STAY AWAY!
Hopefully the "ALL CAPS" in the title emphasizes the point! When my family and I made the decision to move into Windrush back in August of 2008, we used apartmentratings.com as a guide to help with the choices to choose from in the Edmond area. No exaggeration, at the time, their reccomended rating on this site was in the high 70%. As you can see, something has went terribly wrong over the past three years. We lived in three different apartments while staying a Windrush, #135 a 3BR, #65 a 2 BR, and #86 a 3 BR. Unfortunately, all three apartments I had problems with. I will break down the issues with each apartment as well as issues with the staff. #135: When we first moved in, everything seemed great. However, within the first two months the spare bathroom ceiling started to leak. We alerted maintenance of the issue, and though I give them credibility for showing up everytime we called, the issue was ne'er resolved, and we stayed in the apartment for a full 12 months. Which basically means we had a leaking and molding bathroom for 10 months. One of my biggest issues with the situation was that I was told by maintenance that they would return within the next day to fix shatter had thought the problem was. He later returned and said he had to order a part and that he would return when te part came in. After two weeks passed without raring from anyone, I called the office to check up on everything only to learn that the part was never ordered and the maintenance worker ha completely forgotten about us. Again, as we moved out in August of 2009, the issue had never been resolved. For all I know, and I don't, they rented out the apartment to another tenant without fixing the issue. There were other issues that took place, but to save time and to keep from being petty, it would be easier to just pass them off as typical minor issues that you will face when living in an apartment complex. #65: The apartment was not all that clean when we moved in. At least compared to #135. There were missing light bulbs, the bathroom had a dirty sink, and the fridge was dirty as well. It was nothing that we couldn't handle ourselves, but given that you pay rent, and a higher than usual rate, it should at least be the status quo that you walk into a new apartment that is properly cleaned. Now again, issues were experienced at this apartment as well, including another leak within the bathroom ceiling, but to prevent from being petty I want to only point out the major flaws. By far the worse, and scariest experience occured at this apartment. While we were away, our apartment was broken into and several of our possessions were stolen. Now, I can not hold the apartments accountable for that, and I will be the first to say that it is my belief that it was done by someone I know, however I lack the evidence to prove it. But with that said, if it were by chance a random act, then at least you were warned. #86: This is the apartment that I have had the most issues with. The apartment was definitely not move-in ready. This was an up stairs apartment. When being shown the apartment prior to signing any lease, we expressed some concerns with certain things we had observed such as the stairs leading up to the apartment being loose. The leasing manager, as well a maintenance worker had both informed us that the apartment was not quite yet ready, that there was still work to be done, but if we chose it, eerything would be completed prior to moving. The day we moved, one of the most obvious observations I had made was the stairs had not been fixed. My main concern for that was because I have two kids, who are 4 and 2 years old. As we were moving things in we started to notice other flaws such as torn blinds, stained carpet, missing light bulbs, a knob missing off of the washer, no air filter for the A/C, and the stove was horrible. I have no clue was left in it, but it was insanely disgusting. And they obviously agreed, because when they were made aware of the situation, they too had disgusted looks and brought a new stove over to replace it with. The situation that led to us leaving Windrush had to do with the A/C. The first time they were made aware that something was not right with the unit was March of this year. Air was blowing out of the vents, yet the internal temperature wad only 1 degree cooler than the external temperature. The maintenance men had thought they had fixed it, but by mid-May we were calling them out again because of similar issues. This led to a back and forth problem for months. Several times our work orders were straight up neglected because the maintenance men just assumed that they were being given a previous work order for the same issue. And that's not an assumption, that's what I was told. Turloughout the summer, the norm for our household was to have an internal temperature of 86-87 degrees. And it's documented with photographic proof with a time stamp, as well as a snap shot of the external temperature at the same time (which was usually 20 degrees higher). The day we determined we were through with the place is when we woke up at 5 am at it was 83 degrees inside, and 89 degrees outside. Our daughter, the two year old, had taken off her clothes and diaper and went and laid on the tile in the kitchen. With that said, we notified the office manager that this was an ongoing maintenance issue that had not been resolved over the course of months. We put it one last work order, which was for a non-working A/C and an order for the spare bathroom sink to be looked at because it was clogged up (which had put on two previous work orders for). After 14 days of the issues going unresolved, we handed an office manager our 30 written notice that we would be vacating the premises. When I called the week rent was due at the beginning of August, I informed the office manager that I needed a prorated amount for the remaining time we would be spending in the apartment, and also that the amount would be paid until the maintenance issues had been resolved. She refused to give me a prorated amount and replied "we will have to bill you." As far as I was concerned, I was through with it. Leading up to week were leaving, new management had taken over, and they had left a notice at my door for delinquent rent. I tried calling a couple of days to get a hold of someone to explain the notice to me, because the amount was for our regular rate. Days before we leave, and I literally mean days, the maintenance men replaced the A/C unit with a new one, and fixed the bathroom sink (which they had to be reminded about). Two days after we have moved, I return to the office to drop off both the apartment keys, and the mailbox keys. The first guy, who when figuring who I was got an immediate attitude, informed me that they had a printed bill for me, and that I was going to have to pay them $3000. He went over it with me, but was quick to direct me to the new main office manager, David. The bill basically broke down for August rent late fee, damages (damages that I was being billed for that I had previously written down on our move-in sheet to get the mail keys), insufficient notice fee (because despite that a 30 day written notice was hand delivered to an office manager, they require 60 days), and an early termination fee. When I explained to David that the damages were previous damages that had been already filed, he blew it off. When I explained that we were legally able to exercise our right to vacate the premises by giving a 30 day written notice, instead of a 60 day notice due to maintenance orders which were on file that went unattended to 14 days or longer. His response was that we were wrong, in order to exercise that right, we have to hand write the notice and maintenance claim and then send it to them in a certified letter. When I responded with "why would an office manager accept or hand written 30 day notice?" he replied with "well, I don't know who accepted it, but it shouldn't of happened, and I was informed by the previous office manager that you were told it had to be 60 days." Which was a straight up lie. I realized real quick that I was going to get anywhere with him trying to debate the charges, as he was very quick to keep saying "we can work on you paying this monthly." So, my resolve has come to that they are going to send it to collections, if they havn't already. And then my lawyer is going to take them to court over the charges. Luckily, on several of the charges, I have legal proof to back up our case. Even in theory that we had to legally pay every penny, it would almost be worth knocking out the $3000, compared to remaining there for another year and giving those crooks $12-$15000. Definitely stay away, and look around. There are far more appealing and likely all around better apartments you could stay at then Windrush. Check out Legacy Woods.

