Living at Indigo is wonderful. My apartment is so bright and sunny. The community is great. I can’t wait to get home at the end of the day. It’s been 2 years and Indigo has not disappointed! This is definitely my happy place. I’d recommend it to anyone!

I’m very content living at Indigo 301. My concerns are always dealt with quickly and effectively. Snow removal is done quickly and they make sure are areas are safe for walking. The staff are friendly and helpful

Staff available to assist with any issues and assure any problems are resolved. Management is always available with an open door policy. Entire front office as well as Maintenance are always available as well as polite and very friendly.

Look at your unit prior to leasing it. Lots of different units with different experiences been dealing with lots of issues. No cell phone service in much of the building. Be aware if you use the phone. Great staff.

I wanted to share some feedback. It might be helpful for the leasing office to maintain a more organized and professional atmosphere — lately, it’s felt a bit like people are coming and going constantly, almost like a busy market. When I visited the neighboring building, Cirro and point, the environment there felt much more businesslike and welcoming, a resort feeling, however, indigo 301 leasing office feels like a $60 /night motel feint desk, the difference is noticeable in my opinion.

Many units are by the highway. The noise is vey bad. I recommend replacing the windows that can address the noise. Contractors can do a better job of cleaning and relocating furnitures after the job. The floors are thin. Noise from upstairs are loud.

I don’t think tenants should be charged for using the mix space for a gathering. The rules around that are a little frustrating. A security deposit makes sense. We do love living here! We like to entertain and it’s super fun to do that at Indigo!

Review for Indigo 301 Apartments – King of Prussia

My experience applying to Indigo 301 was disappointing. The rental criteria seem disconnected from the challenges many individuals and families are currently facing. In today’s world, where self-employment and non-traditional income are more common, it’s important for housing providers to evaluate applicants with a more flexible and realistic lens. Although I provided documentation and paid a deposit in good faith, my application was denied based on credit and income standards that don’t reflect my current financial stability. It was especially frustrating to submit a deposit and then experience delays in its return. That process felt unfair, especially given the urgency many people face when searching for housing. For a property that promotes luxury and community, I expected more compassion and transparency. I hope the management team will review their screening process to better reflect the reality of today’s housing market and the people who are trying their best to secure a safe and stable home.

Overall, great apartment complex. The simulator is awesome. Biggest complaints would be all of the dogs, hallways have a weird smell, and the thin walls. We can hear our upstairs neighbor's pitbull constantly.

I love this community, I only dislike a few things to say to improve: The parking lot area is unsafe, some people drive without care, very fast, or sometimes even in the opposite way. I also don't like the poor paintings or signals. it could be something to improve. Apartment is nice , enjoyable, quiet, and I love my view!

This place is horrible. Poorly managed and I will not be renewing. The trash throughout the garage is never cleaned up. The maintenance staff puts up random signs with “fines” for trying to recycle. It has the feeling of a college dorm.

We have just recently moved into Indigo 301, but so far are generally happy with our choice. The approval process was a bit onerous and did not easily apply to us as retired persons with no active employment income, but with some help from the staff we were eventually able to work through it.

The manager is Ineffective. He has minimal follow through and needs constant reminders to address issues over which he has previously taken jurisdiction. The rest of the staff and the maintenance Team are excellent.

Good location, safe and clean. Maintenance team is quite busy, so not come to fix the problem quickly, but they did the best. My problem is not solved yet. I need the schedule for next maintenance work, but no information from Tuesday.

This building is ran and operated so nicely. The staff, residents, and the location are frankly unmatched! I’ve been here a short amount of time and the building has upgraded the entry software and a few amenities!
