It started out not so good but after they fixed the problem it was great. Management was awesome she was always helpful. Never had an issue I would still be there if were not for increase in the rent.

I have a couple kind & decent neighbors but honestly that's the only reason I'm not super disappointed to have ever chosen Windrush Apt.'s to reside. I DEFINITELY regret being so trusting not to check even the tiniest "details" such as, towel/hand towel racks were even screwed, while anything thats electric does not work properly if works at all. AC filter extremely needed replaced (I had to purchase myself) Also, I've been waiting for "maintenances" to return for TWO unfinished repairs, two different work orders, at two different times. Finally this complex is without doubt NOT worth what is chefs

Quiet area, except for the train but inside it's not noticeable. I like the location and there is a lot of grass. Has a lot of amenities if you like sports. Good place to have pets. Good place for kids to play outside. Maintenance is great!!! Office staff is friendly.

The apartment it self is fine!However getting any maintenance done is impossible.In fact the list of items on my move in walk has never been done except for the ones I did myself.Turning a maintenance issue with the office is useless they never even give it to the maintenance crew?Verylt disappointed in this ?As well people have dogs and they are allowed to poop everywhere and nobody cleans it up?

It is hard to live here. The office never answers the phone. They do not fix the issues in the apartment when the come up. They were supposed to give us new appliances 3 months ago and it never happened. My toilet is broken and they won't fix it. I pay WAY to much money to live here for the way I get treated.

Salesperson gave written quote lowest to highest being upgraded Apts. Couldn't see apt except for online video showing upgraded apt. Unlike mine. Apt was far from rent ready. Appliances all run down

Worst apartment ever. The management is so bad. Water gets cut off without any notice. All the other services are worst as well. 1 star is also a lot compared to the service provided by the apartment. Management doesn't even know how to do their job!

Maintenance is timely. Emily in the office is rude and unprofessional. She could at least wait until I leave her office to smirk and eye roll. I make it a point to not go in the office now. When rent is past due date I am sent emails, get phone calls and a note on the door. I am aware when rent is due. Doesnt make pay day come any sooner. Its overkill and harrassment.

Management is very nice an quick to any issues or concerns i may have. I'm glad i chose here to move to last year. Its really been a quiet peaceful place to stay. Only thing i would say is i wish our appliances were updated but i already talk to them about that an they agreed to work something out with that. So overall i love this place.

My experience with my home has been great. Things that break get fixed in a timely manner. I love being able to pay my rent online at anytime. I love being able to place a work order as well and see when it is completed

Very loud and inconsiderate neighbors. Woman screams at her kids constantly and other neighbors are always blasting their pop music. I've filed multiple complaints and even called the police once. Nothing has ever changed. Basketball goal in the indoor gym is broken and they won't fix it. Outdoor basketball goal has no net. Filing work orders never works. I've filed a few and sometimes they show up but sometimes they never do.

Apartment property is amazing, maintenance is topnotch all my issues are fixed normally within hours of me putting in an service request to be fixed. The office ladies are extremely nice. The main office lady is always willing to help me check for packages, always friendly and caring. She maybe nice but she doesn't put up with anyone's mess. I like the fact that things get done fast.

Management is awful! Office staff is unprofessional and bipolar. Don't rent from these current managers. They are rude and will boot you out first chance they get. Brook took off her mask so she could yell at my husband better. Everytime we went in she complained about her bosses. Very unprofessional person!

I like living in my apartment. However, the kitchen sink keeps dripping, the toilet keeps making noises (I think a part needs to be fixed), and when my neighbor smokes weed, my apartment entirely smells like weed. It's crazy.l! When I first moved in, I pointed a couple of issues and nothing has been fixed.

Excellent staff. Love the location and community. We are in our 60's and highly recommend these apartments. Grounds are kept clean and landscaped and neighbors are mostly respectful and quiet except on occasional weekends when it can get a little noisy. It is an apartment complex and that is to be expected. We give It a resounding 9 out of 10 stars.

Apartment community is great but the maintenance is terrible usually problem doesn't get fixed until about the third or fourth request idk it's just small issues I keep running into after another that makes me feel otherwise about maintenance and the apartment in general

great! maintenance is always there within the hour of calling them. Everyone around is very friendly, grounds are kept up with very nicely. the ladies in the offices are always nice and helping whenever.

Too early to post a comment only lived here a few months. Overall feel safe with plenty of police activity driving through often makes me feel safer than previous places I've lived in Edmond. We are the community let's make difference one person at a time starting with ourselves first.

In the beginning everything sucked. Maintenance was bad and the apartment was super dirty when I moved in. I think there might have been a change of management because things are a lot better now for the most part.

My best experience is the ladies in the office, they are the best thing about this place. The quality of the apartments is average for the price for Edmond. For the most part it's a kid friendly community. Downside, it's a high traffic area, the train is right by, and I'm pretty sure anything & everything that takes section 8 applicants is right by us.