NEVER RENT FROM THESE CROOKS!
Review: Windrush I was told was a nice enviorment to be in for my roommate and I, but we sure found out quick it wasn't! We were told we were getting a "discount" when we signed up for a 9 month lease, which is the smallest lease they have. Come to find out there are people paying less than we are! Really? When we first walked into our apartment, I thought it was really nice, but the closer I looked, there were stains everywhere on the carpet, there were holes in the carpet, they clearly just patched holes in the wall and looked horrible, the bathroom ceiling looks like it's gonna cave in, and just so on and so forth. And that was just the start... Parking: Parking is horrible, even though I'm located in the one bedroom area, there are 3 or 4 people who have parties EVERY night, so parking is always a hassle to find! Noise: Our neighbor sucks! She always has guys over, and they are loud!!! They are up til 3 or 4 in the morning, and I'm having a baby and need all the rest I can possibly get before going to work in the morning! And they like to fight...a lot! She was a royal b*tch and she would start something every time we retaliated! Safety: The windows do not have screens on them...really? The locks hardly work, and the keys we were given were bent, so it takes about a minute to actually unlock your door. Maintenance: They were nice but creepy, and they will come into your apartment with out your permission. I even had one just walk right into the apartment, and all he could say was "oops" I know they have the keys, to the complex, I just finally caught one trying to walk in! Staff: Horrible horrible horrible!!!! They have new management that sucks! They tried to up our rent for the last 2 months of our lease??? They also said they could work with us when I was in the process of 2 jobs, and ended up charging me for it! They said if we wanted to stay our rent was going to be 717.50...for a one bedroom??? These people are power/money hungry and WILL take all your money like they've been doing me for the last few months! Thanks to them I am now out of a home, and soon to be job. Finally, just a reminder, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS! And I just want to formally thank Windrush for putting me in debt and not able to afford another place to live, and also making my roommate have to go back to his parents when he was trying to save money to go work for his dream job which he has now lost! Thanks!!!

HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY
The management at Windrush is so clueless and unprofessional. The maintenance is unreliable and rude when there is a problem. They find the cheapest way to 'fix' a problem, but obviously it doenst fix it and then they get more rude when you call to tell them about it again. They reel college students in with a 'student' discount, because they know college students want cheap and they know they wont complain that much. When you decide to move out they try to scam you by either saying something was wrong that they didnt notice when they did the walkthrough (very shady). Obviously the only 'YES recommendations' are from the staff that work there. So all in all, I would DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!!! The ONLY good thing about this apartment is the parking thats available, because NO ONE wants to live there.

WORTHLESS!
The apartments were nice, and that was about it. We had to use the 24-hour emergency line once.....lets just say that is worthless. Parking was not to bad. There is the train tracks right next store which is loud but you get use to it. The worse part of Windrush is the management, they have a 60-day notice and if you come in 59-days it is unacceptable to them and they will charge you another full month, or until they can move someone else in...yea right I am sure they tried to do that really hard. They do not give out notices when they are doing maintenance, for example we had our apartment power washed because our windows were open. They would have been closed if we would have at least got a note. It is now about 7 months later and I received a call from Windrush telling me that I still owe them money and they will send me to collections if it is not paid by next week. We had 3 people on the lease, my roommate and I plus my mother as the co-signer. This is the first notice we have had of this extra bill. We were told when we moved out that we had a 0 balance. Word of advice do NOT live here. It will be a hassle to you for months even after your lease is up.

Love it here
I have live here for a few years right under this white peace of trash that just put up the review from #86 and he always parked in my paid parking and I called the office and Steve came down and told me he would have it towed for me because this guy had been doing this to everyone even had the balls to park in the Edmond cops parking where he parked his cop car every night the guys kids are the ones who missed up the steps i seen them myself and how can you have your windows open when its a 100 out side and say the a/c dont work oh i know cause this white peace of trash smoked pot with his kids in the house. I called the cops on him many times and DHS but anyway if you want a nice friendly place to live this is the place. They always help me when I call and fix my stuff the same day you cant ask for more then that I have lived in places that they took weeks to fix something. On another note who comes on here to say nice things very few people this is the place most come to b-itch maybe they should make a site where people can go and say nice things about windrush but who would take the time unless they are mad because something didnt go the way they think it should and as for cry baby #86 legacy woods will towe your car to. I would like to say to all of you that look on here this place has great staff and is the best Apartment complex I have ever lived in and you should take the time to put good stuff on here to cause this is your home and when people like him say thing that are not true others see the ratings and thing we live somewhere trashy PS.I hope legacy woods likes white trash cause we dont !

STAY AWAY!! Horrible management!
We have lived here for 9 months now. It has been a nightmare! The property manager is clueless. The property is horribly managed and definitely NOT family friendly. We were not looking for perfection, but the apathy that the manager had toward residents is insane! The pool was closed half the summer, there is constantly trash around the property. Drunken pool parties are a norm, and they have to turn the water off for the property when anyone has water problems on the property. There is only 1 shut off valve for the whole property. Our water has been shut off @ 50 times in 9 months. It is overpriced & there have been some major safety issues throughout the property! Stay away!

THIS PLACE SUCKS-DONT LIVE HERE
Dont move here, I wish someone would have warned us. We have had problem after problem and it takes maintenance forever to come fix it, if they come at all. The staff is very rude and dumb and cant help fix any of our problems. They tried to charge us to much for rent. We found out we are the only apartment complex in edmond that charges for trash pickup. Our neighbors apartment got broken into and our other neighbors got their car broken into, I do not feel safe. The complex is old along with old appliances and squeaky floors. Save yourself the trouble and dont live here. We cant wait to move out.

STAY AWAY!
Do not live here! The staff is rude and they are never in the office. Every time I try to go in there and speak to someone they are either on their 3 hour lunch or walking around the apartments telling me to wait outside until they are done doing whatever they are doing. Their only interest here is making money. Not to mention the apartments are way overpriced and very cheaply made.

Do not they are evil
The apartments at Windrush aren't bad, we didn't see many bugs, but the apartment underneath us was broken into and they did not patrol more. Also the office people are very bad at their job. Laci is an evil lady. I had a pet and had to pay 500 dollars for a pet deposit, cleaned the carpet with a carpet cleaner i rented with my own money, and still did not get back any. I also had to pay 50 dollars to hold the apartment, and never got that back either. The management is very bad at their jobs. The pool is gross, the apartment is very sketchy, I did not go out after dark. And smells carry very well in these apartments, our neighbors did illegal activities that would stink up our apartment. We also had washer dryer problems, and disposal problems, and the showers or sinks never drained properly.

