Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches
I lived here for all of 3 weeks in July of 1999. It was the worst renting experience of my life. I waited 2 months for my apartment to be FULLY RENOVATED before me and my roomate could move in. We were so excited b/c this was our first time renting and we were getting this 2 bedroom apartment with beautiful, brand new appliances. Our excitement ended the second night were were there and we found out that our new apartment was a ROACH INFESTED NIGHTMARE. We hired an exterminator and the developments exterminator came in but it was no use....it looked like the walls were moving!!!! AND THE SMELLS!! AS ONE REVIEWER SAID...THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN DESCRIBE THEM. Luckily for us, the Manager of the property was more than happy to refund us our full security and we were able to break our lease after much pestering and calling on my part. NEVER AGAIN!

This should be your last choice for apts
Where to begin....... <br> <br>My year at this complex was nearly the worst experience in my life. First, the leasing staff are unresponsive, uncaring, and are looking only for warm bodies....asking for repairs or renovations fall on deaf ears and meeting with people is met with arrogant attitudes. And the grounds of the apartment are kept up only if "Accepting New Leasing" are up. <br> <br>Next, the neighbors. The class of people living at this complex aren´t among the most desirable. Nearly a month after I moved in, I saw over three arrests for tresspasing and loitering. And talk about smells...walk by some apartment units and you´ll know what I mean. <br> <br>Finally, the price. I spent $1100 for a single bedroom. That´s with no central air, no washer dryer unit, poor water flow and water heating, and no renovation if you´re a new tenant. <br> <br> <br>Move on.

Unsafe
Too many burglaries and the complex authorities are indifferent to this fact. Pleas for more security falls on deaf ears. Lot of loitering, drugs and drinking.

I am looking for studio or one bedroom apartment in Piscataway(near Birch run dr)for rent.
