We are pleased with the apartment overall. But, we have an issue with noise from the apartment above us. It seems like they are jumping up and down or dropping weights on the floor. We are hesitant to consistently talk to the office about the issue, but wonder if the neighbors are that bad or the ceiling construction is that poor.

Excellent location and friendly staff at the office. Walkable distance to restaurants, groceries, banks, multiple offices, etc. I would recommend this community to anyone who's looking for a new home.

Excellent community to live in. No noise pollution and easy accessibility to all the restaurants, groceries, recreational area and freeways. Good maintenance and fast response to any requests that needs to be fixed.

Everything about the apartment is fine for the most part. The only big problem is the internet. The internet is absolutely horrendous. It is a community WIFI so you have zero control over it and it is the slowest plan available. On top of that, they make you pay for it in a package plan with cable. I have tried to call and do something about the internet and everyone has been extremely unhelpful. If you value the internet at all, this apartment should not be considered. If you don't believe me, look up stories about "community WIFI" at apartment complexes. It is a nightmare.

I am very upset with my experience. I have a situation where I was overcharged for pet rent after adding a pet back in July of 2021. In August, I was charged 4 extra pet rent charges, as if I had six pets. It is now December, and despite calling the office more times than I can count about the issue, it is still not resolved. I lost a substantial chunk of money, and every time I call, I get the same answer about them needing to contact corporate before I can be credited. I can respect their process, but it's been 4 months now. Quite frankly, I do not trust them to credit me as they promised. Very very very very VERY upset. It should not take so long to fix a simple issue, and I should not have to keep calling about it.

Great place to live but parking spaces are really small and narrow. The valet living absolutely sucks, and there's no way of canceling it unless you cancel your wifi and cable too. The breeze ways are filthy from the trash carts that the valet living guys use. The maintenance guys do a great job and are on top of everything. BE CAREFUL when signing your agreement be sure to read it all (40 page lease agreement) because the office staff will tell you one thing but agreement says different! They will talk you into signing a longer lease agreement saying "you can get out of it anytime as long as you give us a 60 days notice" NOT TRUE

Great maintenance staff. Some of the tenants are unfriendly.. The valet trash service is horrible. They use any excuse not to pick up the trash. Which is frustrating. They say the trash was over 25lbs

No complaints, the staff and maintenance workers have always been incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful whenever needed. Just need a few minor updates in and around the apartment. Other than that I have enjoyed my time here.

The community itself is a ok environment to live in. However the front desk office staff really are not honest and they really don't care about the well being of tenants. I was lied to and lead on by a couple of the office staff.

I have a good experience living here. I can say the leasing office stay is very helpful. I had a situation where they pointed out something wrong on the bill and put me in the direction of getting fix.

The trash pick up doesn't come when they say, the walls are thin, there is no storage space. Closets are very small. Our bathroom smells like the plumbing is messed up sometimes. The included internet and cable doesn't allow third party devices to connect to it so you have to add it on and pay extra.

I have not had a good experience. The apartment has some electrical problems and parking space issues. Unfortunately, maintenance does not seem to do a good job in the apartment, but definitely do a great job keeping the common areas.

I don't have much to say. I think the complex is overpriced for what is offered. For the rates I'm being offered for a 1 bedroom apt, I can rent a multiple bedroom house for the same rate. The rates are not competitive with others communities.

Our front office does not take problems seriously - specifically referencing the valet trash and pest control. It's disheartening when I'm told that they will add our unit to a pest control list (that comes biweekly) when we had so many ants coming out of a hole in the wall that the entire kitchen looked black. They clearly don't care about residents health and safety.

The apartment complex is nice and quiet the buildings could use a good cleaning. However the community manager Kristen Massey is extremely rude when handling residents and situations involving residents.

I haven't had too many complaints but I wish they would keep up with power washing the hallways to keep them clean since they are not enclosed. I also would like upgrades to bathroom and kitchen????..

On several occasions I have had to take time off of work to accommodate various requests of the management. The trash pickup (which you do not have a choice about paying) is terribly unreliable; if you complain to the complex they will tell you to talk to the trash company, if you complain to the trash company they will tell you to talk to the complex, either way you will be out $30 and the service will not be any better moving forward. WILL NOT SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. This is an absolute mindblower that only serves to alienate their residents, you will just get a note on your door that says tomorrow they are going into your apartment and to secure your animals (without any suggestion on how to do that, the place you are paying to secure them in is the place that the note says they need to be secured from). The upper management of the complex are not even based in Durham (or even the state of North Carolina) so good luck if you want to try and address anything at that level. All in all, it's not a bad place to stop off for a short term lease, but it's just a stop, it won't be home, you can do much better for that.

Old equipment.AC Keeps failing.Bulbs keeps failing.Faulty old switches.The community is clean but no proper management.At the begning the management was respectful and very responsive but recent times as the people changed the current leasing office staff are very rude and unresponsive.With the current management I would not recommend the community to others.

My experience at Creekstone has been nothing less than stellar. From the staff to the cleanliness of the grounds to the beautiful apartment I get to live in. I'm over the moon in love with Creekstone apartments.

Community is good, but mandatory spectrum community internet service is not good here, always it's disconnect from device.It is very difficult to work from home with this internet option.looking for better internet providers.

For the simple fact that my wife loves it here so far is giant plus in my eyes. We have only lived here a month but we are enjoying everything and it's only the beginning. We plan on utilizing all of the amenities.

Creekstone at RTP is a wonderful community that's is secure and at the same time closer to amenities. It's is also close to Morrisville and Cary, making it more accessible. The only concern I have had staying here in last 4 years is the car speed within community. I hope the community members monitor thise

No negative comments on staff just the carpet in my home and noise and debris from upstairs balcony. I would suggest new carpet installed before every move in. I would also suggest concrete upstairs balconies as well.
