Maintenance is responsive and quick. Loops aren't closed at 100% and the "pest" problem needs rectifying! You can put a BMW emblem on a Nissan but in the end it's still not a luxury car. Don't sell something if you can't meet the expectation.

Cockroaches everywhere

There are cockroaches everywhere, raccoons digging through the trash and in the attic, and the heat is only turned on during very cold days, most of the time it doesn't even work. In the winter, it's freezing cold, and in the summer, it's unbearably hot.

When a resident reports a roach issue, we immediately schedule an exterminator appointment and have our maintenance team perform a seal-out to prevent further issues. While we can not control raccoons accessing dumpsters, when notified that they have entered an attic, we place traps and remove them promptly. We also ensure that the heating in the apartments meets state standards throughout the winter. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with through-the-wall air conditioning units that allow residents to control the temperature during the summer. Great customer service. The move in process was very easy. Didn't have any issues. Staff reached out to me multiple times to finalize the move in. Had a welcome home package in my kitchen on move in day. Overall Ariana was wonderful. Thanks so much

The heat is not consistent. The renovations are shoddy. However, the maintenance staff is very nice and will come promptly to fix any problems. The management staff is also very nice and professional.

My experience has generally been good at this rental property. All the amenities work just as promised, and the apartment is really nice. They've responded to an emergency maintenance request quickly and very satisfactorily, but they still have yet to respond to a non-emergency maintenance request I made months ago.

This management company purchased the community a couple of years ago and what a difference they have made. They keep the grounds clean and give monthly outings for the residents to enjoy such as ice cream days, cookout days, Santa Claus arrival, etc. The people who work in the office are always pleasant and professional.

Apartments are spacious and community is good but maintenance is really worst! If we call for maintenance it is taking nearly more than 3 days to come. Maintenance person are well trained to manage things than rectifying the problem. Otherwise there is no issues.

Safety around community, maintenance, response to faulty appliances has been exceptional. However, considering I opted for Classic apartment, the Air conditioning unit in my bedroom and the living room seems very very old and the air vents are very dirty. As I have dust allergy, expecting a replacement. Also when I moved in, the apartment wasn't cleaned. I had complained about this and it's been 2 days since I moved in and still it's cleaned yet. There was leaking problem near the bathroom sink and handyman resolved it by replacing correct equipment within an hour. He was also very patient and helped me figure out operating washer/dryer unit & windows... just having some issues with cleaning.

The previous management company was OK. This new owner is only interested in tenants leaving so they can remodel the apartment and charge more. Accounting dept is non-existent and do not have the basic accounting skills such as posting rent was paid then send threatening emails to evict even though the rent was received and check cashed on time.

Society is excellent. we are enjoying here especially our children. Few things that we observed might need attention - building premises should be smoke free (could have dedicated smoke zone), as it may affect the health & cause discomfort. Also observed that pet droppings in lawn.
