    I've had nothing but bad experiences so far. My unit was so dirty when I moved in, 2 water instances, roach issue, dryer vent being clogged because its smash against the machine and wall, they came twice to fix that issue but still havnt re routed the vent. Had them come out to seal up large gaps between floor and baseboards and also under sinks, toilet,, and water heater pipes. That's quite a lot when I've only been here four months. The cost of electricity and gas are so high you can feel the cold coming in from windows that are very old, and even under sinks as they are not properly sealed.

      I have had a good relationship with management and maintenance. I have had to call maintenance at night and on the weekends and they responded quickly returning my call. Management is very considerate.

        It seems like there is water problems about once a week, it is very annoying to go and take a shower and yet again the water is off. I've never lived at a place that has this much problems with the pipes.

          Love the staff. Could use some updates to apartments as stove and inside are outdated and plumbing is not in best of shape etc. Staff is wonderful and love location and amenities but comparing to much newer apartments I would kind of expect to get comparable plumbing stove painting walls windows etc updated periodically.

            Management is very and satisfactory when it comes to maintenance and things needing to be fixed. It's not done with urgency and always takes a significant amount of time to get things taken care of no matter how big or small.

              The apartments are in serious need of renovations. I have had over twenty service issues. The leasing/sales staff is excellent. The maintenance staff is not. I can't wait until my lease is up and I get to move.

                I honestly havent had a great experience. My water frequently gets shut off and doesn't stay hot. My water heater exploded and ruined a lot of things in my closet and took 2 weeks to fix. I'm never notified when I get a package and have to search for it when I do. The dryer heats up without anything in it and makes the whole apartment smell. The front ladies are really nice but the conditions in the apartment aren't up to par for how much I'm paying.

                  Neighbors are respectful and take care of the community for the most part. Haven't had any issues other than a rare noise complaint. Complex is clean and well maintained. Only really complaint is semi - regular loss of water pressure, about a dozen times in 2020,although it returns within an hour most times.

                    Absolutely horrible. First, I have a crazy neighbor that likes to get drunk and walk in the wrong apartment. They won't fix the issue. Then my Hot water heater goes out and leaks and it takes a month to replace the most common hot water heater & a lot of expenses on my end. They tried to evict me although they were in violation as well when all they had to do was fix the issue. Maintenance is a joke. I will not only "not recommend", but I will continue to give my reviews as noted. They costed me a lot of money. I couldn't have my 5 year old daughter in that apartment with no how water and wet carpet that their joke of a maintenance staff didn't handle in time, creating mold. They should at least compensate for the hotel stay, and the stress on my daughter and I.

                      I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY!! I put in work orders the day I moved in and it took them a year and multiple trips from me to the office (and even more phone calls) to get the stuff done. If I didn't live so close to work I would not have renewed my lease

                        I can not wait to move out of these outdated over priced apartments. The walls are paper thin, the floors make an annoying noise every time my upstairs neighbors walk around, the kitchen appliances are older than me, and every time I remove my clothes from the dryer it's animal hair on my clothes, mind you I have no pets. Last but not least my son has removed several slugs from his room and bed. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

                        The absolute worst property I've ever rented at. Literally have told all of my former neighbors to move and my friends to not even remotely waste their time here. Brooke and Emily are a dynamic duo of awful.

                          Honestly this place ia great. The managers are willing to work with you with any problems that you may have and are very friendly. Not to mention the maintenance staff her are just awesome. Everyone keeps to themselves so the neighbors arent a problem

                                It's a nice place to live if you're in college or don't have a big family!! The pool is probably the nicest thing! The gym has some good equipment but some of it needs fixed!! The office staff is always super nice to me and welcoming!

                                  The train sound is really crazy ,as you can see, the So many neighbor has moved out of there ,your office could contact with government or social service ,to ban the time from 12pm -to 8am ,we need have a good rest ,I pay for rent not for the noisy traffic ,it's really sucks .

                                    Sucks, maintenance never does their job. Hot water heater does not fill up because of sentiment on the bottle from hard water. Because of this our showers are about 5 mins. I have asked about this for months now and have had no fixes. The pet deposit is 500 not 300. Had a leak in our roof for 2 months during bad storms and they didnt send anyone to fix it for to months. They then complained about the water damages to us. AC unit will freeze up and can not get a call back for them to fix it.

                                      My experience with this community has overall been nice. I love my neighbors and the people living here are very kind. I love the location and it's very accessible. The staff is very kind as well, but they are scattered and their unorganization results in problems, excessive charges, and inconvenience for me and other residence. The maintenance team, however, is incredibly kind and efficient. I always appreciate seeing them around the community and they are quick to solve problems when they arise.

                                        It was an "okay" place to live. When we moved in, all of the windows had been painted shut (fire hazard), the washer was broken, a bathroom was missing a mirror and once we got our washer fixed we found out the dryer was broken as well. The front office workers sometimes leave early and don't send out an email to the residents. It's also been hard to catch them in their office at times. Just don't wait till last minute to turn stuff in because of that^. Kids in the complex like to get into cars and steal things, also had this sketchy bag under our cars one day. It is pretty close to campus. My husband got locked in the bedroom because the function of the door knob stopped working so I called emergency maintenance ,because the window was painted shut, but no one responded. I'm glad he finally found something to pry the window open with or we would've been calling a cop to kick in the door. They are also trying to charge me extra for rent because my mom was on her death bed and I had to go see her. Anyways, if you want to live here....that's up to you.

                                            Everything have been fine since I moved in. I did receive a noise complaint when I had some buddies over for a poker night, but that was my neighbors mostly just complaining and windrush did their job. If I have a service request though it gets handled as quick as they can get to it.

                                              The electric is bad. The plumbing sucks. The building is really old. The dryer makes my clothes smell like dog piss. The apartment was still dirty when I moved in. The water gets turned off sporadically. They never tell you when they're going to turn it off for maintenance. I guess I should've done more research before moving in

                                                The one bedroom apartment was exactly what I needed while transitioning to a new city. Brook , the apartment manager, was the first friendly smiling staff to greet me. She walked me through the qualification process and had me approved and moved in quickly . The one bedroom apartment with the stand up washer and dryer has been the best apartment living experience I've ever had. I'm gonna to miss the staff when i leave. There always so friendly and prompt to take care of any issues that ever come up! Thanks Windrush
