I wouldn't suggest people to move here. I've been here since November and there is an order still in the apartment after I have cleaned time and time again. Also when maintenance does repairs the do botch up work.

The renovation is great and makes the apartment have more space, the maintenance team is incredible with handling the tickets so far. I've met at least 4 of the maintenance crew including one named Julian who was very kind and helpful with understanding the timeframe of when things would get done, he was one of the ones to offer to take off his shoes before stepping into the apartment. Another one came in and put bags on his feet. Very professional for an apartments maintenance crew. I also would like to mention Carly who helped me obtaining my apartment and she was very informative and helpful with the process. She gave just the right amount of attention and did not bombard me with constant emails, she made the experience very easy

Great place, everyone main their own business, people is nice, and wonderful surroundings playground, park nearby and very convenient for parents with school transportation.Staff people are very nice!!

The worst experience ever in my years of renting . The staff is not very welcoming and nonchalant. Need improvement in providing quality customer service. I would not recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

I want to thank the maintenance team for their prompt help. Julian and another team member came to fix the lights and the closet in my apartment and did a great job. They were very professional and friendly. I also really appreciated the helpful advice they gave me about changing the soil in my plants to help prevent fruit flies. Thank you for the great service!

We really enjoyed living here at Piscataway Park. The staff is friendly and responsive when it comes to questions or maintenance issues. We've had a few issues with some of the older appliances, but the staff is on it with addressing our concerns and trying to solve the issues. It's a great, kid- and pet-friendly community that feels very welcoming.

Apartment complex looks good on the outside, very spacious & love the amenities such as new gym, dog park, pool & dog spa. I also love the fact they have events for residence. The community is safe, never had an issue with safety

My husband and I just moved in not too long ago. We love the apartment, it's spacious and has good amenities. The staff is friendly and super helpful. I will say the external amenities are lacking, there is no true resident lounge experience, outside of the gym - which is super nice by the way. Other than that no qualms about our decision to move here.

Since the new management has taken over, things have been great as it relates to responding to emergencies and other challenges. Staff communicates well and responds to questions promptly. Thanks you for the different activities within the community. Although I am at work when they occur, it's a nice gesture.

It's a nice building. Neighbors are respectful of each other maintenance and office staff great. Apartment is spacious and best is near work rent is a little high, and I noticed that not everyone pays the same amount which bothers me a little bit.

Very quiet apartment complex. The office and maintenance stuff are very helpful. There is enough parking space.The location is very convenient; we have to shopping malls within 5 minutes driving distance.

Maintenance requests are handled immediately which is one of the best benefit you get staying here. Like the cleanliness of the community and the events that management organize frequently which I have not seen in other communities

It's really nice Community. Space wise also really good apartment. I love to live here. The rent is fair for the area, and my unit has been clean and in good shape. Neighbors are quiet, and management staff and the maintenance team are always quick to help. I'd say it's been a really comfortable place to live.

We love Piscataway Park Apartments. Moving countries and continents apart, this community is the second best thing that has happened to us. We have incredibly wonderful neighbors, safe, and friendly. Didn't start good almost a month here and I had issues in the apartment before I moved in. They got there money and just forgot about finishing the maintenance work in the apartment. I didn't like that. I emailed the necessary people.

The garage left all over the lawns, thrown near the dumpsters is getting out of control. Dog waste is another issue that is disguising. The loud noice between yelling at night, loud music after 10pm, the last 1-2 years things have become worse.
