I enjoy living at Destinations, however I need more cabinets. The amenities are excellent, the bus service is excellent for tenants that no longer drive. Gym facilities are great, the exercise for the tenants is great too.

Good experience so far. Residents are friendly. I only hope you keep the rent affordable. I heard you have 47 vacancies in this property & hear that the annual increase is a challenge for most..including me as I downsized to a smaller unit myself.

Employee's have raised thier voices lied constant repairs while being told I'm disrespectful even PARAMEDICS said I should have called police on them interfering during a medical issue recorded on my own porch while live video shot 3 other ppl watched recorded office called proceeded employee 1 recorded made this uncomfortable & abusive privacy vocal.

This is a senior place , and it is really nice , and clean . Only thing thing is the price goes up every time you resign . We are on fixed income and some not as much as others . Wish something could be done about that .

Terrible parking arrangements, since there is a minimum of 201 characters which in itself is stupid. Getting to the point should be more important, so let me explain my the situation, The household should not be limited to one vehicle, if there are two drivers in the household with two vehicles, then there should be two parking permits plain an simple .

We want to take a moment to address some of your concerns and provide some clarity. The clubhouse was closed due to an unforeseen water pipe burst, which required immediate attention. Additionally, the pool was resurfaced earlier this year as part of our planned improvements to ensure it remains a safe and enjoyable amenity for all residents. We're excited to share that the clubhouse is scheduled to reopen on December 2nd, and we appreciate your patience during this time. Regarding the office, it was temporarily relocated for two days while we moved furniture out of the clubhouse and back in. Even during those days, we remained available at 1448 to assist residents as needed. The answering service has been a valuable tool for us, especially as we've handled an influx of calls and worked through the temporary relocation. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work to maintain and improve our community. I enjoyed living here the my first 2 yrs here! The activities such as exercise classes,heated pool yr round, clubhouse & gym, plus pool rm 24/7, dinner 1x a month, the shuttle bus, games such as cards,bingo, dominoes,bunco,etc. Residents have partied by the pool (Bar B Q’s or Fish Fry) 1x a month a Neighborhood watch meeting.

AOf all the trivial items THIS IS STILL MY HOME my true opinion is that management team should have a handle on any items or problem that happens on a daily basis , I feel like not answering my experience here ,there are issues, however managers, should have everything in tip top shape,, I also feel that they are pressured to not spend, top owners gas millions and millions of dollars I could spend more time with my options, but I'm not the one holding the check book

It has been great being here meeting new friends and going to the events at the clubhouse. But lately the clubhouse has been closed water issues and a much needed clubhouse floor. My issues it should not have taken the whole month of October and now it's November and we as a community have no where to go and communicate with others. We don't lost those friends but we miss out on meeting new people. and a place to just get out of your on apartment. Whatever the problem maybe by christmas we can see others.

Nothing at this time, all is good, as for me I have been battling some issues that have kept me at home most of the time! Most of my contact with people have been at the pool. And this only bothersome issue is that people love to gossip! I have better things to do! Thanks for giving us a better than average place to live!

Took 20 hours to come to change a battery in smoke detector after calling twice. There was no one on at night and they were understaffed the next day. The maintenance staff here is usually very very good.

Been living here going on 7 years. Great community and senior living. Gym and pool plus pool table. Lots of activities planned and bus park. Safe place to live. There is even apartment for family members when visiting

Single story is real plus. Community activities are designed for our age group. Activities coordinator is very personable. Easy to get in contact with maintenance. Could have more window cleaning. Water trees more often.

It’s a quiet, pleasant community, easily walkable and for the most part safe. My only concern is the lack of attention to community landscaping. It’s deteriorating rapidly and sprinkler systems need professional repair.

A very enjoyable and beautiful community. All the residents have been friendly and courteous. The grounds are always very neat and trimmed. That front office staff is courteous, professional and al days helpful. When I do call call the front office the call is answered quickly and, if necessary, returned within a few minutes.

I was so impressed by the accommodations & staff @ Destinations Alexander after my tour. I stayed to talk to various residents and all gave rave reviews of the community. The apartments are extremely weatherproof, quiet, clean; the only improvement I can think of could be more storage available; since the outside storage area in the patio holds a gas water heater, that can’t be used for storage. I love all the exercise classes available & festivities!

Well as of today August 10th. 2024 so in one month it will be one year here at destination Alexander the staff friendly, helpful and when I have questions or concerns they are addressed and they do listen to me , so the questions concerning I have are dealt with .

Found out about destinations in 2022. I liked the fact it was a single story complex. The grounds were very maintained. The complex is clean and spacious with many amenities. I pleased with the security of this complex. The staff is very friendly and professional. I like that it has three different sizes of one and two bedrooms units . Peaceful and quiet nights

Right now I’m enjoying my life the way I want. I love this community because it always have something going on. Everyone have been so nice to me and I haven’t had any problems. I’m in a manual wheelchair and they make it very accessible for me to get around the grounds.
