Creekstone at RTP is a horrible community to live in. Trees and pergolas fall over during storms. The office does not communicate community issues to the residents. They continuously change the valet trash pick up times. They do not respond to concerns when the trash is not picked up and i had to call the valet trash company on my own. We were not given sufficient notice about the painting of the buildings and the colors are ugly. The wifi cuts out. The emergency maintenance line goes down periodically. The resident portal does not save the payment information and you have to relink your account every month so you can't set up autopay. The pool didn't open until June last year (2022) and we were not given any reason that it was not open. The rent is more than the apartment is worth. Terrible community. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My experience has at this complex has been unsatisfactory. From the beginning to the present everything has been awful. Infestation of ants, roaches, trash services rarely pick up our trash, pest control is not consistent and when you put in a work order, they do not come to treat the apartment but the close out the work order. They keep charging me for renters insurance after I have given them proof that I have paid it annual at the beginning of each lease. Nothing is every resolved. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with renting.

As a community member, I enjoy the location of the community. The office staff is not the most pleasant, but the maintenance staff members are kind. Also, the community needs new appliances. The community needs work.

It's a beautiful community with lots of amenities. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Office staff is very friendly. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and they respond quickly to work orders. I love living here and hope to stay for a while.

Different management do different things but none was for the community. It plenty of residents did us not to have any snack bar barely have cream or sugar. It's like each manager making sure the budget is nothing for the residents so there bonuses be all for them. Mangerment have nothing for us.

My experience started off great and it has since then declined tremendously. Have experienced racial profiling. Presented proof of recording and it was dismissed by office mgment. Have experienced someone being assaulted in the doggy park, experienced poor service from new team of management. Have experienced retaliation against office staffer. Do not feel safe at this property.

Perfect location, accessible features, quiet, and vibrant neighbors keeps me from moving to a another area. Fantastic place to live. Walkable and plenty of areas to exercise being so close to RTP. Great space and more to come I'm sure from the community

I was told I will get preferred employer discount but that never came. When I inquired about it, management said someone in their team who joined newly promised me that but they cannot provide discount. No matter new comer/old timer, if you promise you have to honor it.

I have had nothing but a positive experience from the beginning. I had a couple of glitches in my move in schedule, but the staff, especially Marie Wong, were polite and helpful all the way through.

Overall, it has been a good experience. The neighbors are loud sometimes but that it not the complex's fault. I like the natural light due to many windows and the spacious living areas and large tub. Another minor issue in the warmer months is ants. They were in the shower and kitchen. There was a work order put in but I am not sure that anything was done. I used traps I bought from the store to resolve the issue. Staff is friendly and helpful.
