It's safe to live here. Lots of stores, restaurants nearby. Neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance response time and repairs are quick. Under new management they host community specific activities. They are always keeping community clean and updating it's appearance. I have confidence in this community.

    The community is perfect as is. I grow up in these town so im very familiar with the apartments was once known as Royal gardens. Also i have lots of friends living in the apartment since i was in middle school.

      The new management is also same as the old one's they don't respect the residents and for any issue, they don't have solution. All issues go in circles and they don't get closed at all. Really dissapointed

        It's okay. They need some improvement. They do events but at school and job timing. We can't contact community on phone. We can contact to maintainace or billing department only. And they need to make a entrance door clean. We have a loud noise coming whole day.

          Have been with this community since couple of weeks. Community is good, however maintenance needs multiple follow ups to get work done. Need some more time and too early for me to recommend others to the community.

              I've bee living out here for the past two years and I'm very happy with the community. Everything is close by and that's what I like the most.It's so convenient to get around .I have no regrets having moved out here.Even my job is like 7 minutes from here so I can't complain.

                I have experienced issues with my apartment such as cockroaches and termites since we moved in that takes way too long to be resolved. Maintenance isn't as flexible is terms of the times they can make an appearance as the window for there appearance is not conducive to peoples work hours. I usually have to contact the leasing and management office for situations to be addressed immediately after reaching out to maintance multiple times. Also my partners bike was stolen on property.

Our exterminator does come to service apartments during normal business hours; our maintenance department and management office are also open during normal business hours. The management office is open for leasing on Sundays as well. You do not have to be home when we enter your apartment to perform maintenance, however, if you choose to be there, you must make arrangements to be at home during regular business hours.                   We just moved in a couple days ago, and so far, so good. The staff and the people are very friendly. The environment is nice and quiet. Landscaping is on point over the entirety of the complex. We love our apartment.

                    My Apt roof has been leaking since start of the year. We have complained to management multiple times. But it is never fixed. Each time all they did is paint the roof. The whole Apt smells like a drainage. We had biggest increase in rents this year but the maintenance sucks.

                          Okay. Not horrible. Not great. Bugs are a problem they can't seem to solve. Grounds maintenance is hit or miss. Size of apartments and closet space is nice. Good that it's pet friendly. Overpriced rent and the new management is jacking up the rents even higher. They really need to get rid of the gross bugs for these prices!

                            This complex is dirty and not taken care of as it should be. The staff in the office are nice, but the workers that come to do repairs do it in such a rush it comes out terrible. They have a roach problem they can't seem to get a grip on, and make me empty out all my cabinets to say your fine, but I still get roaches here and there. My ceiling collapsed last October / November and still haven't finished painting with the "correct roller". My heat has no thermostat so when the heat does decide to come on it's super hot with no way of adjusting it. Bedroom ceiling started cracking on its own.

                            It's okay, not the best. The unit was very dirty on the day of move-in, outside is also very dirty. Requested a work order but no one came to clean the outside. Flies in the bathroom got worse and worse until the exterminators came in, which had very little effect so the flies are still living with me rent free.

                              Nice and affordable apartments. The community is safe in general but there is no security or security cams anywhere. The staff is courteous and helpful. It takes a little bit of time when a maintenance is requested.

                                Well so far Lohanna was very helpful every time i text her or call. She deserved to have 5 stars hehe. Lohanna is very friendly and always puts smile on here face. The neighborhood is quite and i think it is safe too. There is a swimming pool and a gym too.

                                  Overall building infrastructure is poor. I moved in and the basement was flooded with water and bugs were abundant. Renovations to the apartment were done halfheartedly with many faults. Apartment has problems with roaches. Property renovations are being done poorly; my main door has not properly locked in over 2 months since renovations started. 2/5 living experience since moving in. Potential is there; effort to improve is appreciated, but things are done "half-way" to put politely.

                                        GIANT COCKROACHES

                                        JCMLiving has failed to get rid of the GIANT COCKROACHES that infest this property. If anything, the "water bug" roach problem has gotten worse since JCMLiving took over the property. They have been wasting all of their money trying to make the front area near the road look pretty to try to justify the high rents they've inflated. But the buildings are run down with each having several open areas into damp basements that are breeding grounds for bugs. The old buildings have enough cracks and holes in them that you'll be horrified when a GIANT COCKROACH the size of a mouse or baby rat runs toward your feet in the kitchen or bathroom at night. They have A-Z Exterminators on retainer for pest control, but these guys are worthless. They're getting paid for coming out all the time, so they have no incentive to actually get rid of any vermin. I sealed up the apartment myself better, so now I only see one or two of these disgusting bugs inside each month, but I see them skittering around all over the property when I walk my dog at night, and I've talked to neighbors who have all seen the bugs (some have them *much* worse than me!). Don't pay the grossly inflated rents to JCMLiving as they are unfriendly, unhelpful, and don't care if you're in inhospitable living spaces as long as they make all their money leeching off of your hard work that pays the rent each month. Don't trust the suspiciously "glowing" reviews has as that is not the case based on actually talking to the other residents here.

                                            I've lived here for almost 10 years. The owners at that time provided excellent service and support. It was sold to another company that cared little about its residence. Since the current owners have been here, they have made great improvements and have inspired a renewed sense of community and cleanliness.
