I have really enjoyed living here at Windrush. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. The grounds are always well kept and all our maintenance needs are taken care of quickly and to the highest standard. I would truly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice new place to live.

Very cute apartment complex with many very kind residents. Has a nice walking grounds that goes through the center, making the complex feel more secluded. The buildings are old and show signs of age, but they are not the worst. Staff is easy to work with, very friendly.

Like all apartment complexes, this one has had it's share of problems. Irresponsible residents, nature damages, pestilence, etc. However, every challenge is being addressed by the management as quickly as possible. And many updates are occurring to the property to make this a better place to live. We went from wanting to leave quickly 6 months ago to comfortably signing on for another lease.

I WISH I NEVER SIGNED THE LEASE. THR ONLY THING I'VE BEEN SATISFIED WITH IS THE MAINTENANCE TEAM'S PERFORMANCE. I HAVE MOLD IN THE APARTMENT, TOILETS ARE SO SMALL I CAN'T SIT ON, BASEBOARDS ARE ROTTING, APARTMENT MANAGER IS RUDE AND DOESN'T HAVE ANY BUSINESS BEING IN THE POSITION SHE'S IN. SHE LACKS GOOD, RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE AND I HOPE THIS PLACE IS TORN DOWN SOON.

My experience has been "OK". Staff have always been helpful. But the water shuts off weekly and so many bugs around the building. Usually when renting we get a 5 day grace period and here it is a 3 day.

It's a good community overall. There have been some questionable things happen but nothing crazy, keeps it interesting. I really only know one other neighbor because everyone keeps to themselves which honestly is nice.

We love it here. Have not lived in apartments in years. Was afraid but they have made the living experience easy. Everyone is very nice. They have amazing communication with residents. Just an awesome place

My experience unsatisfied with apartment because of the smoke coming in our apartment from other apartments my children suffer from asthma and really has breathing problems and is highly allergic to marijuana, smell or smoke in general. The marijuana smell is so strong and I apartment we're not able to stay there on day-to-day basis. My kids have been saying after dad's house to prevent them from taking all the smoke. The nighttime is the worst for my kids the marijuana smoke comes through our events at night and it is hard to sleep. I have tried every option there is putting Lysol in the spending numerous dollars on high quality candles. Our clothes are smelling like marijuana. My kids have experienced drug deals from little kids outside the apartment at the basketball court. He has saw them buy drugs off of one another. I don't think I am fit for this apartment because the health and safety of my children and I. My kids need a breathable place to live.

Not a good experience, water is shut off every other day most of the time with no warning. If you live on the first floor you will hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbor. My upstairs neighbor goes to work at 5 am everyday and I hear everything when he wakes up at 4 am. Most of the time the apartment smells like weed or smoke. Also if someone else is doing laundry then the laundry room is super humid and makes my clothes smell like smoke

Apartment was not cleaned before the 1st day. The apartments have roaches. Maintenance answers call quickly. They have no rid the apartments of roaches. And they are taking me to court for deducting $ from the $1250 a month they expect for roach filled apartments. I think me paying $1000 is too much for roaches.

Neighbors are great. For the actual apartments, they are not worth the price. Paying the amount I'm paying, I wish there was better upkeep for the whole apartment complex. Most of the community mailboxes are broken or able to be opened with any key. Apartment interior looks like they fixed it just enough for the next person to move in as a temp fix and not actually fixing the problems at hand.

Not good. Since I first moved in 2 years ago, I've been dealing with Roaches in my unit . I even transferred to another unit , and still the same problem , as we speak . They are a problem at Windrush Apts. Least in my unit before and after. I have it now , to where they are getting inside my refrigerator. I don't like bugs . And to pay over 1,000 a month this is unacceptable. Having to deal with this issue . Even they spray once a month , the problem is still ongoing . I've addressed this issue from the very beginning. Not much has changed . But Higher Rent

the experience with you has not been pleasant, they gave me an apartment without the optimal conditions, nothing works, the washer, dryer, air conditioning and dishwasher do not work, so much money that I invested to live in a good place and nothing turned out as they had told me They are liars I have children in my house and they are the ones who have paid the consequences of doing a bad job

The complex is very clean and quiet. I love the complex setup. Office is in the heart of the complex, dead center. The office is surrounded by the pool and playground on one side and the tennis court, basketball court, and sand volleyball courts on the other side. Then all of the residential buildings form a rectangle perimeter around the office and amenities - which keeps most of the kids just in the inner part of the complex and not out in the parking lot/street. This complex has little sidewalks / walking trail throughout the center of the property connecting all of the amenities and buildings together. I believe this is one of the best set ups I have ever seen in a complex. The only complaint I have is the bathtub and shower needed to be regrouted, caulked, and resurfaced. The team that came to preform this task came in, did their job and advised us to wait 24 hours before using them. We left for the weekend (48 hours + away from home), when we came home and took showers in the bathtub, we realized the maintanence team only sprayed white paint to cover up the tub. Needles to say, as soon as the water turned on after 48 + hours of drying, the paint came right off. It was not actually resurfaced, caulked like it should have been. The main office manager Brooke is cheerful and sweet and very helpful with residents needs and goes above and beyond customer service.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. This has been the only place that I have truly felt at home. The apartments are cozy, my neighbors are wonderful. They have good amenities. The office staff is welcoming and helpful. And maintenance gets to you in a timely manner. I've loved living here, plus it's literally right in the middle of everything in town.

i like the community. the only things that upset me are how the office never answers the phone and how people of the community do not pick up their dog waste. i am constantly watching my step so i don't step in any dog waste.

The absolute worst experience in leasing an apartment I've ever had. The apartment itself was infested with roaches, No knows on stove, dishwasher flooded the kitchen and the deck is rotting. Nails pushing up that I cut my foot open on.

We moved into the complex thinking the apartments had more space than we thought. The apartments are small but cozy. There are a lot of kids that run around unsupervised but that's a part of apartment living. Aside from our upstairs neighbors who are inconsiderate of the quiet hours, our other neighbors are kind and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. The maintenance is fast and courteous and does an amazing job responding to requests in a timely manner.

Hard to access portal have to catch someone in office to try and reset sometimes it works sometimes not hard to get contact with office to get repairs done need service on heating system needs to be looked at needs cleaning

Honestly, I think management is "falsely" making promises so we would re-sign the lease. Every apartment, has new appliances and hardwood floors. 20% of my appliances actually work and carpet is DISGUSTING
