Maintenance is always prompt and efficient. Office staff needs trained to be respectful when confronted with an issue and give answers that make sense instead of replying, "we'll check" and then nothing happens or denying a solution! Community is lovely, but it's older and these rent increases of $200.00 + every lease renewal is greedy. Lot of turnover because of increases.

    Phone call to front office was horrible. Person talked to first wanted to tell me what was wrong and after 5 calls I think I knew. As she hung up on me I recalled and Maycsla answered and we completed the call to my satisfaction. Maintenance came out, listened to what I suggested, agreed and water heater problem was fixed. Manny and his crew are awesome

        I will be moving back to Tarzana CA. I have recommended Destination Alexander 3 or 4 times to my olderly family and friends in Tarzana CA. Thank you so much for everything it's a great place to live at are age lwell farewell to the staff and friends that I have made here I would come to live here AGAIN !!

          It has been pleasant. The parking situation needs improvement. New residents need to observe reserved parking spaces and let their guest know what reserved parking is. Residents need to know about bulk day pickups for trash removal. All pets need to be on a leash.

            This is a great place to live. I would highly recommend it to any family and friends. The only real thing I would like to see is waterfall fixed at the pool, such a waste of the ambiance that used to exist. Very sad. And much more shrubs and trees in our area of the park.

              Overall everything is good here - the staff is so friendly and the neighbors care about each other like a family. We came looking for convenience and affordability and at the time this was very affordable and the best feature was the fact that all homes are a single story.

                I’ve been fortunate enough to be near pleasant, caring friends and neighbors, and have never had a problem with staff. This is the third management team for me and they are the best. All suggestions are considered by our manager and we can take any problems to her personally. She’s working very hard to resolve current issues and bring about improvements as the needs arise.

                    Only problems goes back a few months, Accused of smoking on my porch when I wasn't!!! A woman stoll cigarette buts out of my ashtray on my porch!!!!!!! And you did NOT ask me about it you just wrote me up!!!!!!!! My ashtray was on my porch because I take it with me so I DON'T LITTER the areas!!!! Second problem was when there was a complaint about my cat which I resolved but you wrote me up!!!!! So my husband, a decorated Vet with Dementia and PTSD a titanium spine and myself taking care of him are always thinking what you would do to us

                        Destinations Alexander is a lovely community with lots of activities; there is even a non-denominational church here. The staff is efficient and courteous. The grounds are well-attended. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, it has been resolved immediately or within 24 hours.

                          The Maintenance here is one of the best I ever had. I have crippled hands with severe rheumatoid arthritis and they came after hours to help me hang up my curtains and some pictures. They told me to put in another work for the rest because they were able to do the rest during there work day. They came back the next morning to finish up everything for me. They did an awesome job. The office staff is exceptional and maintenance staff are exceptional here. Look no further and you found your forever home at Destinations Alexander in North Las Vegas, Nevada. You all are a Blessing to me and thank you so much for everything you do for me as well. I love you all so much. Stay Blessed and keep up the Great Work.

                              The property is beautiful, the staff is the best, and the living space ( floor plans ) is great. The rent is a little expensive, but it's worth every bit of unit. The amenities are the best, the residents are friendly, the parking is great. I love the fact that the community center does not close, it's 24 hours, the assess for the mail is also 25 hours. The staff will assist you at any time and is always professional and nice at all times, even if their busy. That trees and flowers are so beautiful at all Tim's. The handicap access is very nice to have, the office has thought about all the residents and also the further residents.

                                  My experience have been good. Only one thing that need to be replace, this heat and cooling system. It very loud so much so when watching TV you cannot hear the TV. I was told that there is nothing wrong with it.

                                    so far so good. So much to do. Love the activities available to all the residents. The shuttle is also an added benefit. I like that they bring in community resources for those who cannot easily get to them. Would be great to have someone from Legal Aid come to speak about power of attorneys and guardianship abilities for some of the residents and someone from public aid or even meals on wheels. many are much older than 55 years old and need more support.

                                      I observed two rats here. I don't know how the problem was resolved. I still have a rat trap on my patio. I haven't used or even been in the outside storage for fear of seeing a rat. These are the only negative experiences but the la (4)ck of being resolved make me rate you at a (4) instead of a five (5).

                                        My kitchen had 2 maintenance issues, first the ceiling lights were out, they replaced the ceiling light fixture, second the dish washer had standing water in it after the wash cycle, they fixed that problem.

                                          Destination Alexander is the perfect place for senior living. It has a schedule of monthly activities and a shuttle providing places you want or need to visit throughout the month. The landscaping is amazing and very well maintained.

                                              I came to live here. Not be a target of advertisers. From Maine. It would be good if all online advertising would be delayed until actual lease items are done. Step by step. The office could have a list of accepted Renters Insurance plans, a general list of banks, shopping, RTC related items, USPS change of address cards and so on. One-page handouts. Not everyone has a smartphone. I don't. Some things were simply unclear and caused a delay. It all worked out in the end. That matters.

                                                  The grounds need water to come on at the valve.My water bill has risen,therefore ill not be watering anymore.I can fix the problem with valve also repair the tubing W/ sprinklers.The cost im sure would be minimal. Contact me if you would like me to take care of this at know charge. Thank you.Also there were 3 people walking around the area checking vehicles most likely to steal.
