When I moved here, this was one of the beautiful apartment complexes to live in and I love my apartment and location. Since I moved here management has changed 3 times and each time, it seems like the outside appearance of the property here has been less and less attractive. The pool area is always beautiful, but the landscape areas all around the complex is not as attractive and as clean as it used to be. I do understand that budgeting for these things may not be top priority, but I sometimes hesitate to invite guests to my apartment because the concrete in my breezeway is consistently spotted with greasy spots all over it like it hasn't been cleaned in a while.

The area we are in, nice places to go, the neighbors are respectful as far as speaking, with all the lighting makes you feel comfortable, lawn cut nice, never seen trash on the yard. I'm enjoying my apartment home.

I appreciate management surveying the community and making strides to meet tenant desires. The enforcement of "Quiet Time," and access to public transportation is a value added to our community as well.

Overall very good. I wish management would do something about the amount of pot being smoked in the community. The office staff are very nice and helpful, and the maintenance staff respond to requests quickly. I really enjoy the dog park, but a lot of people don't clean up after their dogs. There's also a problem with non-residents driving in and using the dog park.

the experience has been good. couple of things to improve. 1. security, as of now its open from all side and i dont see if there are any cameras. 2. more cleanliness on the stairs, there is always dust on it.

Since I and my family moved here Nov. 6 2020 we have nothing but noise from the ppl upstairs apt 308 but one they moved it became quiet but now new tenants has moved in and they are doing the same thing I get no sleep for all the racked they keep doing all night my sleep is disturbed all night and it's making me misable someone needs to get them straight about the NOISE!!

The apartments are quite nice and I believe well-maintained. I usually get whatever service I need. I did have issues on two occasions one with refrigerator replacement and one with a water/mold issue in my linen closet. I live both here in another state. I am not accustom to apartment life so my observations may not be valid.. I feel safe in the apartment and in the complex in general. Noise is fairly minimal though I do have an upstairs neighbor with a child who might be studying to be an acrobat, though the noise is generally at reasonable hours and happy. He can can jump enough to change the channel on my TV. I am moving out in June at the end of my lease.

Community is well kept. Leasing office and maintenance are great and timely. Only issue is paper thin walls and steadily climbing rent prices. Also, it would be great to opt out of valet trash if it's not used.

Apartment is great however the parking here really suck!!! People parking over the lines is ridiculous and the valet trash comes when they feel like and for that I can take my own trash to the compactor.

The apartments are Ok. I didn't have new carpets when I moved in but it wasn't bad or anything. They need to pay more attention to the grounds and try to key the entry way clean. If maintenance Screw up a job on Friday. People shouldn't have to wait til Monday to get it corrected.

The apartments have been lovely (I have lived at two apartments in the same complex now, and the moving process was straightforward). Additionally, the staff is responsive to maintenance requests, which is very nice. The grounds are well kept and the amenities (like the gym, pool, etc) are very nice.

The community is great. Maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner, and there is peace and tranquillity all around. The location is splendid, as it's close to the highway and lots of eateries. The management team keeps the residents engaged with periodic activities and contests that livens up the community. I would strongly recommend Creekstone at RTP to any prospective apartment seeker, as my stay here has been positively beyond my expectations.

Staff is friendly and any problems are resolved promptly. Theft of vehicle parts and stolen bicycles was an issue last fall, however I have not heard of anything recently. The pool and common areas are well maintained. With the exception of the some residents, or valet garbage workers who drop garbage on the stairwells and don't bother to pick it, the maintenance staff do an excellent job keeping the complex looking new and neat. Rent is becoming a little over priced, especially because people are taking pay cuts due to COVID, and due to the fact that there are so many complexes with availability. Overall, I have enjoyed my 2+ years here.

I love the complex.....the staff. The complex is safe and quiet. The site is close to shopping and restaurants. It is a better experience that I thought it would be. I also like the fact that it easy to get to expressway.

Really enjoyed living in this community. The location was great to get to Raleigh and Chapel Hill, and the complex offers many great amenities. I never had any issues with neighbors, and the office staff was always very helpful.

So when I had found this place with was during the peak of the pandemic but my roommates and I needed a place because we were still in school. So we contacted then and did a virtual Tour and since then they were very good to us. They answer all the maintenance calls within a day and any questions we have they help us answer. My only complaint is how thin the walls are here. Between our upstairs neighboor and the people that live besides us they are so so loud. I also wish I knew how close we were to a main road. Our apartment is literally right next to the road and so we have the noise from the road, from the airplanes and from the train that is behind us.

This has been a nice place to live. I appreciate the people who care for the apartments as they were visibly working hard to keep the apartments in good condition. Pests are an issue and there could easily be a better management system to be more proactive. Especially since there is a monthly fee for pest control. I wrote a similar review a few months ago and never saw it go live. We'll see if it goes live this time.

Maintenance response fantastic. Happy to live here. Only thing we miss a kids play ground. Stuff are friendly and helpful. Our guest loved these community when they visited us. Shops are closed. Within 10min we can get most of our requirement.

The apartment management is very friendly and responsive. The apartments are well-maintained, and maintenance has been readily available when I've needed them (including a heating emergency). Rent is reasonable for the area, and you definitely get a lot of apartment for your money. I've never had issues with my neighbors, and I have always felt safe and secure in my residence.
