One major complaint. Guest parking is unacceptable but unfortunately I dont know how you can solve the problem. And there is a resident car parked next to me whereby the car hardly ever moves and is always parked crooked. All the parking spaces by her apt are reserved and she can barely walk to her place using a walker. I feel sorry for her.

We LOVE living here. Our apartment is just right for us, & is beautifully maintained, as are all of the facilities and landscaping. Staff are professional, yet friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; they frequently seem to go "above & beyond" to get the job done, whatever it may be. We've made many friends and residents are invited to participate in a wide variety of activities. I've met long term (ie. 16 years) residents & many former residents that have returned, as the grass is truly greenest here.

Safe clean friendly like living here. If I would change anything that me more and better parking. Put more grass in and landscapers wouldnt cut back the plants so quickly. I like that it is close to stores, church, etc.

I am very happy living here. I have made lots of friends here and I enjoy the activities. The office staff is awesome, they are always pleasant and and considerate. My main request is we need access to the clubhouse after 5pm.

My experience is going very well and everyone is so friendly. I was very happy to hear that you had a apartment available for me. JJ the rental leasing agent was super nice, friendly and very very professional. She was amazing along with the entire staff. I would say it's the finest staff, I ever been around. Again I'm 85 yrs old in on my birthday is when, I first met everyone and the tenants I met that day were all so welcoming. They even said happy birthday to me. In we took pictures so that birthday, I will always cherish. Again the staff is awesome.

t is a wonderful place to call Home. The Horse pit park, mini-golf putting range, swimming pool, billiard room, computer access room, sewing room, library, community activities, tour / shuttle bus scheduling, billiard room and others make this the perfect place to reside and be an active senior.

Nice apartments good size. Enjoy the larger enclosed patio. Efficient polite office staff and maintenance personnel. .Office staff MUCH improved after last turn over. The grounds in front of the office and entrance really nice. I'm in the back and some of the bushes dead and dying could be improved as well as some new gravel. Over all very satisfied. Lovely place to live Very Safe.

Quiet,grounds maintained very well. Maintenance is keep up, and quickly and correctly taken care of with on site maintenance people, who know what they are doing, and come and do their jobs with quite, and quick response. I like all the Mainentence people, and Office Staff I have talked with.

The property is well kept. The staff seems to take care of your request and give you a sense of relief and satisfaction the problem is solved. The maintenance staff is polite and do good work. The property always looks very clean an is well maintained.

This community is a nice place to live aside from you the problems that you have with management staff either not being in the office or not answering your phone and letting it go to the emergency service for them to contact someone. But the fact that utilities trash, Water and Sewer were billed monthly mid cycle of a lease ... residents feel like they were caught off guard Finding Dory and when explained by the office they did a poor job of explaining why the bills were so high because babe basically told us that we were paying our portion of the entire communities water trash and sewer bill and that they didn't know how much it would ever cost it would be different every month. For retired people that are on a budget it's not something you want to hear and people felt like they were taken advantage of and that's probably why we've lost a lot of residents.

RE: Safety above. I didn't fill that in 'cause I'm not sure. We have some kind of security but I haven't knowingly seen them but it's relatively peaceful here. The monthly news letter keeps us informed with reminders of rules and anything new regarding the community.

I don't agree with the rent raise because of market value. It is not ethical. Especially with the Covid pandemic effecting everyone in the world. It seems to be exploitation by the real estate market. It's a shame greed rules the world.

When I have a problem, it is resolved as asked. I have lived here at Destinations Alexander since 2017. I moved once from my original apartment because I looked out at a wall. Now I live on a street and am able to see other people or cars. I am a much happier resident.

The staff is very friendly. Apartments or were very well-maintained. The grounds are clean and safe. If I come home late at night I feel safe getting out of the car and walking to my apartment. Anytime I call maintenance they come right away no matter how big or small the problem is.

Great place to live! Very quiet. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and helpful. I love the community apartments because they are one story and each one has its own porch. There's lots to do with amenities and shuttle bus service.

The apartments are lovely. The maintenance staff is wonderful. The grounds are kept clean. The development is close to shopping areas. The development offers transportation for the residents who do not have a car.

being here for a long period i think that everyone is trying to do there best and among us residents who do congregate we like it here and i think everyone is pretty satisfied exceptionally quiet the grounds are okay its hard to keep up the area of this size but this year has been the best. i feel safe here and the surrounding out side areas i walk in the park each morning and its nice to be part of the natural park setting often see the police in and out of our community. microwave stopped working one day next day i had a new microwave cant beat that havent had any other problems THE STAFF IS GRRRREAT LOVE THE OFFICE AND THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE THEY ARE FREINDLY AND COURTEOUS we have a park and community center acroos the street for our use i do go there to meet friends

During the corona virus i feel destinations went above and beyond, To keep residence safe and happy (with emails of things to do, dropping off crafts and goodie bags,etc) and the visa gift cards they dropped off to everyone.
