I have lived here for 6 years. Although, I love the layout of the complex, with the single story units, I have issues with the lack of landscaping maintenance over the past year or so. There has been a change of ownership or management, or both, over these last 6 years. Lately, with the last change, I have noticed an extreme reduction in landscaping personnel and landscaping maintenance. I cannot fault the couple of people that provide this service, as it is not their fault. The burden lies with upper management or ownership of the property. I have seen how hard the staff has worked over the years, from office personnel,to maintenance, to landscapers. I think that more consideration to these people is warranted, as you, as a company, would not be able to function without them. Thank you.

I am not to happy with the new lease. The amount went up $107.00 over the last year. Many people here are not to happy about this. Some have moved and some are planing to move. We are all on fixed income, that was the reason we moved here in the 55 and over. If the happens to increase each year like this there will be no one here.

The maintenance here is good. The office staff could be a bit more on task. They don't answer the phone and when i leave a message they do not call back. Whenever I've requested maintenance on line there is no response.

Wonderful from the day we came to see the apartment to present. The entire staff are great. This a a wonderful place to live. Great neighborhood. The only issue is the TV Because of not being allowed to have a satellite dish we can only use CoX and there prices are outrageous.

Love the complex,people are friendly. And all the activities that are planned is giving my husband his social life back. The staff is great especially Stephan he helped my move from out of the state go smoothly.

Very nice quite and friendly place to live. Althought I stayed 6 months I only moved because I was leaving the state. Hoping to find some similar at my final destination. They have a good thing out here. Any good investor should build more of the these 55 plus communities.

This place is a dump. Work orders don't get done. The grounds crew don't ever clean my area or weed between the gravel. The curb appeal is beautiful. The office staff is not competent. Behind the wall, in the rear, of the complex is dangerous. There are gun shots, frequently. .

No one EVER answers the phone. Leave a message and the call is never returned. This week I renewed my lease with $110 monthly increase. The new manager came out of her closed door office and handed something to the leasing person. She didn't look at me or speak to me. We have a beautiful pool and spa but can't use either because the heaters have been broken for months. Waiting for parts this long?

If I have to compare the Destinations Alexander apartments to the other apartments, I will honestly say that this is the best apartment that I have ever lived in. It is an understatement to call the Destinations Alexander as "apartments." Even though the units are attached to one another and they are all one-level, these apartments are what you can call your "HOME."

Moved here in June 2015. The residents are very friendly and kind. There is lots of activities to participate in up at the clubhouse. There is a bus that goes to neighborhood stores. Lots of activities outside the community to sign up for, but you have to sign up early as there is limited seating. Gated community except for the hours 7 am to 4 pm. Also, advertise available apartments for family when visiting, but snowbirds occupy the two units from October to the end of March. Have to send family to a casino.
