It has truly been amazing! I would truly recommend anyone 55 plus to this community. Very quiet and everyone is extremely nice. At first I was nervous about the move.But my husband and I find the staff very eager to assist in reassuring and addressing our concerns.

Destination Alexander is a wonderful place for older adults to enjoy life! I attend some exercise classes in the clubhouse and meet some nice neighbors. Also, there is a magazine every month that gives us a great schedule of what is planned to do! Right on the cover it says Meet the team! I like it/them!

There are inconsistencies and gross discrepancies in information and courtesy. When I questioned the information being given to me I was treated with disrespect and coldness and the other employees tag along not knowing the full story.

It's been almost 6 weeks since my maintenance request was submitted, and has not been fixed yet. The request was submitted, a technician came by and my washer needed a part. The part was not ordered, after I contacted the office, another technician was sent to find out what part was needed, and I was told it would be another couple of weeks before it would arrive. The part came in and I was called to see what was the best time for the technician to come by, and I said morning. No one had shown up by 11:30 am, so I called to reschedule. I am now scheduled for tomorrow, 4-29-24. Let's see how it goes.

I have really enjoyed living here in this community. The staff and residents are very friendly. I really love the single story community apartments as well. I would definitely recommend living here. Maintenance always does a great job and is very efficient and also keeps the grounds well kept.

Beautiful Apartments

This apartment is well lit at night. Community based. Nice walkways from parking to apartment. Fast maintenance service- but I only needed it to change smoke alarm battery. But they were quick to respond! The grounds are well kept. There is a lot to do if you wanted to. Shuttle service to various stores and fun places. Community free catered monthly dinner. Our apartment is very quiet. Only 20 minutes to Lloyd lamb park and Red Rock park. Calvary Chapel church very close or Sunday Service within clubhouse. Pool. Sauna. Big oven for me to bake cookies and leave at clubhouse! You can be involved as much as you want or just keep quiet - your choice.

Residency at Destinations is very PLEASANT. It is a quiet clean safe environment and excepts animals for a fee.Garages are available on a wait list but residencial parking for one car is available with reserved parking available for a fee. If the population 55+ residents can afford to call this home this would be a choice to consider.

If you don't care about cost nor quality this is the place for you. When I first moved here under different management this place was beautiful and reasonably priced. The maintenance staff was different as well. Everything has changed and it seems like the residence are getting the short end of everything..

Not good if you're on a fixed income.

Destinations is a wonderful community has plenty of amenities if you want to take advantage of them but it is not for someone who is on a budget my rent has been raised $100 each year and you pay an additional fee for sewer water and trash which fluctuates based on the community use not your individual apartment. The company that owns these apartment believes the word retired also means "Rich".

I don’t want to move but I do think you should improve the inside of thee apartment you painted I moved in the carpet and stove and refrigerator were old you changed the lighting fixtures in the kitchen but nothing else was changed.

Destinations Alexander is a great community. The staff is helpful, and there are many activities to do at the recreational center, including a pool and exercise room. There are also Sunday church services and they honor veterans like me. I would recommend living here for peace and quiet any day.

Overall I love living here and would and have recommended Destinations to friends and family. Maintenance is excellent and the crew is always professional and friendly. Although I am not able to avail myself of activities as I am working still, there are many great things to do here.

Destinations Alexander is a great place to live. Everything is well maintained in the apartments and landscaping is also maintained and the grounds are clean. The staff is courteous and pleasant. A visible security patrol would be beneficial.

This is the fourth time since 2012 that I have rented an apartment in the apartment complex; it is my place to come to where it is the easiest for me to live. It doesn’t fail me as others have. I feel safe coming home after dark, and later in the evening. It is well lit and parking is close to my apartment.