LIARS
Sooo the Windrush staff are a bunch of liars. I thank GOD that I didn't have to stay there. I applied to stay in windrush apartments online and they pulled their money like they were suspose to, but not only did they pull once they pulled twice taking $200 out of my bank account. I called to strighten everything out and talked to the property manager where she confirmed that they had pulled twice and that they would fix it by sending me a check. To make a long story short the check never came nor did I ever get a credit on my account. Yesterday I drove from Tulsa to Edmond to try and strighten everything out and hopefully get my money back and also cancel my apartment since I found a better apartment for a better price. But when I talked to the same manager she claimed that she never talked to me about the situation and that they never pulled twice and just continued to go around in circles. I didn't think to bring my bank statements, since I thought everything was going to be okay from talking with the so called manager. So basically they stole $150 from me, that I really can't afford to loose especially since I'm a college student trying to get my first apartment. So I say all of that to say this, don't use their online system to hold apartments, don't trust anything the staff says especially the property manager, and have proof of everything because they will LIE and cheat you out of your money.

Very nice apt but you must live upstairs
Lovely apt with really friendly staff and were also quick to respond with maintenance issues. Only problem was you could hear every single movement the upstairs neighbour made including what was happening in the bedroom. So if you choose to live here make sure you are upstairs.

Great place to call home
My husband and I have lived at Windrush for over two years. We have never had a single problem with our apartment. The staff is always very helpful and maintanence repairs are completed very quickly. I would reccommend living here to anybody.

5 Yrs and Counting....
I have lived at Windrush Apartments for just over 5 yrs, and enjoy calling it home. I have recent gotten a roommate and upgraded from a 2 bedroom unit to a 3 bedroom unit. While there have been the occasional maintenance problems, everything has been fixed in a timely manner. The leasing staff are very competent, knowledgeable, and able to answer questions accurately. If you experience the normal hiccups in life (death in the family, medical emergency,etc...) and are going to be late or miss a payment on rent- and you do the right thing ---> Keep the staff informed, let them know what is going on, make alternate arrangements, and honor them; you will have no problems here. I know most of the staff by name, or by face. They have always been courteous and helpful to me. The grounds are well kept, and very thankfully the complex doesn't participate in Section 8.

When I first moved in back in 2009 the place was pretty good despite my place being broken into just a month after moving in. The old staff used to be really cool but they are all gone now and the new staff just sucks. This is sad because I really liked that place. But now I see what I've been missing. I love my new apartment much better AND it costs me about $200 a month less per month for an even bigger place (They were charging me $930 a month at the time I moved out). I'm also closer to the mall and where I work. But getting back to Windrush and to sum it up: The apartments are too small, overpriced, and the staff sucks. And the whole time I was living there they had to replace the carpet in the master bedroom multiple times due to some leakage from leakage from the chimney when it rains. It's still not fixed even until this day. I'm glad to finally be free of that place and would never refer another human being there. Only move in if you are desperate and have money to burn. Be sure not to be on the bottom floor unless you enjoy the sound of people stomping around above you at all times of the day and night.

Try it....you'll like it!
I really enjoyed the short time I lived at Windrush. I love how well-maintained the grounds were, never had a problem parking either. Naturally, it's going to be a bit noisy whenever you have college students nearby but it was never enough to keep me awake at night. I had a 2bd/2ba and full-size w/d. Yes, my floors creaked a bit. But not from poor maintenance....it IS an older complex but has aged very well. Every single time I called maintenance the issue was resolved the same day. The office staff (Jolene and Summer at the time) were always welcoming and courteous when I paid my rent or visited the office. It should be mentioned that there are indoors AND ourdoor basketball courts, raquetball court and a fitness center. As well as an outdoor pool and hot tub. I only moved to be closer to my job and would move back in a HEARTBEAT!!! nb

