My experience has been good at Destinations. And the proof is I'm soon moving to a larger apartment at our other Destinations Pueblo in Summerlin. You can publish all I say with my name. This is my third time living here. Whenever I've relocated to N Las Vegas, I have returned to Destinations. My first stay in the complex was within 5 years of its being built and prior to retirement. I enjoy living here.

Shady outfit! Run! Was told by phone that a unit was available in our price range. Drove 20 miles and Gary tells us the rep was mistaken. No, it was a bait and switch! Always rent hikes, resident said.

I enjoy the quality of the living quarters, especially the cleanliness and lack of insects. The grounds are kept up to a pleasant standard. My neighbors are friendly and the office staff works with you to solve any concerns.

When I moved here 5 years ago, the office staff was terrific...each time it changes owners, it gets worse and you are the 3rd new owner...couln't understand painting eaves of bldgs, putting up screens to keep out 1/2 of lite or painting streets and cutting out yard and tree maintenance! Your maintenance personnel are worthless...try hiring some Americans...notice by your monthly bulletin all people in charge have Mexican last names...isn't that racist?

Very positive. I am very content here. 100% happy living at Destination Alexander. I hope to be more involved with the activities offered here!! I love that religious services are offered on site. Thank you you the entire staff from the office to maintenance to grounds keepers.

Don't do it! Don't be fooled, they pretend they are nice while taking your money, but they really could not care less about customer service. We chose not to sign the lease papers after driving in from California and waiting outside the office while being ignored. I finally had to call on my cell phone to get anyone to respond to us while standing outside the office. Then being told we had to have the management company on the renters insurance, which we were not advised of ahead of time. Totally unprofessional.

So far my experience here has been okay except for the recycling bin that's close to my unit I do not think it should be here it gets over full and they do not want to keep it empty, some people use it for trash and not recycling some people throw their dog poop in it and it draws flies. And how about the rent one day is the same the next day it's different.

Follow through could be improved as far as office staff is concerned. Only when you get the property manager involved does there seem to be a response. Other staff doesn’t call back or respond sometimes. The shrubs and trees are very overgrown in some sections and should be trimmed. General communication with the office staff (events) could use improvement.

It's ok, a few things changed since change of ownership. It's the adjustments. Some things could be improved. But it is what it is. I think management could interact a little bit more with tenants for a little bit more of warmness and approachable!

I have been a resident for about nine months and I have seen such improvement at the community. Office staff is always willing to help answer questions cause I was new to the area. The apartments look okay and the grounds are well kept. Move in went well, the garbage disposal didn't work but the maintenance guy was over to get it fixed within an hour. I haven't really participated in any of the events but have been to the grand opening of the clubhouse, which looks great.

The maint. crew is outstanding. very friendly and courteous. also prompt! I appreciate the work they do. Office also so welcoming when i put in a work order thank you too Candice and Steven. I would say that I couldn't ask more from my community. Love it here

We have seen bushes die and instead of replacing them they just cut off branches leaving stumps which are dangerous and unattractive. The main road is well landscaped but our side yard is plain and dull looking! Gravel needs to be filled in in front area as weeds are filling in bare spots! When I complained at lease signing was told new company wold be replacing and fixing landscaping starting in January. Not seeing any activity yet!

Love living here. Like not having someone living above me. Nice and quiet neighbors. It close to shopping and restaurants. Wish their was more uncovered parking places for non-residents/visitors, but for Residents, I always find a place to park, without paying the extra fee for a Reserve spot. Its has fun activites to do if you are wanting to participate. BINGO, BUNCO, board games, lunches, dinners, breakfasts. Nice maintenance and office staff.

We don't have a street view apartment so it seems we don't get yard care as often as we should (out of sight out of mind). We have dying bushes by the car parking, missing trees and bushes in front of apartments in our building that have died and been removed and never replaced. Our heater was repaired LAST NOVEMBER and they had to cut a piece of dry wall out it was reported twice for repair and has never been fixed.

I was very pleased with the repair work done by our maint. staff. They were courteous and showed respect at all times. I am happy to be living here. I came here in 2005 and have seen the biggest inprovment when the new compay, Graystar, took over, not only in the staff but what they are doing with the property.

Exceeds my expectations. Everything is as advertised, great neighbors, great staff. Super activities available on and off property. I have made golf friends and poker friends with the help of the staff. While I am an very active person I see others who are not as healthy able to participate and enjoy the events offered.

I love the community because the office staff is great, they helped me with my cox account when transferring to a new unit. They are so nice and I will never move due to the staff treating me like I am family. Hard to find in Las Vegas now. Steven And Cathy helped me and I am so greatful!

I've only lived here for 5 months,and the main bldg. has been under remodeling for most of that time. I do plan on using some of the planned activities, like the fitness center, and classes like TaiChi and maybe Yoga.
