We moved in July 5,2025. The staff are very pleasant and caring, yet very professional. Any repairs we have needed were done with in the time frame they required, except for the laundry equipment. Still waiting to here what is being decided on how to remedy the situation

Living experience in this community is excellent. Repairs are done immediately and maintenance staff are friendly and have enjoyed our trips with the bus and the knowledge of Bruce, our driver. Neighbors are friendly. Everybody greets you with respect and friendliness.

Since I moved to Vegas I have enjoyed living here at Destination Alexander. I enjoy all the activities that they offer and love swimming especially doing water arobics. I especially enjoyed the community dinners and the entertainment they always provide.

Don't rent here overpriced run down they replace wore out broken appliances with other wre out broken appliances from other units activities pretty much non-existent bus always broken down activities are very sparse here often don't happen and canceled you can go across the street to the Senior citizen center more fun

I work midnight shift doing healthcare, when I leave out my door I feel so secure because we have security guards driving through making sure everything is safe and peaceful. When I return home in the morning it's just like I left, peaceful and very quiet with my neighbors waving with a smile in the morning as they go off to work. I've been here over 3 years and my neighbors are like my family, we encourage one another and always let each other know that if ever in need of anything we are always available and that's pretty awesome because you won't find that in any other neighborhood ??

I just tell people about our community and how fun it is. Once again the only problem I have is that we don’t have our bus and personal we need a new chef because the food lately is not up to par especially for people like me who have sensitive stomach’s.

This place is beautiful and well maintained. I feel very safe here. And the club house has lots of activities to choose from, including trips to Casinos! The units have washer/dryer in them which is a great convenience.

Ok Our porch roof has nit been fixed it was told to us that it would be since May and no mention of our rug. People are friendly wish gardners came more frequently live the dog park also with the park residents growing more parking is a thought

It's truly unfortunate when issues arise, especially since the same part breaking down is often an unforeseen occurrence that we work diligently to address as quickly as possible. Regarding the pool being down frequently, we apologize for the disruption. This can sometimes be due to a variety of factors, including the extensive daily cleaning and maintenance required, especially after high-usage periods like the 4th of July, when many different lotions and sunscreens can affect the water chemistry and filtration. Our team works hard every morning to ensure it's clean, safe, and ready for everyone to enjoy. Finally, concerning security at night, we take your concern about responsiveness very seriously. The safety and peace of mind of our residents are top priorities. We want to remind you that we have a courtesy patrol available for any suspicious activity you observe. Overall not bad. Office staff doesn't seem to be able to communicate with older residents. They tend to talk in a very condescending tone. Not all seniors senile. The best thing about this complex is the maintenance staff.

So far we have liked the living facility and the other residents. It is a peaceful place to live and we enjoy the community room as well as all the other stuff they are very polite and understanding. The maintenance crew are on top of fixing work orders quickly too. Can't ask for a better place to live than Destination Alexander on Alexander & Allen North Las Vegas

Well, I think the place here speaks for itself. You can’t make everybody happy that’s just the way it is, but I feel that this place has a positive feeling to it not 100% positive from what what I have learned from others here but for the most part, a very good experience and glad I made the choice to come here

During our search for an apartment, we encountered a great deal of run down locations, not so friendly staff, and elements of deceit were very visible. It was a pure pleasure to talk to Makayla when we arrived at the office to inquire about an opening. I enjoy living at Destinations Alexander. It is a very clean and quiet community. My neighbors are very nice. The staff is friendly and responsive. The surrounding neighborhood is noisy at times. The traffic on Alexander can be downright treacherous. Lots of very loud cars and racing occurs..

If any of my friends are looking for a 55 and over community I would recommend Destinations Alexander because it is roomy and people who live here have all been nice to us. Also like I mentioned before the stores and places to eat around us are numerous.