Not All That Great, and Cost Way Too Much!!!
When I first moved into Wind Rush, I was pretty happy with the place. It was nice, the staff seemed friendly. But it did take long for things to change. To start with, finding a parking spot was hard at night. Not a problem during the day, but at night it is a freaking nightmare! There is a lot of noise. Not just the trains that go by, you can hear neighbors and people out in the night. Now, I have felt safe here up until recently! One of my friends got their car stereo stolen. A few days later, there was a gun shot, yes a GUN SHOT, next to my apartment window! I tried to dismiss it as a firecracker, but it was pouring rain outside! The construction sucks! My ceiling is falling in, and I am not exaggerating. There was a leak, and now it is caving in. Maintenance use to be awesome, but unfortunately it sucks as well now too! I remember that they had a maintenance man named Richard who was amazing, but now I have had problems with the remaining maintenance crew. The staff is not that great. You have to be able to put up with a lot to deal with them. ------- is the worst! Horrible! ----- is not too bad. Overall, I would say look else where. I know that once my lease is up I am going to. The price for what you pay versus the crap you put up with is so not worth the stay. If money is not an issue, and you're looking for a nice location in Edmond check out Legacy Woods. I would have moved in there, but at the time when I needed a place to move in for school they did not have any apartments big enough open. Hopefully this will help! P.S. If you find any over joyful reviews about this place, it most likely is a staff member. There is not much positive you can say about this place!

would not recommend
I am totally going to revise the post I originally made when we first moved in.... We had many problems in our 7 months at the Windrush.. first of all, we paid our rent on time every single month we lived there. On the sixth month, we got a late notice on our door on the tenth, which was weird because we KNEW we paid. The paper however was dated and signed by the apt manager on the 7th. It threatened eviction and legal action if we didn't pay within 3 days which they gave to us the day it would have been due! Let me make this clear, the notice was a paper left outside our door. No one called us or came to speak to us personally. When my husband called the office, they said they had not received the online payments yet from the service they used and that was it. No apology! HOW RUDE! What if we had really gotten evicted?? That is not something you play around with! Secondly, my husband's car was vandalized 3 times. He had a light busted on his car, the side was keyed, and his tire slashed, all three different occasions. Also, one night a drunk man was screaming outside our apt and started pounding on our door. I did not feel safe at this apartment complex. Windrush is a completely different complex than what it was 6 months ago. Across the street is a section 8 complex that uses Windrush's basketball courts and other facilities all the time. We heard everything that our neighbors did and we heard that blaring train about 3 times an hours, 24 hours a day... Any service request in was fixed quickly, but then usually ended up falling apart again pretty quickly. We kept sending in this request to cut back this tree that was all over our walkway and parking spots and it NEVER got fixed. We had to walk through spider webs all the time to get in our front door and it was difficult to get in our cars. Washer did not hold much, we ran the dryer about 4 times to get things dry, always up ended up smelling like smoke...the place reeked. The place is outdated, old, stinky, and OVERPRICED. The staff is mainly very nice, with some exceptions...just expect different treatment when you become a resident... The worst thing that happened was that we were forced to break our lease because of a job change. We knew from signing the contract that we would have to pay two months of rent for notice, plus a lease breaking charge that equaled to another month and a half of rent. After expecting to spend that fortune on breaking it, we were informed that we would have to pay another $200 that was our first month move in special! I was so offended! How could they offer that as a special if they expect you to pay it back?? I would NOT recommend Windrush.

Dear Enemy, DO NOT live here!!
I have lived in different apartments for over 5 years now during my college experience. I had better apartments in the hood!! The train less than 40 yards away is the least of your worries. 2nd story floor is made of wood and nails so you can tell exactly where on the floor your upstairs neighbors are!! While trying to take a nice Sunday afternoon nap you will hear the people up and over one playing music loud enough to wake you (and mind you they don't even share a wall with you!). If you want anyone to do anything about rowdy neighbors you'll have to call the cops, the management is --------. There is NO security company, don't let the management tell you there is one! You call and the mgmt gets a fax from them saying you called to complain, no one does anything. Our neighbors car was broken into. There is not a cable hookup in any room except the living room. If you have ANY kind of decorations for holidays don't move here, there is ZERO storage. Your heating/cooling expenses will be ridiculous!! The spiders and bugs are ridiculous, I'd recommend a pet to chase them and eat them before they have a chance to bite you! They will turn the water off every other week for repairs, you will come home from working out and have to go back to the gym to shower. They will make you pay a pet deposit and fee if they catch you, even though EVERY apartment around you that has a pet will tell you that they did not pay one. The management is incompetent and are rude, pretentious hags. They are wishy-washy and only call people on their crap when it makes them look good and benefits them monetarily. I've heard people cursing them out on more than one occasion for their stupdity. The only person that has any kind of manners is the maintenance guy, Richard. He is amazing and probably the nicest person I've ever met. He knows his stuff and is on call 24/7. He came in a snow storm to help repair our heater 15 minutes after I called the hotline. Needless to say, I will NOT renew my lease here, I'm upset we even got a year long lease!!

