Creekstone is a very good apartment with good neighborhood. Maintenance of the apartment is very nice, which is what has made me to go for this apartment. And the rent is also very reasonable I would prefer this apartment to my friends.

The maintenance has changed drastically when it was Creekstone vs what it is now - RAIT / IRT and not satisfied with how things are handled currently. Staff have changed and some of them are not courteous and address concerns appropriately.

Upstairs neighbors are very loud during the day and night, contacted neighbors and office about noise but nothing's changed. Parking is fine Since the trash is $30 a month it would be nice to include recycling with that high cost

Community sometimes makes decisions without considering the impact to the residents such as the forced installation of a community wifi solution removing the ability to have an included modem; requiring paying for 2 separate internet connections. -Community rules such as bringing in trash cans are not enforced therefore garbage will stay outside for the entire weekend. -Community is fairly quiet and fairly kept up. Staff is very good about getting things fixed when requested in a quick and timely manner and staff are very friendly and helpful when needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the apartment. Spacious , clean, great closet space. Also, very quiet. The only thing I noticed was the carpets did not seem too clean based on the first time I vacuumed

Very nice community no safety issues or concerns. Very responsive at correcting any issues or concerns. I wish the rent was a little cheaper example I pay $1,111.00 and feel like it could be $980 and they still make money. Staff at front office is very friendly and helpful regarding the stay here.

Overall a good experience. Had a few hiccups here and there with pests but they were treated quickly. Residents have stopped cleaning up after their dogs so you will have to watch where you walk. Good quality apartments but are getting pricier by the year. I would move here if I got a good deal.

It was stressful moving in because I was dealing with different people every time I called. However, when I got here I realized it was well worth it. I love my apartment, the community and the fact that it's extremely close to all the places I like to shop.

We have found, that Creekstone seems to offer the most "bang for your buck" deals in terms of space and quality, for price! It's in a great location in the sense that there's easy access to many of the major roads in the RTP area, and there's a grocery store nearby! The neighbors are friendly, the community is beautiful and the staff is very pleasant!

Preparing to move in was a major pain. Documents were missing, not sent in a timely manner, and office staff did not respond to phone calls or emails reliably or in a timely fashion. Once I moved in though, everything was great! Maintenance staff is warm and helpful, neighbors are generally nice. There's a strong curry smell in the hallways and children frequently cry, but otherwise I am thrilled with my new apartment home.

the noise level upstairs is awful, have never had any problems before, child running and screaming all day and most nights until 1am. In the need of painting would love carpet pulled out and wood floors installed(: I think the kitchen needs back splash on walls for it to be a luxury apt.

The is a great apartment complex, very spacious with updated facilities. The pool and gym are very well-kept and convenient. Some staff members are great, but others have been somewhat unpleasant. Overall, a good price for the amenities.

Went to visit this property and I really liked the price and amenities. The only thing that turned me away was the office staff. When I went there they were not very welcoming. I went on a tour with Elizabeth the first time. The second time I came back to look at the apartment again within a couple days. I was greeted by Jessica who was not there the first time, but she was very welcoming. Elizabeth the lady who showed me the tour the first day did not even speak to me, and if somebody is coming to look at an apartment the second time I would be very enthusiastic and happy to see them. Jessica was very helpful and went above and beyond and even showed me pictures of her one bedroom apartment because they did not have an empty one to show. I decided not to move just because of the very first encounter I want to live some where that the staff seems more friendly.

Like some of the other reviews, I have some of the same complaints about Creekstone at RTP. When I went to visit these apartments, I fell in love with the new construction and sleek look of the model apartment including the faux wood flooring and stainless steel appliances. The girl in the office who showed me around appeared to be very helpful and friendly at the time, however, after I moved in, I realized she had basically played me. There are train tracks literally right behind the back of the complex. I saw these before I moved in and asked the office staff about train noise and about how often trains go by, etc. I was told that the train noise was virtually nonexistent and that trains come by maybe 2-3 times per day usually between 9am and 9pm. This is a complete lie. There is a train probably every hour and they start at 7am and typically go until midnight, however, there were also random ones in the middle of the night occasionally (2am-5am). When the trains go by they are required to blow their horn because there is a nearby railroad crossing. They are also building a new road that runs parallel to the train tracks behind the complex. Before moving in, I had asked how long the construction would last, and I was told the road would be finished early Spring 2014. Needless to say, it's almost Summer 2015 now and the road is still not finished. If you live close to the back of the complex, look forward to be woken up very early by the sound of dump trucks and the loud beeping of the construction equipment. There are also many design flaws within the apartments themselves that you don't notice until you live there. Like the last reviewer said, the track lights burn out quickly and you have to pay to have them replaced, the showers get mildewy extremely quickly, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing (including hearing them pee in the toilet above you), finding a parking spot close to your apartment always seemed to be an issue, there are no light fixtures in the bedrooms so are you basically required to bring your own lamps or pay to have the office install a light fixture (that you buy). There is also not much right around the complex. There aren't many sit down restaurants around, although there is tons of fast food. There is a Wal-Mart right down the street and the complex is extremely accessible to I-40. Overall, the management is what I disliked most. The office manager is not personable or friendly and does not care about your problems as a resident. They also leave notices in your door (sometimes with personal information) instead of e-mailing, they don't tell you if you receive a package (packages are also sometimes dropped off at your door and my neighbor had an $100+ package stolen), and the management take pictures of EVERYTHING. So, if you are ever trying to prove a point about something, I suggest taking pictures of everything yourself as proof. If you have problems with your neighbors, don't even bother going to the office to complain because all they will do is send them "warning" notices, but then not actually ever do anything about the problem. Rent was raised when I renewed my lease and there are other apartment complexes in the area that would be more worth the money. I do not recommend Creekstone at RTP and feel like a real sucker for buying into the deception that they sold.
