      The community is not bad but the maintainance department is so poor. All the finishing when I got my apartment was very poor quality and unclean. Many issues with plumbing and windows needed to be fixed. You keep calling tons of times to get your maintenance done.

        Apartment complex has come a long way. Maintenance usually comes quick. Management office answers all questions. And are fixing up the property. They have events for the complex which is pretty great.

          Management is extremely unprofessional and do not care about your well being. It takes a million calls and complaints to for them to fix issues since they don't answer their phone, then when they fix it there will still be issues and damage left. Moved in with broken heat, bug issues, a lack of professionalism from the emergency department and no response when needed from management. Very disappointing, I would move if I could.

            JCM who is the Managing company that oversees Piscataway Park are doing there level best to upgrade the appearance of the complex. They have performed a lot of asthetic "face-lifting" throughout the property along with some infrastructure repairs and upgrades; which is usually an ongoing process in a building site that is over 50 years old.

                Been living here for about a year and I would move out sooner if I could. I've opened multiple maintenance requests while in this apartment and unless it's an emergency, do not see them get resolved until several days later.

                  We are sorry to see that your experience in our community has not been as good as you expected. We try very hard to have a turn-around time of 24 hours for non-emergency maintenance requests - on rare occasions, that may not work out. In the past 1+ years we, like everyone else in the country have had to deal with supply chain issues. We have had major delays in receiving parts and appliances and sometimes after a long delay, the order is canceled altogether. To the best of our knowledge, seldom does a resident have to wait longer than a day or two to have any service requests resolved.                     I love the beautiful flowers planted, the new door, and how the grass is kept cut . The staff is friendly and willing to assist and fix the problem . The atmosphere is conducive to living. The pool is well kept and the playground for kids.

                      Grass has not been cut and the is garbage everywhere. The repair that the maintenance team did to the crawl space area was shoddy. I wouldn't be surprised if the raccoons are able to open it up again.

                      We are sorry to read of your concerns. The grass is cut in our community on a weekly basis. With all the rain we have been having recently it could be that it was pushed back a day or two because it is difficult to cut in the rain. Also, because of all the rain, the grass is growing quickly and by the way - looks beautiful! The repair in the photo is only a temporary fix. We are having a permanent repair made for the community and they will be installed as soon as they are received from the manufacturer.                       It is safe, well organized and clean community. It is spacious and with ample space of parking resident's vehicles.Lots of place for children's to play. It is with lots of greenery. Community has all required amenities like gym, swimming pull etc.

                        The community is ok, no crime or anything like that. Only once was there a loud altercation late at night, where residents and some non-community members got into a fight. Seems as thought these people knew each other and left on their own. Usually, it is easy to contact the office for lease and maintenance questions/requests. Although, It has been difficult to get a hold of any management team members after declaring intent to leave, two weeks at the time of typing. The maintenance staff and leasing staff are nice and friendly. There seems to be a recent push to update/renovate the complex, which probably explains the several hundred dollars in rent increase we experienced when communicating on our lease terms. The changes are mostly cosmetic, but do look nicer. The fitness center has several broken or non functioning machines, but still is a functional workout environment. The pool is nice and well maintained. There is a park within walking distance, which has been enjoyable. The fire alarms will go off randomly in the night for about 3 minutes - this has happened twice. The in unit washer dryer combo is fine, but the dryer is not very good and takes 3-4 cycles to dry clothes. The cycles last ~45 minutes. The AC's work well and are a bit overpowered for the space and this is not a bad thing as it can get hot very quick in summer months. The heater can be hard to get the hang of but works well. If you live on the 2nd floor you will have to consider your neighbors heat as well. Noise is pretty well insulated except for the hallway, so you are most likely to hear your neighbors when they are in their living room/entrance way, while you are also in the one of those place. The trash service comes regularly and usually is not overflowing as it is a big metal dumpster. The recycling could be better - 2-3 plastic garbage cans with wheels are provided and its usually overflowing or extra recyclables are placed next to the bins. Strong winds tend to blow the recyclables everywhere. Parking is not trouble, there is always a spot near the building open, even if it is street parking. There are squirrels, birds, and at least once stray cat living in the area.

                            New management never fix anything. Maintenance need to fix things and they will be only come into apartment and leave without fixing the problem. The neighbors in the back smoke I can smell it inside my apartment, and the neighbors upstairs are very loud especially 2am in the mornings

                              Piscataway park has good community with helpful people. They are also very active, they do lot of events on weekends. I met Carly Keane, she is working in leasing office, she also helped me throughout my process.

                                So far experience is not great. Maintenance situations have not been completed, animal feces are around my apartment building (i do not have an animal). Front office responds quickly and seem sympathetic but need maintenance to step up. Why do i have pay for power in common area

                                  Community Experience is good, well-maintained, and organized, but a few things need to address on an urgent basis. Dog Poop is seen all around the community, but no Dog Poop bags are found, and nowadays Dog Poop is all around in community gardens. It's very unclean for children to play around on the lawn. Need immediate action.

                                      It has been okay. I have found that it is not worth the price I pay now. It is kept up okay, but the buildings are old and the clientele are not always respectful of others space or the property itself. There is trash strewn across the lawn and many regularly smoke marijuana and other things in their apartments which affects the smell of mine. When I moved in it was $1600 a month which seemed like it was worth it, but now it is $1980 and it isn't worth it at all. If the price was lower it would be worth putting up with the minuses, but at this point I wouldn't recommend anyone live here.

                                          I moved in not too long ago and so far so good I can't complain .. the apartment feels a lot more spacious than others I have viewed and I really enjoyed that .. the only thing I would say and perhaps it's taken care of in the spring or summer time is the landscaping

                                            Is ok good place to live they fixing the complex little by little they need to insulate the doors and windows better for the winter due to the hitter wasn't so good they provide hit but too slow they said that wherever hit provide us is not going to have more than that so my advice is insolate good the doors and windows and is gonna be bbetter for the next winter.
