Beautiful place to live my only concern is because I swim nearly every night is the jacuzzi has been down a long time it’s so nice to go from pool to jacuzzi to warm up on these cooler nights but really I can survive a little longer because every thing else is great!!!

We love living here. We are very happy with the office staff, maintenance, activities, transportation to events, shopping, and more. We love our lifestyle coordinator. The variety and amount of community activities is excellent!

I went average on noise because I live on the Alexander side of the development and street noise is tough. The grounds used to be beautiful but in the last year they've dropped off a lot. There is a broken branch hanging from a tree, it's been like that for months I'm waiting for it to break off the tree and hurt someone.

On this my second year anniversary, living here has been like having my own slice of, quiet, peace and reflection. I'm a transplant from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Yes, I would take triple digit days over single digit nights, ANYTIME!

It has been a pleasure l iving at destination, however the last rent increase has almost made it impossible to continue to live here. I like this community. My unit just inside the alexander rd gate and it seem,s like thre is much more unknown traffic than usually. thank you.

The staff are always kind and courteous, maintenance problems are always taken care of in a timely manner. I like the peace and quiet of the community. I also like all the amenities and the way that the program director schedules all kinds of activities.

Since the Day I moved into Destinations Alexander, I have been living in Peace, because of several reasons. Initially, it was my first impression of the Community, it is so Lovely, such a 5 Star Picturesque postcard. Palm trees, plants everywhere, very refreshing. Then, I met the staff who welcomed me whole heartedly and eagerly showed me various models. Once I found the perfect match I was delighted to find out the unit was affordable and moved in within 2 weeks, because it was in perfect condition. Since I have lived here for going on 4 years, enjoying the myself. There are many amenities, more then I can remember. There is a Bulletin, circulated each month to each resident informing us of the many events and reminding us of the amenities. It is comforting to have I will never get bored. I always feel safe walking my dog anytime of the day or night, and when open going to the dog park. Going to the Club House just to have a café Mocha free also anytime of the day or night, where there is a gym, computer room, pool room, huge Television, Grand Piano, and so much more. What else can I say? Other than I Love saying there is no place like home at Destinations Alexander for me!

This community is a wonderful place to live. Management are wonderful. There are some good activities they provide and a shuttle that helps you get your errands and shopping done if you aren't able to drive!!

The neighborhood is quiet. The grounds are well maintained. The staff is professional and helpful. There is a full calendar of activities every month that can be accessed if desired. There is transportation to grocery, pharmacies, banks, retail stores and restaurants.

Everyone at Destinations Alexander are very nice and greet you with a smile all the time. I am sure everyone feels like I do because it makes me feel at home with all the staff and the upkeep of the grounds here.

This place has very honorable and well respected staff. They are extremely helpful in all ways to see and maintain your comfort level. They have a lovely grounds and it is maintained with great execution. The office staff is welcoming and happy to go out of their way to help with questions with immediate feedback.

All I can say is living at destinations Alexander is living in paradise !Everyone is very friendly the maintenance people are also friendly at the office they always greet you with a smile and he complains the office takes care of it instantly I guess Destination Alexander A+

Do not want to comment but am required to with a minimum of 240 characters. I feel this part should be optional or at least less of a minimum because it is hard to meet that. I have lived here four years, if I didn't like it here, I would have moved.

Good place to live. Mostly quiet. Good neighbors. Maintenance is excellent. Amenities are very good also. Community is good and us trips are also. Calendar of events is up to date and a lot of activities.

My experience with Greystar has been excellent since moving last year. The Management team and Maintenance staff are friendly with the residents at the Destination Alexander in North Las Vegas. I would recommend friends & peers to move into Destination Apartments within Southern Nevada.

Great neighbors. Maint staff fantastic, friendly, and kind. Only place to live if you're a senior. The only area of concern for me is those driving thru community. This is not a speedway! It's tuff to drive at 5 or 10 but at least people should TRY.

Destinations makes the senior living experience comfortable. The grounds are kept clean and neat. There are plenty of activities to take part in. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The gym and pool area are fully equipped.

Wonderful place to live. The grounds are well kept and the units are well maintained. Any concern is taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They are quick to respond to requests and are always pleasant and professional.

I enjoy mingling with the residents. Everyone is so nice and helpful. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have known about the event calander and shuttle bus trips. No one told me in the office when I signed the lease and I had to get them to even show me where everything is.

I have always enjoyed living at Destinations Alexander. It's a very quite community and I have excellent neighbors. They look out for my house when I go out of town. I can walk the grounds and feel safe no matter what time of day it is.

When Step and Fran first took over, the atmosphere and care was five stars. Since March 2020, there has been turn over in the office and quality and attitudes have slipped to the point many residents feel the office is doing just the minimum. Drug dealings brought to the attention of management for months and nothing has been done. Dealings are happening on the property. Parking violations are not being enforced. I am a current resident who has lived in my unit since 2018.

What an amazing community! More like a close neighborhood than an apartment! Never thought my move here would go so smoothly. I instantly had a close community and a close group of friends. Makes me wish I had made the move sooner!