Pathetic Construction, No Security and Incompetent Management
Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Besides the constant train noise mentioned by others, the construction of these apartments is almost criminal. If you live on the ground floor, you will hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes ... the floors squeak like crazy. And no matter which level you live on, the walls are paper thin and you will feel like you're part of every conversation that your nieghbors have. Maintenance responses are slow ... took over a week to repair my A/C in the middle of summer. Prior office staff was decent but the current office staff is either lazy or incompetent ... probably both. The water for the entire complex is shut off almost weekly for repairs ... sometimes without notice. You can't walk the grounds without stepping in dog crap. It's common for cars to be broken into. One poor resident had his vehicle put up on blocks and all 4 wheels were stolen. I never saw a security patrol in the entire time I lived there. I wouldn't suggest that my worst enemy live here.

So-So Experience
I moved to Windrush last year and when I moved in, I was disappointed to see the apartment had not been cleaned like I was promised. The sinks were dirty, my bathroom was grimy, and although they did repaint the walls and cabinets, they shut the doors after painting so they stuck and the paint would chip when I opened them. The management is friendly and approachable, if you are picking up a package, but if you need them to actually DO something they get defensive and suddenly have to wait for the manager's permission to do anything. (The manager is never there, by the way.) My neighbors are nice and the pool is nice if you can go when only a few people are there. If you plan on moving in, make sure you check the dryer hookup, ours was done incorrectly and the insulation caused my clothes to take forever to dry. (80 minutes should be long enough for 3 shirts and a pair of pants.) However, if maintenance is called, they'll be over quickly. Another plus is the ability to paint the walls so long as they are painted back to the original color, which the apartment supplies. I've noticed while living here (a) no one cleans up after their dog(s), (b) nothing is done about keeping noise levels down at night, (c) there are no precautions taken to help residents when there is icy weather. At my last apartment, the maintenance people would sand and salt the stairwells. Also, don't expect to get cable in your bedroom unless you want to run a 20 foot long cord to your bedroom, the lack of a cable hookup was disappointing especially after being told they knew a man who would do it, yet when I called him he told me he hadn't been to Windrush in years. If you wake easily in the night, Windrush is definitely not for you because there is a train literally less than 30 yards away. Overall, no I wouldn't recommend Windrush. There are MUCH nicer houses/duplexes and other apartments available for rent in the Edmond area.

You get what you pay for
The apartments are nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. The rent is very reasonable for the area and the staff is great. They are very helpful and have been really great about my maintenance requests since I moved in a couple of weeks ago. The trains are loud but you get used to that. If I had a choice I would pick a unit in the SW corner of the complex to avoid the traffic and train noise. Overall, the apartment is pretty normal but the staff makes it well worth it!

DO NOT LIVE HERE
This is honestly one of my worst apartment experiances ever. It looks really great at first, then you realize how horrible it really is. In my experiance living there you have constant maintnance problems including, air conditioning breaking down(in august), toilet constantly leaking, VERY POOR PLUMBING(they turn off water for the whole complex, many times with no warning due to broken or burst pipes), and walls are very thin. This is not even mentioning the noise from 15th street, the constant sirens and emergency vehicles you will hear at all times of the night and if that doesn't wake you, the trains surley will, they come usually at least once every hour, sometimes more still sounding their horn for five minutes at 3 AM!The vibrating the trains cause throughout the apartment is also great. The apartments themselves are disgusting, very dusty and have major spider problems which they have to spray for every 3 months (sounds healthy). Overall Windrush is an apartment I would never reccomend to anyone. DO NOT MOVE HERE! you will reget it.

Look around
Walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors talking like they are in the room with you! People are up all hours of the night and day and have loud public fights at all hours. Cops were called and had mistaken the apartment that called as mine instead of the one below me! Someone even wrote swear words on my car when snow/ice had formed on it. They have pest control come out every 3 months it seems and you have to put your pets in a bedroom all day. There is absolutly NO storage in the apartment, you really have to be creative to find room for any extra boxes such as x-mas decorations.
